So Ive noticed that the person below me has stated that the line was almost out the door and there was one teller. Im assuming hes referring to the movie Star Wars- which I saw the day it came out. Ive been informed that by the line had been extending outside the theater and out into the parking lot. People were lining up by noon for the first 7pm showing. Sir, if youre complaining about lack of buckets and cups- the theater gets a specific amount of cups and buckets in (especially the limited edition black popcorn bucket) and with a line that long and every half an hour there was another showing of Star Wars, it was more then likely that they ran out of cups and buckets. Secondly, there is no such thing for a voucher for a star wars bucket because it doest exist. They have a bucket, you buy it- this isnt a department store where they order it online for you or call you if they have any in. Thirdly, my friends have worked in this theater- Im a frequent to Cobb and therefore I do know a lot about how the company operates. I can tell you that the coke machine, when overused tends to liquefy and it takes less then five minutes to freeze it back up. Additionally, if you ask them and give them your name and theater number they will send an employee to the theater and give it to you so you dont have to wait. Also you do not know this, but for the screeching sound problems that you are referring to, means that the technicians are working to find the medium for the volume. IMAX movies and standard movies are different- IMAX is louder and Disney didnt allow the theater to test out the movie beforehand in either standard showing or IMAX, and so the loud noise you were hearing was them just trying to change the volume in a way that would allow you to enjoy the movie when it started. It is not something they can help, as my friends were complaining about it the night before. And last- I do not think it crossed your mind, but if Im correct in assuming you went to see a movie one one of the days after Star Wars premiered, youll consider the high volume of feet stomping across the carpet and tiles, the line extending out the door and into the parking lot and also every employee who is working hard at the registers to give you popcorn and drinks and ringing up your tickets and hearing your complaints- that theres no one on the floor to mop every half and hour after a large theater of almost 400 getting out of the movie, as employees will have to come in, clean up the large volume theater in less in 20 minutes (if you attended this movie the night it came out and watched it in IMAX- they were all sold out This theater fits 380 people exactly- no doubt all with popcorn and drinks and candy). Theres not an infinite number of employees and they are only human, sir. You cannot expect everyone to be everywhere and keep everything spotless while simultaneously cleaning up theaters, working concession, as a teller, ripping tickets and trying to lower the volume from screeching sound to reasonable volume for a movie with no preparation beforehand. Someone else below has commented on how pricey the concession food is. From my understand the theater does not keep the money made from ticket sales- their main and only income that they keep are the ones made from the purchase of your popcorn, candy, etc. It is understandably expensive, however your purchase is what keeps the theater running. Ive been going to this theater for a while now, and while it is not perfect, I can assure you, it is not as horrible as you insisted, considering the night youve chosen to see the movie.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! FIRST, 1 TELLER AT THE TICKET BOOTH AND A LINE ALMOST OUT THE DOOR! THEN, NO FROZEN COKE FOR THE 3RD TIME IN A ROW IN AS MANY MONTHS. NEXT, NO STARWARS TAKE HOME CUPS OR POP CORN BUCKETS. IN FACT NO BUCKETS FOR POP CORN AT ALL! I DONT THINK THE STAFF ARE PROPERLY TRAINED. THEY ARE ALL 18-25 YEAR OLDS WHO CANT FUNCTION OR COMMUNICATE AT AN INTELLIGENT LEVEL. I TOLD THE KID BEHIND THE COUNTER I WANTED A VOUCHER FOR A STAR WARS BUCKET AND CUP AND HE SAID THAT "HE DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT MEANT!" AHHH YES AND THEN THE SOUND PROBLEM. MY WIFE AND I ARRIVE 1/2 HR EARLY TO GET OUR SEATS AND HAVE TO SIT THROUGH 1/2 HOUR OF SCREECHING SOUND PROBLEMS AND TESTING AT NEARLY EARDRUM SHATTERING LEVELS! They did eventually fix the sound right after they turned it down and the previews started. BTW wear old shoes there, the floors in the theater are covered in sticky soda mess.

I was tasked with scheduling a movie time for the family but the site only list times for the remainder of today. This limitation is not at all apropriate for family planning. Great grandma has never seen an actual modern movie theater but she wont leave the house without putting it in her calendar days ahead of time so it doesnt look like she ever will see a real Theatre. Good old streaming and movie rental will continue to be the way my parents watch movies. At the very very least show me the movie times for the next three days. at the very least.

Michael Bround sounds like a little b1t¢h. For as much as he whines about millenials he sounds even more entitled. Aww, you didnt get a Star-Wars popcorn bucket voucher? You poor, poor man. Dont pay any attention to that jerkoff, he cant even find his Caps-lock button. I love going to this theatre. Ive been going there since it was AMC when I was a kid and its always a great experience. Staff is great and they always go above and beyond for big releases, despite what Michael the adult diaper says.

Came in to see Super 8 and walked out about halfway through the movie, but thats not the reason why I dont really like this place. Im walking circles around the whole theater waiting for my family to get out of the movie and the ticket person called the manager to have me removed cause I was a "nuisance" walking around. So I had to wait in the food court across the way for my family. Dont get me wrong its a nice place but the service is horrible.

Went to the IMAX movie on two different occasions. Both times the volume was so loud that the whole theater shook and hurt my ears and my friends ears. When we asked them to turn the volume down the woman behind the counter said they werent allowed to turn the volume down and refused to compensate us for the movie after we told her we could not stay in the theater. Very rude. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
