I am extremely disappointed. First they charged me almost $30 just in taxes alone. Then I was told that there was more to do so my 13yr old son was very bored the whole time. Then its extremely cold in the hallways so when u do come out of the pool area u can barely move because its so cold. Then the heat and air in the roons r controlled by a thermostat and its very hard to work it so u either burn up or freeze, no in between. I can say that this is not a place that I wil recommend to anyone. I wish I could have.just gotten my money back. My son would have enjoyed himself more at home. Well it doesnt end there, that was just that day. Well once we got back to.the room last night. We were freezing. Couldnt get the temp right. Then the people next to us was really loud and my kids were sleep but since we were the black people in that area, they had a nerve to ring my room and my kids were so.well mannered that if u didnt see them, u wouldnt have even knew they were there. Then trying to sleep was hell, if I turned the air on it got to cold and the thermostat is impossible to control. If I turned he heat on, cold air still came out. So we slept in a hot stuffy room because of the thermostat and the window barely open. The bathroom door would close or lock. And to top it off, they had a nerve to ring my phone this morning and say I had a balance of $20, I payed most on a card and the rest in cash, yes they have someone steeling ur money and claiming u didnt pay it all. I have been doing pool partties for my children since my daughter was young and she is now 26, I have been to just about every hotel there is, and this one was the worst experience Ive had yet. Never ever again, and never will I suggest this place to anyone, and I will let people know that this place is a big disappointment and a let down.

I was extremely disappointed. I booked this for a nice little get away with my kids to enjoy the weekend. I had to sign a waiver in regards to the rules however nobody at the front desk reviewed them with me-they just asked for me to sign and initial. I read them and understood-however it was chaos. They had one teenage boy working as the "lifeguard" trying to enforce rules. They were extremely busy and nobody was listening to him. I had seen several parents come into the waterpark drop their children off and leave them unsupervised-and we are talking children as young as 3-4! it was hard for my toddler to have fun and enjoy due to all the kids running around and climbing slides and ignoring rules. I would recommend spending the extra more money and head to the Double JJ where there are more people to enforce the rules and much more to do. We will not be heading back to this facility.

Everything was fine except the lifeguards arent certified and I seen a child drowning and the lifeguard sat there looking, waiting for the mom to jump in for the child. When she asked him why he didnt jump in he gave her an attitude and looked away. I cant beleive the nerves of the staff for not firing him on site they just moved him to the slide and ignored the problem..!

I took the grandkids here and we had a blast! The splash pad/water play area was a hit with the kids! The hotel clerk, Matthew went out of his way to help us find a pizza place open Thanksgiving evening and the lady who over saw breakfast was also so friendly!! Our suite was huge and the bed was so comfortable!! We will be back!!! Thank you!!

Not lavish but nice room clean friendly helpful staff and very comfortable bed and the splash pad is excellent for younger children 18 mo thru 8 yr olds my Grandson had a blast with 2 friends. I would definitely come back.

Eh its nothing to brag about our children had fun they are 6, 5 and 2 any older and I think they would have been bored. It did help that we had the entire pool and splash pad to ourselves from 10:30 to 1:30 :-)

I travel around the country for work. Best holiday inn I have been to. The beds here are very comfortable, staff are nice, and the room was clean...even behind the night stands. Didnt use the pool.

Great area to bring the kids. Fun fun fun. Lots of different things for kids to do. Would have gave 5 stars but the floor should really be coated with a rubber surfaced (not sure if possible).
