Very poorly ran theater. The movie we went to see was at 8:30. We were not let in until 9 and the whole time we were forced to sit within a growing mob. The lady I was with felt very unsafe and hid behind me as people got louder and more unruly. Never once did any employee say anything as to why we were waiting or asking people to calm down. The board that showed when were supposed to be seating told us that we could go in and the employee simply said, "that thing lies" and sent us to wait with the mob. Once we got in the theater was dirty, but otherwise the picture and sound were excellent. Once we the movie actually started, at about 9:20, everything was fine. Other thoughts: Bathrooms were horrendous and they kept their supplies in the hallway. We passed both a pallet of popcorn and a pallet of cleaning supplies, i think, while were there. If at all possible so your self a favor and go to a different theater.

Myself, husband and our three year old went to see a movie in the middle of the day. Credit card machines were not working so the staff just stood there instead of managing the line of people who could accommodate the cash only need. We were directed to the wrong theater and, when contested, we were reassured it was the one they were insisting on. Three minutes later, a staff member came in to direct us to the original theater. Upon entering, the volume was so loud that my husband was even startled. Finally, they turned it down but then we had the displeasure of sitting in a musty, dirty, humid theater. We will not be returning until the staff is better trained and the facilities can be properly maintained.

This Theater gets five stars because the facilities are the newest in Savannah. Great sound, bleacher style seating, concave screens. +Plus they have the IMAX 3D theater. The food and popcorn is standard stuff no complaints and cleanliness is better than average of what you find in Savannah. I went into the wrong theater accidentally and missed about 30 minutes of my movie, the staff were pleasant and offered to refund my money or give me a ticket and a refill of my beverage and popcorn for the next show! I have no complaints, and Im really picky!

Worst employees ever. On the website they said they were showing a certain show. We get there and the reply from the ghetto fabulous girl behind booth was "naw.... Wheez havin technikal difficulties...." That was all. No apology or explanation. Then we said the website still says they are playing it. They said "weez just a little fish".... What? Sad to say the lack of education and basic human speech is appalling. This place sucks. Sorry to say but the babys mama suck here.

Its the most updated theater in the Savannah area, with a large IMAX-like screen called The Big D. Ive seen plenty of movies here without incident. However, the last two times I paid $15 for a Big D ticket...and it was terrible. One movie was just SLIGHTLY blurry the whole time, and the other stopped 2/3 of the way in...started back 20 minutes later...15 minutes before where it had left off. Thats really turned me off going there for 3D and IMAX movies at all.

Arrived at 1:45 PM on Saturday, April 2, 3016 to purchase tickets to a 2:00 PM show. Since the management decided to discontinue ticket vendors and combine tickets and concession sales, the lines and the waits were ridiculous. At 2:20 PM, after a wait of 35 minutes and bring 20 minutes late for the show, I gave up and left. Cashiers were rude and petulant but the entire blame for this fiasco lies with management. Joseph F. Movies are too expensive. For a matinee for 2, 2 large drinks and a large popcorn, it was $41. Thats crazy. Not to mention, for that much money, this theatre needs a serious upgrade. The seating is uncomfortable, some of the seats have holes, the fabric is itchy... Just not a great experience. Movie was AMAZING though!

Very disappointing. Buying tickets ahead of time doesnt help you avoid the ticket lines. There are multiple concession lines (which also sell the movie tickets), but very seldomly are there more than two cashiers present. The facility itself is designed for better service, but the flaw is in the execution.

The theaters are so tiny , and it doesnt get dark at all . the popcorn doesnt taste good to me tbh , and neither do the nachos . I think the only thing I could withstand was the drink . the theater just looks out of date . the outside is misleading . I prefer Regal Savannah Stadium 10

2/13/2011 I am in here with my family paying 70 dollars for a movie.. the theater smells of mildew. The floors are sticky as can be and this is just the second showing time. The staff here has no sense of customer care.. I am new to Savannah I hope there are better theaters!

Most expensive theater Ive ever been to. $76 for 4 people at matinee with popcorn. No refills. If you want more you have to pay full price. Customer service was not good either. It may be the newest around but it was dirty they take advantage of people terribly.

The manager Katie is the worst person to ever work for! She shows favoritism to certain employees, Has poor management skills, and has no regard for her employees schedules what so ever. She is blatantly rude, and is simply a horrible person and manager.

Went here for a special showing and was very disappointed. The theater its self was not very clean and smelled very musty. The womens bathroom had a disgusting mess in one of the stalls that looked like it been there a few days. We wont be going back.

Well I just took my kids to see Mr. Poppers penguins. We enjoyed ourselves. The line to get popcorn was long but the young guy with dread assissted me back to the theatre with all my food. Thank you for a great experience!

My family and I go to this theater a lot and we wouldnt continue to go if the quality of service and comfort wasnt suitable. It really just a typical movie theater, but this one is clean and lines move quickly.

For Savannah movie theaters, its the best option. Try for Tuesdays - showings are $5 all day. The Bucket combo that you can use over and over is a good deal if you regularly see film showings.

No one has invested $2 in this place for years. Musty, electric signs inside designating what movies are playing in what theaters dont work, slow service, when its convenient and close it.

Bathrooms were just gross. As a venue that sells drinks, it knows its patrons will have to use the loo, yet it looked like no one had been in to clean them in a while.

First time at the movies and it was ridiculous. Movie started 25 minutes late. Popcorn was salty and customer service was sad. I wont be coming back here again

Best theater in Savannah for under $15. The Big D is an amazing movie experience, unless you enjoy 3D. I love their sound system and massive screens.
