Most horrible experience on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.I had vertigo because I was too close to the screen. My friend bought the tickets and didnt know I had those problems.I went to talk to someone and was told I could sit in the back on a chair, initially. Then the manager said I couldnt take a chair inside. He said he had an open seat in the back but when he went inside apparently someone was sitting in it.Weil obviously whoever was sitting in it did not pay for the seat because the computer was showing it open. The manager tried to make a story up saying that in fact it was probably paid for.He is very young and inexperienced in my opinion. He was very unhelpful and downright rude saying I was not allowed to stand in the back. He didnt want to help and that was obvious.I am not returning here and I am not recommending this to anyone.I will go to the Clackamas mall Cinema that has been always very supportive and helpful every time I went over there.

Saw Guardians of the Galaxy 2, 2 weekends ago in Theater 6. We usually live Regal Hilltop and it is our preferred theater. However, theater 6 had broken speakers! It ruined the movie for our family. Guardians of the Galaxy has stellar music to accompany the action and really sells the scenes. The music was so soft in this theater, there was a dampened bass, and one of the speakers want working at all or had its volume turned down far too low that most of the music was coming from the other (thr problem speaker was on the left as I recall). I was just about to purchase tickets online for Aliens: Covenant when I saw that it was being played in theater 6. I will pass on seeing any movie that is playing in #6. I live practically down the street from the Hilltop theater, but Id rather drive to Clackamas Mall and sit it the "bleh" seats so we can watch the movie as intended...woth proper sound. Fix your speakers, Hilltop.

I came here with one of my best friends and targeted me for stealing. They asked me multiple times if i purchased a ticket, searched my bag for pre-bought items. The manager embarrassed in public by trying to make me find my ticket in the trash, and later on kicking me out for claiming the ticket was stolen. They had no legal reason of kicking me out, I simply left because any theater so abrupt and ridiculous was not getting my time. On top of all this they did not give me a refund. Other than the personal offense, the theater is dirty, bad customer service, and the audio on the movie sound is either to high or low. This theater is never going to see my wallet again, strongly recommend driving six extra miles to the Clackamas cinema theater.

I just viewed the noon showing on 11/21/16 of Rogue One and have visited Hilltop 9 for many other movies which I have enjoyed through past years. This time was an exception to enjoy the movie. The sound was at such a high level it was very uncomfortable and I almost walked out. It was so intense I could here some of the speakers actually rattle from the sound vibrations. The movie was shown in theatre 5 and I was seated in F20. Check it out during the movie and you will see what I mean. Honestly is there any reason to have the volume so high? I believe customers should have a great experience but this was overboard. Sorry to be negative and this has been the only time I have been disappointed.

So far the people that are complaining are sound like idiots, If your dont have your ticket handy then you deserve to be kicked out....and you were probably stealing. And movie theaters have always charged too much for their snacks....so do what everyone else does even the people that work at them....sneak your own snacks in. When you judge, dont show your ignorance...just makes you look that much more of a moron. I have been going to this place for years, they are friendly, they answer your ?s, with knowledge, and have quality tech and comfy chairs. I recomend them too all that want to good expirance.

Surprised last night to find new reclining seats! So luxurious and you can pick your own seats! I havent found out if you can book online yet and pick your own seats ahead of time, I really hope this is an option and would pay extra for this feature. I hate waiting in line for an hour and then rushing the theatre to make sure you get a good seat for a new release movie. Staff was very sweet and explained the new process and asked our feedback on the way out. Now they just need to add beer/wine and actual food that you can take into the movie!

My family & I went to see Sing at Hilltop Regal Cinemas. We paid in advance & reserved our seats via fandango. Doing this made our visit to the theater so simple & swift. The theater makes it so user friendly, no waiting. The staff we did interact with was friendly & fun. My little had to use the restroom & when I asked where it was, I was given immediate attention, my question answered & even was wished a Merry Christmas. The theater was clean, the reclining seats made our visit warm & inviting. Cant wait to see more movies here!

Beautiful picture AND sound for a 3D showing of Fantastic Beasts. Very quiet place outside the screen room, though. There were only two other customers in the entire lobby for a weekday showing at 8:45pm. Our Fandango tickets were scanned right away and the concessions person was quick and nice. Both acted with way more courtesy than id expect from anybody who probably just wanted to go home because there were only four customers. Big kudos on that.

Love the new seats! We really love being able to buy tickets on Fandango. It was such a stressful time to get there in time to get a seat in the back. Now we can choose our comfy seats and know they our ours while we get popcorn and drinks! Love the 1/2 price popcorn on Tuesdays. Sure it gets a little expensive but we are going for entertainment and are well aware of the prices! Thanks for the remodel! We love it as do our friends!

Best theater in town. They recently upgraded everything about this theater. Reclining seats are awesome. If youre looking for a date night with your girlfriends or wife, you can get paired seats that recline and it feels like home. Prices on drinks and popcorn of course though are outrageous. I think its like $6 for a large drink and $8 for a large popcorn. Free refills on both though, so that helps.

This was already a great theater. Not too busy, friendly staff, close to the house. But since they got the comfortable reclining seats, spaced out so every seat is a good one without interference from the seat in front of you, weve tripled our movie going. Also, having assigned seats is handy. Thanks Hilltop!

Super clean theaters. The reclining chairs were awesome! So much room! 4 stars cuase no one should have to pay 6 bucks for a small water seeing how they dont allow your own water in the theater. Soda, coffee etc, I understand open containers but something with a screw top lid? Yessh.

This movie theatre is my first choice every time we want to go to a movie. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I love being able to reserve my seat ahead of time. The seats are worth paying the extra price for the movie. I recommend it all the time.
