Let me start by saying this is a very nice theatre. Seats are comfortable. From a customer service point of view there are some things that needs to be addressed. First, concessions could use some help. My fiancé and I come here on every other Sunday or Tuesday night around 10pm. Anytime anyone wants to place an order for chicken wings, tenders, etc there is no-one available to take your. Youre left there waiting for the staff to stop talking in the kitchen. Another thing that boggles my mind is how does this place NOT have a Coke-Cola Freestyle machine like most updated theatres?! No refills really? Secondly, is the importance of CLEANLINESS! Our movie started at 10:20pm 11/6/16 with concessions in hand, we arrived at 10:19pm to discover our theatre that had NOT been cleaned as you can see in the photos. I could not believe how no one on staff bothered to clean up. It was only until 10:20pm when a staff member came in and asked us to leave as the movie started. Ummmm are you kidding me?! So, when she realized it was starting, she and another employee began to clean up quickly. This should be an embarrassment to Management.

I reserved and paid for my seats online well in advance from 1000 miles away. Walked past the box office line and had my ticket in-hand in 30 seconds at the kiosk. The theater has half the seating of a normal theater because the seats are extra large and wide. Seats are thick padded pleather with an electric foot rest. I dont recall the seat back reclining at all, only the foot rest raises. Very comfortable. No need to share arm rests with your neighbor because everyone has two of their own with cup holder in each arm. Took me a while to find my seat in the dark because my ticket looked like seat #66 when it was actually G6. Great sounding state of the art audio and video quality. Large complex with a classic theater experience. The address on this review is incorrect. It is actually 8810 Apollo Way, Downey.

Parking seems like it could be a bit of a bear but I got lucky. Came here to see Ghost in the Shell and was pleasantly surprised at how nice this shopping area is. The theater is reserved seating so no worrying about getting there on time to fight for a seat. Buy your tickets online and check in at the kiosk to pick up your ticket. No need to wait in line to buy it. Also, this new method of getting your own popcorn, drinks, etc works so much better than standing in line waiting to be served. Granted, it makes a bit more of a mess for the employees, the service is much faster to simply check out with everything you want rather than waiting for the person in front of you to make up their mind, hahaha. Nice theater. Oh, forgot to mention, they serve alcohol!

Good theatre but i had a problem and not our first time.. But i walked in on thursday night with my cousin whos in a wheelchair and we both had a wristband for beer. So the first time the cashier told me that instead of my cousin coming all the way to the front she can follow me and give the beer to him personally. As i went to get me 2 beers for me and him the second time. the cashier said no that my cousin would have to get back in his chair and come get his own beer.. They said they dont want to lose there liquor licence, but still after a few minutes past they took it to him.. The next day on friday september 2 i personally contacted my cousin lawyer and made a report but wont be processed till further notice and/or if this happens again

Been to this movie theater many times,enjoying a margarita,great popcorn and great movies...yet tonight for some reason it seemed like this employee by the name of "hayley" was very disrespectful...when I had my phone out to check on my kids,she approached me like we were in the street so unprofessional as well as approaching us 3 times during the movie ...as we were coming out the movie theater we complained to a manager that didnt seem to really care...as if that wasnt enough she was still trying to be cute in front of that manager and she did nothing...I for sure will not be visiting this place again...never again....And to the girl "Hayley" you need more training in customer service...

This theater serves alcohol, but only 3 a visit. And only 1 at a time. Cinemark manager, I hope you read these. If you are going to restrict alcohol access, thats fine and understandable. However, please let me take 2 beers into the theater with me. I am not going to come out for the second... ever... even if its a bad movie Im not coming out Its been the best thing in the world to be able to enjoy a cold beer with a movie. But whos honestly going to leave a movie to get another $6 beer. My rating will change to 5 starts when I can take 2 beers in. Its my only complaint Ive avoided this theater because of it.

A majority of the showtimes come at a reasonably cheaper price than most of the other major movie theater chains. Amazing XD and comfortable reclining chairs to enhance the movie going experience. We came here recently to go see The Lego Batman Movie. The staff was friendly and proficient. The popcorn was nice and fresh. Plus, its literally blocks away from where my girlfriend and I live at so its more than convenient for us when it comes to proximity. Highly recommended! Its also in the same lot as a bunch of restaurants to go to, including Lazy Dog, Bar Louie, Chipotle, Panera Bread, and Benihanas!

Loved the Theater & the assigned reclined seating. Had a slight bad experience with another patron from audience, who brought their 2yr old to a PG13 movie in 3D. The child cried & screamed for 50% of the movie. The other 50%, the child relentessly talked out loud. I finally asked the Mother to Please take the child out. She yelled at me, & refused. I felt very threatened, so I waited till after the movie for fear of retaliation. The Management was Extremely understanding & have me a free pass for each in my party. I will definitely return & Recommend this Theater to others.

I have not had any commplaints yet about this place. The theater inside is clean when i arrice to my seat and it is very comfortable, I personally felt safe so that was a plus. I love how they have pin ball in the arcade section. The best thing of all though is there alchol section, esspecially their Dankire Strawberry mix ( it has rum) it was so good !!!!!!!!!!!! you can actually taste the alcohol, very strong, just the way I like it. I would go there every day for one of those if I could, but I am pretty sure you cant take it to go.

Really nice place to watch movies. Customer Service is good. Theaters and restrooms are usually really clean. But the customers are really loud, last night we were watching IT and these 4 people were really loud throughout the whole movie, very rude and disrespectful. This has happened many times before, there is no one around to complain or to come and have people just be quiet. Thats why Im really not going back there, I pay to watch a movie not to hear people being loud and obnoxious. More security needs to be present
