The park was amazing and the water was very clear. also did some kayaking ! I wonder how is it living in the houses which face directly towards the water! in fact the water body is the continuation of the ocean!!! I roamed around the city too and everyone who owned houses on the banks had a boat in the backyard and some in the water itself. had a very European feel to it. bay area doesnt stop to amaze me. may be the best city for me so far in bay area and prolly one of the cleanest parks I have been to. p.s I am 28 year old guy who is a gamer too. but no matter where I go everyone is playing pokemon go. nobody pays attention to the beauty of the place. people engrossed in phones all the time everywhere.no offence intended. just sharing my observation.

The amphitheater is a great destination for Pokémon Go fans. With 4 stops in range and a dedicated group popping off lures, its a great place to bring your kids to fill their backpacks. There are many more stops nearby including 2 at the library across the street. Food truck night is Wednesday and Friday night has live music with the summer concert series.

Great place for talking walks with great view of the water and landscape. Area where you can rent kayaks. Theres also a bocce ball courts, tennis courts, tennis wall, basketball court. There are picnic tables and chairs. Shady lawn area to lay a blanket on. Place is very clean and safe.

Leo j Ryan park is the perfect place for a picnic with friends and family. Since it sits right next to the Foster City lagoon, there is a constant breeze of cool air which keeps you cool even in the hottest days! Would also recommend this place for joggers!

This park is big and beautiful. After a full renovation about 7 years ago its been well maintained with a bocce court, windsurfing and other water sports, a beautiful auditorium for concerts in the park and a nice walking / jogging path along the lagoon.

Great place to go peddal boating, cayaking, or paddle boarding. Also theres a stage where people have gotten married before-open area, with a nice amount of room. If youre here in the evening bring a jacket because Foster City wind is no joke

Nice sprawling park along the lagoon. Go to the boat house for $10 paddle boat rental for thirty minutes, or windsurfing lessons, or canoe rental. Its a very nice walk, also next to skate park, lawn bowling, and basketball/tennis courts.

A large, shoreline park with facilities for many activities, both learning and recreational. There is a skateboard park, amphitheater, boat rentals, shoreline path, community center, art gallery, etc. Beautiful scenery.

Great gem of a park in the middle of Foster City. Great place for dog walking, a picnic, or excercising. I love the community center which is located in front of the kayak rental. This park is a must visit.
