It was the first experience for me and my family at Dulles Regal. We arrived an hour early to get our tickets from the box office for a show that was beginning to sell out. We had to settle for the 3rd row towards the front because of five people in our party. Our hope was that with the new style of chairs, sitting close to the front would okay. When we went to sit down, people were already in the seats that we thought we had purchased. We soon discovered that the ticket handler pushed the wrong numbers and gave us the 2nd row by mistake (yep-should of checked them when he handed them to us). Anyway, we stayed and we sat down and leaned back for the previews. Folks, I dont care how comfortable those seats might be, they just doesnt work that close to the screen. Even though there is ample space to lay back between rows, the angle is still uncomfortable. It seems too provide that extra space to lean back they moved the front rows closer to the screen to fit more seats into the theater. In a manner of 5 trailers our necks/heads felt strained staring upward (which offered a distorted viewing of the trailers) and we were getting blasted out by the speakers to our right (approximately 10-15 feet away-felt like I was at a rock concert). It was such a negative 15-20 minute experience that we had to leave. It must be noted that the manager was good enough to give us tickets for a future visit at any Regal of our choosing. I probably will give Dulles Regal another chance down the line, Ill just have to make sure that I check my ticket seating when I purchase it, making sure that it is nowhere near the front. My advice stay away from the first rows, regardless of the seats being reclining seats....same discomfort, only with "glitz".

This is the Best Movie Theater of "All Time". Easy to get to location just off main thoroughfares, route 28 and route 7. The Theater has a fully stocked Bar, so you can have a cocktail before and/or during the movie. I ordered some food that would take a few minutes. The theater associated asked where I was siting and actually brought my food directly to my seat. Not only a Bar but Restaurant Style Service as well. Name a movie theater that offers this type of service !!! Value adds are..the rugs are comfortable to walk on and their bathrooms are really clean. Now lets talk about inside. They have Fully Recliner Leather Seats with Trays to set your meal and drinks. This really separates Dulles Town Center 10 from all the other movies. The seats are so comfortable people tend to go asleep during the movie and my wife and I have a good laugh about this one. The Sound System is "state of the art"..that baby really hums and the huge screen offers outstanding picture quality. Great service, great menu, great bar, great seats, great audio visual..like I said, the Best of All Time !!!

I have only had the pleasure of visiting this location once, but it was one of the best movie theater experiences I have enjoyed. Due to its fantastic Mall location, finding cheaper snacks is easy. The bathrooms are small, but very well maintained. Perhaps more importantly, them movie theaters themselves are very well maintained. The seats Sorry, the seats are so great they need their own paragraph. The seats recline. By recline, I mean you push one of two buttons to make the seat move either up or down. Picture yourself in a lesser movie theater, watching the latest blockbuster hit, wishing your feet were off the ground. In this theater, that dream is not only possible, but encouraged. If you have not visited this location, I suggest that you clear your Saturday night schedule because this is a location worth visiting.

Since no one seems to be writing about the actual theater and more so about factors that lead to bad experiences within their own control (like getting tickets online vs the box office, or checking their seats before actually sitting down) Ill be happy to do that with this review. Simple and short. This is the best theater in Loudoun county for watching movies. If you want food (served to you IN the theater) + comfortable seats in a adult setting (zero tolerance for noise) then go to the Alamo. If you want a huge select of food and spirits, along with the prices to match, the option of DBOX; IMAX & 3D then go to Cobb. But if you want the most comfortable seats (leather, power and reclining) and a state of the art sound system then go here. The only drawback; they serve typical movie theater food.

Quality of the seats are amazing, you can recline them and theyre like sofas. The biggest drawbacks of this cinema are as follow: 1- the theater dont shut down the lights all the way and you have to watch the wole movie with dim lights over you and thats anoying and breaks the illusion and immersion of the movie. 2- 8$ for a small popcorn while a small bottomless popcorn in the alamo is 5$ to 6$ 3- had to wait 30min for the movie to start, the tickets said the wovie would start at 2:30 pm but it started at 3pm after all the ads and trailers.

Four stars is the max I give for first time experiences but I will say my first experience is a five star. The new theater is amazing. Worth going to. Great space for each seat and each one is an electric recliner. Outshines Cobbs VIP easy on the comfort scale. They dont serve alcohol like Cobb or Alamo do but get past that its still a great experience. My only recommendation is if they can expand the food on the menu a bit to match the quality of the theater itself. Thats where Cobb and Alamo one-up Regal easy is the food.

I pretty much refuse to go to other theaters now (Aside from Alamo) simply because this place is not only kept super clean, but it has reclining chairs. Two biggest reasons for me going to one theater over another. The few staff that Ive interacted with were nice people, and the ticket prices are reasonable compared to other locations in the area. Each reclining seat also has its own mini swivel table, which could be nice if you have a lot of popcorn or decided to get a hot dog from the lobby.

The best theater ever. Reclining seats with ample arm room. Bar in the lobby. Pizza and chicken tenders are freshly cooked. By any measure the price of popcorn, drinks, and candy is outrageously inflated. Go the the kiosk by the Food Court and stock your pocket if you have an urge for candy. Absolutely join the Regal Cinema Club and get points good for tickets and food "upgrades".

Regal Dulles is my new "go-to" movie experience. The quality of the movie experience and the seats are amazing! If there was one concern - it is the quality and variety of the menu. In comparison to Alamo or, Cobbs (which are two of the closer theaters) they do have Regal beat when it comes to the menu BUT, again, hands down Regals recliners - they the best!

Less than three years old, these massive rooms have the best electric recliner seats situated in stadium seating arrangement so there is really no way that tall guy in front will block your view. Absolutely fantastic surround sound systems and visual effects from the all digital projection. Really quite and experience each time I see a movie here.
