Incredible!! First things first, assigned seating. My family adores assigned seating and Im so glad they started this here. There are usually 3 of us and in an area where movies are usually packed, its so NICE to be able to make sure to have seats all together and we practically do everything online already so the convience is amazing. Now for the reason I felt like leaving a review: today we went in to see a movie that had just been released and we had prepaid on the app Fandango (which we had never used before and will NEVER use again.) At first, everything seemed fine, we got our tickets, staff was very friendly, and we went to go to our seats when we noticed the row for our seats was completely filled. We figured wed maybe try to sit somewhere else, but everything was filled so we went back out to talk to the staff. Thats when they noticed it had been purchased for the previous days movie. I was upset but honeslty just with myself, I felt like an idiot who had made a stupid tiny mistake and I was ready to take responsibility for it. The staff, however, immediately tried to find us a different day and time and were SO WONDERFUL! I mainly received help from a wonderful young woman at the front cashier area who informed me that this had been happening frequently with Fandango app users and she immediately asked the manager for guest passes and helped check me out with new tickets for the next day at whatever time I wanted. I honestly didnt expect anything in return, maybe to purchase some new tickets, but the service we received was above and beyond. We will be making this our go to place!

I use to love coming to this theatre but that has changed tonight. TERRIBLE customer service with inexperienced 15 year olds working everywhere. Me and my girlfriend came to watch a movie and first , the cashier wouldnt count my military discount for both me and my girl , only me since "I was the only one with a military i.d." which is very odd because that has been the first time Ive ever experienced that. On top of that the 15 year old cashier asked me to swipe my card again saying it didnt go through. Later on we would find out that we were charged TWICE for the same movie. We called the manager before returning and was told that we will be refunded. We returned and a manager only could tell us that "theres NOTHING we can do , we have to talk to corporate and have to wait till we call you" (With a smirky smile) This was very frustrating for us because we enjoyed this theatre but after today I will never come here again and I have let everyone I know not to waste there time and especially there money for such poor customer service. If you would rather be treated fairly and not ROBBED, you are better off going to regal 16 in lacey .

WTH is wrong with this millennial generation? Jo and I were at the movie, "Insurgent" today... and no sooner had the movie started then a young 20 something male in front of me and to the right pulled out his phone to text. WTF I thought... and tapped his chair with my foot to say NO. He put it away, and 10 minutes later pulls out again... and starts it up. I reached up and touched his shoulder and said hey... cmon man. He puts it away... the 3rd time I get up and go get the theater Manager. Help me here... what is this about? Cant live without the phone? No respect for others? The rules of conduct dont apply to those who are entitled? Help me here... I was so damned mad I could have been ugly really quick. And the 20 something manager really helped... NOT!! Talked to him, let him back in instead of bouncing his ass... and let it go.... grrrrrr dont think I will go back for a long while. Going to stir it up this week with the Manager am still fuming and pissed.

I normally dont complain, but I wont be back unless they change the reserved seating back to first come first serve. I arrived 20 minutes early only to find I couldnt even watch the movie I came to see because the seats were already reserved, and the movie I did see, I had to sit all the way in the front row, even though there were many people who showed up 15 minutes after the movie started. I pay the same money they pay, yet Im banished to the front row of a second choice movie because I decided not to pay online. Also, there were plenty of seats in between the reserved spots, which were wasted seats. Normally, you could ask people to scoot over a seat so more people could fit in the row. Reserved seating makes this impossible now. Not cool.

Went in to get Tickets to Dr Strange. This is after their remodel with the new seats. I was concerned by the front row seats but was assured by the ticketbooth gentleman that the seats were "30 feet away from the screen." I went to get a soda from the food area, and was a little more dissapointed. The floor was sticky and the area was a total disaster. I went in to my assigned seat only to find it was 11 feet from the screen. I attempted to watch it with the seat all the way reclined in the hope that it would be a tolerable movie. While I did see some parts of it, I ended up listening to the majority of it and leaving with a headache at the end. Long story short, Comfy seats, unclean food area and was lied to when purchasing tickets.

I would give better reviews for this theater if the food was (and calling it food is wrong, snacks) prepared correctly. If you do not tell them to leave your pizza in a bit longer it comes out not fully done. Thats if you are lucky, me not so much about everytime I get pizza they neglected to cut it and thats with or without asking for a longer cook time. The seats are decent and plenty of room. The bathrooms need better care as do the cleaning of the show rooms. I have yet for a manager to make customer service or appreciation a factor at all let alone met one at all.

Its a standard anonymous multiplex, but Ive been going here about 6 years now and theyve never screwed anything up. The technical aspects work right, the sound is good, the staff is reasonably able and they do a decent job of crowd management on the rare occasions when its needed. The prices are normal. Occasionally they do cool 4K stuff, like live broadcasts of the Met, but mostly its mainstream Hollywood fare. Naturally you sometimes encounter a patron who acts like a jerk, but that will happen anywhere. If you complain, the management will respond.

Out of all the theaters around here I like this one the best for the simple reason that they keep the sound at a decent level. So many theaters have it cranked up way beyond hearing damage level. It is still plenty loud and during a loud scene it is too loud for me and I put my fingers in my ears, but the rest of the time it does not hurt. I have been here many times and the people are very nice, the bathrooms are clean etc. The one time I asked for a refund just because I hated the movie, they gave it cheerfully.
