The events are from last night. we headed to Traxx to meet up with our extended family that lives in MountLake Terrace. It was a date we set couple of months ago. It was my wife and I, my cousin and the three we were meeting there. In their lobby they have a punching machine. It only takes Dollar bills not quarters. Not knowing this we had changed a $20 bill to play with quarters. Walking to the machine noticing it does not take quarters we walked to the front counter to change it back in bills. After waiting 5 min for the guy to make eye contact he said he cannot help us. He pulled out two 5 dollar bills and said that was the only cash he had in the building. I started laughing and thought he was joking. Who would run a business with $10.00 cash when there were 8 people in line. What if they want to pay in cash.... He said he was not joking. OK....! I turned to my left and asked a lady in line if she could change $5 in quarter to $5 cash .. She asked me why dont I just use the quarters and I said the game were playing does not accept qarters and that I quote " This is retarded they must not accept money at this place" The guy heard me and said he needs me to leave right now the building. I calmed down. I told my wife I am going to make a scene and prepared my entire family that it was going to get worse. I went to his door and told him to call the cops that I was not going to stop calling him a Fat F**K among other things until they got there. So he called the cops. He didnt even know the phone number there without looking at a business card to tell the cops. I did my job until they got there. I made sure that everyone in the building knew what had happened and that his new name would be known. Cops Got there. We talked outside they were laughing their ass off.....They said they get called there a lot. As I was outside people were walking out and they said they hate that guy. I left the property waited in the car for everyone else to race. He had attempted to kick everyone out including my wife and extended family. They had to lie and say they were not with me.... my wife went to the lady who was in line and asked her what I said to piss him off. She said nothing negative other than being frustrated with the situation. Denise asked to write the owner an apology on my behalf... (HELL NO) then the guy said he has worked there 4 years and him and the owner are "tight" and that hes made him tons of money for the owner and that the owner will back him up. This should get to the owner and the guy should get fired. Hes not making him a ton of money since he turned away 4 clients since nobody raced except my cousin and one other person. Every person that was walking out while the police detained me was complaining about the guy (obviously regular clients) and that they thought I went over the top but appreciated standing up to the guy. One guy in particular said the guy almost didnt even let him race....... I did my best to teach him a lesson to not provoke situation that could be out of his control.

The first time I went here I had a great time. The second time I went here was for a special occasion it was my birthday in particular. We asked for marathon Mondays specifically asked the guy for Marathon Monday or happy hour. He handed me a ticket and then charge my partner 17.50 and handed him a ticket we raced one race and we were told we were done. I was confused went back to the counter ask them what the hell happened and then he told me that he could prorate my partners race into Marathon Monday and then he would have to charge me full price and I said okay well what about 3 sets which is on special. He then explained to me it was out of his control to give me the 3 set price and only offered it to my racing partner. Now I appreciated the free race but I would have more appreciated exactly what I Freaken asked for in the beginning and then finding out later because he gave me a free race I didnt get the prorated or the discounted 3 set. Way to ruin my evening. I probably will never return. The guy at the counter was rude and extremely offbeat defensive, repeated multiple time to call the manager in the morning. Offered no empathy in the situation, the employee ended up frustrating us to the point that we just left. We where very disappointed in the lack of customer service and professionalism in the situation.The counter guy was almost robot like in his responses, although track employees where much more customer friendly.

I called in advance to find out prices and explained that I have a 5, 7, and 9 year old. I was told that there is an adult track on the main floor and a childs track on the top floor. Never did they tell me that not all of the children could ride together and that they couldnt even ride the same type of go kart. It was only when we got there that we were told that the five-year-old had to be on the childrens course and that she couldnt even ride a go-kart, but had to ride small childs battery-operated car! The older girls road on the adult course. I was not able to drive at all because I could not leave any of the girls and attended. We were looking for something we could all do together. I expressed my frustration to the two men at the front desk and they were extremely rude and argumentative. Definitely had some poor customer service skills. We made the best of this is the situation, but we will never go there again! This was not a family-friendly event for us. I should mention that the place was run down and and in ill-repair. The fence around the childrens track upstairs was bent out of shape and a piece of sharp metal poked out and cut my foot and drew blood. I did tell them at the front desk. They said that they would take care of it. Im pretty sure if I were to go back there that there would be no change. Watch out for Sharp pieces of metal that might cut you or your children!

Rude, rude, rude. Wow, Im still in shock. Brought my son, my nephew and brother in law for 2 races (heat 22 and 23) today, 4/7/2015. We were told that 5 minutes prior to our heat 22 he would let us know to head to the track. There are no signs in the lobby to show the current heat number, that sign is located next to the track and its really hard to see. When I looked, squinting as much as I could it said 23. Asked the front desk guy and he said that was our heat. We headed to the track and he followed us there. When we were getting ready to race he said he wasnt there to babysit anyone and told us to get out and he would refund our money. We headed back to the lobby and handed him my card for the refund and he said he had done it already and refused to give me a receipt to confirm the transaction. He ended up calling the cops to solve the matter. Im still trying to understand how we got to that point as we never raised our voice we never asked for a refund, all we wanted was to have some fun after a full day of work. My son and nephew were really looking forward to that. Up to you to decided if you should go or not to Traxx. Im positive Im not going back as we were banned :) wow, from there. I truly wish the best for your business and I hope that this event improves somehow your customer service skill. God bless you.
