We attended the 12:20pm showing of Star Wars. We had arrived early to make sure my family of 6 had good seats. A man sat behind my wife and proceeded to slouch in his seat and put his knees and legs on my wife seat pushing it forward. She asked him to stop and if possible move, since he was claiming he was too tall. My wife went to an employee to see if they could help make the man move or sit up. They decided not to do anything and walked out. My wife sat through the movie with this man intruding on her seat the whole movie. After the movie we went to speak with a manager. The manager Kara, told us that he was tall and that he was there first so we had no rights. Plus she tells me since she is tall she knew how he felt. Unbelievable response, needless to say my family and company will not be purchasing tickets for this location again.

Not a bad theater for a quick show. $5 Tuesdays are pretty cool as well. We recently saw Jurassic World and it was awesome! The theater was very clean, but the seats werent as comfortable as youd expect for a large theater. The seat cushions werent bad, but the seats didnt recline easily and the arm rests are plastic - not padded. I kept finding myself readjusting my seat position to try to get comfortable. The snack bar is pretty cool and a little different than most movie theaters. Its a self-serve, pay at the end kinda deal with just about anything youd want from a snack bar: popcorn, nachos, slushies, sodas (Coke products), etc. Overall, I would go back to this theater if it was my only choice like it was this time (we had free tickets given to us), but Id prefer Green Valley Theater over South Point.

So I went to watch ted at 12:35 and 1:50 comes along and the movie is still no beong played, then the manager comes in and explains that the movie will be up in 5 minutes, then 15 minutes comes along still no movie , then the manager comes back in and tells us that it might be 10 more minutes, at this point I had enough and just ended up leaving, I probwbly wouldnt be leaving this bad rating if the manager offered us some sort of complimentary ticket, just a refund is not good enough! Poor mangent skills and service

Theatre is upstairs inside the South Point Hotel & Casino; escalator is located by the Steak & Shake restaurant. Nice theatre; clean. Love the concession area setup but, like most theatres, the prices are RIDICULOUS and some smaller servings to boot!!! The $5+ hotdogs looked disgusting; passed on those, didnt want food poisoning. Inside the theatre--Clean and seats were comfy enough. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Photo booth and props in the foyer was fun.

Stick Man

The theater is pretty decent. They have the typical theater seats. The staff have to work pretty hard to keep the theater clean. People have a tendency to just leave there trash all over the place when they leave. If you get to your theater too early, you can see them scrambling around to get it clean. The picture and sound have always been very clear. It can be crowded sometimes with the events at the casino. No worries if you get your tickets in advance.

Disney doesnt charge till a child is 3, but this place charged me for my 13 month old to go see boss baby. I spoke with the management and they pointed the finger at the corporation, so here you go corporation, death of a million pricks. I paid for my ticket and that of my 13 month old so I could walk around with her outside of the movie...customer service had gone down hill, Ill stick to netflix.

My main gripe is that I had had to pay $7 for a two yr old at a 12:50pm movie. I would understand if it was a later movie(after5pm). We try to go to early movies as not to disturb people (which we have yet to do) and if our kid was starting to be disruptive we walk out. To pay starting at 1 yr olds is ridiculous

Went here to see Wonder Woman. There was a power outage, and what they said would take five minutes, took more than 45. They ended up canceling the movie. If I could give it zero stars, I would. They are clearly disorganized and I cant reccomend this place -- there is an AMC a few miles down the road.

Joke... The employess had told me they were waiting on my orientation date... Mind you these were managers and hiring managers... Two weeks after calling 12 times 12 different answers i call and i didnt even get the job in the first place... Why you gonna lead somebody on with a job like that

Well love this theater but very bad service at the concession stand especially for Starbucks...i couldnt seem to finish my order and she was rushing off to make it so finally i just told her to stop walking away from me and let me finish my dam order... Gotta love bad manors...

Cozy theater with good seats and great concession area. The only downside is that a lot of the people attending were some of the loudest eating people I have come across in my life. I was amazed at the shear number of people who obviously grew up with zero table manners.

Popcorn was extra extra large concession stand was self serve so you didnt have to worry about not getting exactly what you wanted the theater seats were comfortable and the movie screen was super clear and the sound system was awesome

The theaters are great and I love the XD. The prices at the snack bar are highway robbery (true for all movie theaters these days). I paid $9.91 for a small popcorn and a medium drink, thats way too much. Sorry. Great clean theaters.

Nice theatre inside South Point casino. Staff were friendly and while the theatres arent super large they still maintain comfort. Sign up for there rewards program. Simply signing up gets you a free medium popcorn.

The big theaters are good and have reserved seating, but the smaller ones are kinda dirty and outdated with an HID light in the center of the house that will give you a headache while you wait for the movie to start

XD rooms are fun. You standard theater with high prices for snacks and such. Only thing you have to watch for is there are a lot of event at South Point which can make later movies hard to get into.

Theaters are always clean. Staff is friendly. I love the Kettle Popcorn sometimes is not fresh but when you ask them for fresh popcorn they do it willingly with no attitude or negative vibes.

I come here often ..Its fun staff always nice ..And always clean ..Plus popcorn always fresh ..The movies are always the latest .But mostly its in a very safe place..Love the TCM classics..

15$ for popcorn and soda, no free refill on either. AND rude staff? No thanks, never stepping foot in this theater again. Also the floor was sticky and I saw a roach in the bathroom, ew.
