Eight of us, 4 couples, golfed as a 4some of women and a 4some of men. The course was virtually flooded and should not have been open to golf but we were sent out anyway. The golf was slow, as one would expect when you are losing the ball in the flooded bunkers and in the middle of the fairway due to plugging. Even, so, the ranger (Walt) decided to follow the 4 women and harass them for being slow and to sarcastically shake his head whenever they had trouble on the mushy fairways or missed a shot. It became so bad that eventually 2 of the women quit. Walt then reported to the men playing behind that things should speed up now and we should try to keep up. This is a challenging course that should be fun to play but we will not return.

Played the course twice recently. It was an altogether positive experience. We did have the newspaper coupons which made the cost a great deal for that caliper a course. The greens in particular were some of the best in the area. The course is quite scenic and if you are aware youll see all types of bird life. I would suggest that weekend golfers play the white (members} tees. The course is fair but a challenging test of ball placement. The staff from pro shop to starter to cart guys were cordial and professional. You may not shoot your best score on this challenging track but its a great course and a real value.

I paid $82 for 9 holes with a car. When I made it to the first tee I wanted to wash my golf ball in the ball washer. Turns out the ball washer was bone dry and all the other ball washers had filthy water in them. Not a huge deal but for 80 dollars for 9 holes I expect these things to be in order. The greens werent in grate shape and the fairways looked like a high school team took divot practice. If you want to basically throw money away, this place is great. Otherwise, just go over to the Martin County course.

The reviews say the course hasnt been in the best shape thats because they were in the process of renovating. There is all new sand in the bunkers. The greens are very quick. The course is very scenic, with lots of wildlife. The driving range and practice facility is in great shape with quality golf balls. The best thing about this course however is the staff members and their friendly attitude, especially Frank Dobbs. I highly recommend this course. Well worth it.

This course is the real deal. Real hidden gem. Great course to play if youre looking for a true Florida golf experience. Challenging but rewarding at the same time. Blue tees have some pretty good carries on some holes, so you many want to play from the white tees on your first time on this track. Lots of wildlife and stunning views/holes to ponder. I would highly recommend this course.

Their website says their rate is $39 after 1PM. My tee off was 1:07 but they wouldnt give me the rate because I had to book online to get it they said. They charged me $60. Plus it was cart path only, it was cold and there was no one on the course. They should have been grateful to have a couple golfers play with those conditions but they chose to rip us off. We arent coming back.

Layout is great overall as its a Fazio design. Challenging for sure. My wife and I like to play here as its not busy on the weekends. The restaurant makes a great panko crusted grouper sandwich

Except for the late lightning strike close to us the course was well maintained. Hills and Marsh areas make this a somewhat harder course than most for a Florida course.

Great course but with narrow fairways and scrub growth on many sides. Hit em straight and youre terrific. Bring extra balls though in case your swing is amiss!!!
