Quick Review- Great seats (XD seats) Normal cost for tickets. Large concessions dont offer free refills. Staff dont show any kind of emotion or concern about a thing in the world "Deer in the head lights" type a thing going on... Detail Review- With several theater options and locations around the surrounding area, this is not a great option. Last time I went to this theater, before tonight was to see captain america winter solider. Which was an opening weekend with kids running up and down the stairs, people talking and the full "works". The staff didnt seem to care about the movie goers experience back then and tonight was no exception. Tonight was opening weekend for Lego Batman, I expected to see kids and the few I did see were all well behaved and seemed to really enjoy the movie (after the credits rolled). We decided to go here due to some friends we were meeting and it was central to all of us. I was hesitant to go back here after the past experiences. We get to the ticket stand and requested tickets. The gentleman behind the computer asked us to pick our seats. I told him we were waiting on friends and that we dont want to pick seats, that were there early to get a row for the 5 of us. The guy tells me "its the rules". So we waited on our friends. We got all in the same row. I go to the concession stand. Ask for a large pop corn and large soda, The one staff member behind the counter tells me "I can get it myself and the soda machine is behind me" Turn around to see Red icee all over the counter and floor with a wet floor sign sitting on the ocean of red goo. I paid $13 (which is average) We get into the theater, I look around and see these fantastic seats, leather, reclining, almost private box seating. It was the most amazing looking seating arrangement Ive seen in a theater. It all made since why I had to pick my seats. yet the guy at the ticket booth did not tell me this when I purchased my tickets, because before tonight I had no idea that the "XD" seats even existed. I then had to take my kid to the restroom and returned for a refill, and was confronted with " You have to pay full price for refills" unless you purchased their plastic cup and then you are charged 3.75... thats insane.... So I went back to my great chair. I loved the theater itself and the seating. Though I am a person who loves a theater for the whole EXPERIENCE! and that staff really creates a terrible experience to usher you into those great seats. If I am paying for concessions at an average price of $13 and up... then why am I serving myself. Its just like the grocery story with the "self checkout". The theater is forcing "nickel and dime" on the customer to pay for those new chairs, I know they have a "4D" attraction with the seats shaking and moving... someone has to pay for that? The theater is more about sucking your wallet dry like its a six flags over creating a fantastic experience to bring you back. If you are a person to doesnt care about anything other than good seats, and the movie. this place is for you. If you want a good experience over all. I recommend going to another theater thatll do that for you. This place is over all "Okay" I think the staff need some training. Concessions need to be changed and their refill policy sucks! ( I dont normally get refills but when You share a large across 3 people....)

Twice now I have gone to this theatre, and twice many people have complained about how quiet the movies are. When you go to a theatre to see a movie like Fantastic Beasts or Rogue One, you prepare yourself to be blown away. Yet when you sit down in these theatres, and the movie starts, you cannot hear anything. For instance in Rogue One, every time people would talk you would have to zero in and pay as close attention as possible or you would miss important dialogue. Like if one person in the row in front of you started digging for popcorn, you could miss an entire sentence. Its unacceptable I get better sound quality at home with a soundbar. And I think Ill just stick to buying movies on Bluray instead of wasting money at this theatre

Management is mafia-like. Avoid this place. My twelve year old daughter mistakenly got a refill. She thought refills were free. The man at the concession stand was shouting at her. She did not pay attention to him not knowing she had done wrong. She walked off. He shouted really loud and was angry. When I got wind of this, I shouted at him for shouting at my little daughter over a stinkin drink misunderstanding. Management came to kick me and my family out of the theater calling security. Does this make sense? My poor daughter was horrified and shaking. Avoid this place. Do not give them business.

Pathetic staff, wouldnt sell a ticket saying he needed ID When clearly over the age of 17 !!!!! Stupidest theatre ever!!! Oh wait and called a security to watch us around the mall to make sure we wouldnt try to sneak in again! Dont come to this theatre security is paranoid and out of their minds. Wouldnt let us have a good time!

Staff rude to my 12 year old girl. I stood in her defense complaining. Management wants to throw us out but already had seen movie. Terrible customer service. Terrible management. Guys, to to Mt. Hood theater on Tuesday night for 2 bucks. Popcorn is refillable and half the price. I spent 60 dollars to take my three daughters for a movie and popcorn. I should expect decent service to go along with it. I am not surprised the theater was empty. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The theater isnt always the cleanest, and some of the staff kind of dislike their jobs which is to be expected. It just kind of sours you when youre buying something and the person is a total jerk throughout the transaction. The seats arent the best in the standard theater, and it kind of seems that way on purpose so that they can really promote the lounge theater with recliners. All in all though, not the worst theater Ive been to!

Dont put a Theater next to a food court if you wont allow people to bring a drink you dont offer inside! Shame on you! Even when the cashier told me specifically that i will be able to go inside with it when i was getting the ticket, the guy checking the ticket refused to let me in with the drink... Very disappointed and wont be going to this theater anymore and will spread the word around my friends about it...

I dont get upset very easily, but I woke this morning still so frustrated from something we experienced last night. My mom, sister-in-law, me, (and of course my tiny nursing infant 9 week old) went to go see @badmoms at movie theater at @clackamastowncenter and they turned us away because children under 6 are not allowed in rated R movies (after 6pm I think they said?)
