I fish this boat often. Along with its sister vessel, The Lady Stuart, they are great bargains for a day of offshore fishing. If you are in the area on vacation and are looking for an inexpensive day offshore with a chance at catching some interesting fish this is for you. If you are retired (like me), live in the area, and want to fish with some great guys this is for you. If you are looking for a 53 Hatteras with champagne and a personal crew of four - this is not for you. - these are fishing boats. It will take a few trips to learn how the "regulars" improve their chances - but everyone Ive fished with on these boats (including the crew, if you will listen) is happy and very willing to share their techniques. Mates work for tips and are terrific (if you will listen) - plan on 20% minimum - they earn it. Introduce yourself to them when you get on board and ask lots of questions - youll have a better experience. I try to fish full days because you get more time fishing. If you are on vacation and looking for adventure a half-day trip will allow for other activities in the day. See you on-board!

We went out in January as we have several Januarys before. This was our first time on the Lady Stuart out of Ft. Pierce and let me tell you it will be my last. I am severely disappointed in the way this ship was run. The "regulars" all got the best spots and 80% of the crews attention. It definitely had the good ol boys club feel. I would not recommend this charter to anyone and I would find much better things to spend the money on. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!!!!! Tight lines...

Have went out on the Lady Stuart 1 and did Ok , but took the whole Family out on the lady out of Fort Pierce thats 5 of us, took 1 and half hours out and 1 and half back in, caught nothing but bait fish, now thats 5 lines in the water, full boat and it seems like the only ones that caught fish were the regulars with their own rigs, SAVE YOUR MONEY, may try Lady Stuart 1 again if not will try others.

Great if you want to get no help and be stuck on a boat full of smokers for 5 hours. 4 of us not a nibble even. Crew was unhelpful and not even very friendly. It was all of our first time ocean fishing and were very disappointed all around. Best part of it was seeing the dolphins and some sea turtles on the way out.

3 of us went on Sunday July 6. I understand that fishing can be up and down but the entire boat caught 3 "keepers" and those keepers were small grunts. Its important to have confidence in the captains ability to find fish. I keep seeing the fish that they post on facebook, are they for real?

Definitely a fun experience! I loved going out and catching fish. The atmosphere was great, and everyone looked like they were having fun! The crew was friendly and made sure that you were enjoying yourself at all times. Also, go in the morning! Its beautiful out on the water.

Its an hour and a half down and they only let you fish for two hours and then its another hour and a half back unless you pay more. But the crew was nasty to everyone so much that half the boat didnt leave a tip.

Time and money best spent elsewhere. The mates werent very attentive and no one was catching fish during the two hours of actual fishing time.
