I am a customer here here because it is close and the price is decent. Like other people have commented however, the staff running the projection needs training. Multiple times I have had to inform the staff of improper projection keystone, zoom, focus, etc. I then watch them fumble around with projector and still usually not get it right. Also, when I am not there durring prime hours, there is usually only one person working both the ticketing and concession stand at the same time. This has led to slow and poor customer service do to one staff member selling the tickets to each person or group then walking over to the concession stand and serving them their food and drink. I find that I actually have to get there earlier during off hours then during busy hours. One last negative, but not a huge deal, is that I am happy that the staff comes into the theater to check on the room. However the orange illuminated traffic wands they carry are a little ridiculous. It turns a task, which should go relatively unnoticed during your show, to visually screaming your presence to the audience. I have never been to any other theater that does this. (I have been to many.) Despite these improvements that are needed I still give them a three-star rating because its still a decent place to go see movies at a decent price.

I love the regal cinema in harrisburg, on top of the hill, but the one at lebanon valley mall was horrible. Not due to the cleanliness or staff rudeness, but of the customers. I went to see the new Insurgent movie and there were rude "teenagers" in the very front row. They were loud and running in and out of the theatre. The regal I will now be forever attending is better about having someone go around and "watch" out for this sort of thing. So fustrated. If I was able to get out of my row, I would have said something to a manager (who was also useless and talking to her "friends" in the lobby). Never again in my life will I be attending this Regal again. It gives a bad rap to all the other good cinemas.

Why dont they let a 19 year old thats very mature, and not let her bring in a teenager whos already seen it?! I personally think they need to change that dumb rule. And theres also one really dumb and mean blonde worker whos mean to everyone and doesnt know a thing, her name is Madison. Just change one rule Regal cinemas, let 18 and over bring a teenager to a rated R movie, thanks.

This place is trash. Regal is trash. Saw an amputated version of Suicide Squad and they never did so much as even apologize for it. Seriously, the screen was cut off on all sides and the were just, "seems to be something wrong with the film". That mess is digital, how is that even a thing? Seriously this place is garbage.

Never any problems. Went here once to see a horror film and the amount of teenagers there was horrible in it self. Complained to the manager that they were continuously loud and obnoxious. He offered a free movie in return but politely declined. Awesome customer service if you ask me.

Always a pleasure to visit this theater. The staff is always patient with my kiddos as they try to decide what treat theyd like and/or count out their own money - we like stopping off for a quick arcade game or two after were done and the popcorn is always delicious!

Horrible customer service. Always eyeing everyone going in there. Overpriced. No military discount like other regal theater. They ask people to get out when you done watching a movie cant even hang around at the arcade. Dont have the same seat like the other ones

Its a decent spot. Only issue I have is the sound quality. Compared to flagship, the volume at the Regal Cinema needs to be amped up alittle more. I shouldnt be able to hear people chewing their food during the movie. Better/louder sound quality is a must

The place is clean, and the seating is comfortable. The seats recline, and have an arm rest with a place for your drink that comes down if you want it. Like theatres everywhere, the prices for popped corn, drinks and candies are absurd.

Theater is clean and easy to access but its still expensive for food the movie theater is sometimes filled with people as the release of Star Wars the force awakens and can be very empty as for movies like Terminator Genesis.

We always go here for a quick movie. The popcorn is delicious and not bland in taste like some other local theaters. The movie selection is always good too and never too crowded.

Great theater, comfy seats, never over crowded. If you go on a week day or a night that a movie has been in a while, you could have the whole theater to yourself.

Projector froze right before the movie started. Took them 20 minutes to fix it but got free tickets for compensation.
