Went to see "Your Name" on the night of release, the place was understaffed on a Friday night, there was no one checking tickets at the entrance. The showtime was at 9:50, the lights though dimmed, it was on during the entire movie. A couple sitting near me was loud the entire time, a staff came in to check towards the end of the movie, never said anything about the loud couple. It wasnt a crowded show and this shouldve never happened. Things to improve: 1. Lights out 2. Should make rounds more often to make sure the audiences experience. We are here to have a good time, not to start trouble, it should your responsibilities to ensure that no one is ruining others experience.

Horrible experience. Was yelled at by "Ashleigh White" when ordering a drink. When we asked to speak to a manager she then refused to serve us and told us to get out of her line. "David Vitek" the manager told us he couldnt help because he wasnt standing there and didnt hear. Another customer came up to me and told me the exact same thing had happened to her. Never going back.

The location may be slightly difficult to find, but it isnt overly difficult for a competent adult. The service is excellent. They were active in reducing wait times in lines without being pushy. The theater itself is very very nice. The chairs are the most comfortable Ive ever found in a theater. This is the place to go on a movie date.

This movie theater serves beer and more artistic films. You wont be able to see Deadpool here. The facilities are well maintained and while it does seem a little short staff, the staff is phenomenal.

If you live in or visit the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, NC, it is a must to take in a movie in this quaint theater. The hosts are inviting, the lounge spacious and the seats super soft!

I love this theater, one of the few that doesnt require assigned seating and shows great independent films that never make it to the bigger theaters.

Great theatre carrying smaller arthouse and foreign films. Comfortable seating and good food and drink options, including beer and wine
