Let me share my Labor Day Movie Experiance at Wynnsong. Bought tickets for the Butler through Fandango. Got to the 4 PM show and it was sold out! We got tickets for the 6:50 show. Came back and waited for the show to start. At 7:15, staff came into the theater and told us they were having technical difficulties and we could wait or get a refund. We left for the lobby to have the dimwit behind the counter say we could not get a refund. He went running for a manager after we objected. When he returned - he told us we could not get our money back but tickets for another movie. Thank goodness the man infromt of me refused to budget without a full refund (he saved me from making a scene). Finally we were given a cash refund and left the theater by 7:40. Great customer service Wynnsong!

July 1, 2015: Took my family to see a movie. The sound track to the movie was so awful you could not hear the actors talking about 1/3 of time. Complained to staff - nothing done. Went to Manager on Duty after movie, he said no one else complained - and we were made to feel like we were lying. I wont return. Worst movie experience of my life. Staff (especially management) needs extensive training on the meaning of "customer service". AT NO TIME WAS AN APOLOGY OFFERED. My family of six has been attending this theater for years and have never been treated this poorly.

As a college student I frequently visit this theatre, and have had a great experience every single time for over a year- until now. I used to get almost half off with a student disount but now that AMC has taken over all you get is a $0.12 disount.. Whats the point in that??? That doesnt even cover the cost of taxes they charge to give you the tickets - pathetic! I will be finding a new theatre to bring my family and friends to.

Well I went to this theatre years before when it was Wynsong. I went to see girls trip last Thursday 8/24 and the movie was great. My biggest disappointment was the popcorn. No butter!! It was awful. Popcorn cost too much not to be given butter. I wasnt even asked. I regret my decision not to go a few extra miles to Sandhills theatre. Is this a normal AMC thing? If so I will not return.

Sitting in the movies now, mad af. The movie was suppose to start @ 7:30( Spider-Man Homecoming) but its 7:40 and we are in here looking at a black screen. No trailers, a black screen. Tf is going on in here. Will not be returning at allllllllllll. This is some BS......#harbison#dutchsquare#anywherebuthereagain

Went to go see an afternoon showing Conjuring 2 there. Even though the movie was rated R, the place was filled with kids and a bunch of adults who acted no better than kids. People talking to one another and the screen, texting nonstop and using their phones throughout. What a disappointment.

If I could give a negative 0 then I would. Management said she knew the theatre powers goes out with bad storms in theatre 1 and 5 yet shows a highly advertised movie in theatre 5. Power went out, didnt come back on and the staff did not seem equipped enough to handle issues.

Great theater, not fancy but very comfortable and clean. Usually a line (wait) to buy tickets, even when it isnt crowded, so dont be late. Not the quickest service, but really nice. Beer!

This theater is dirty and gross. The bathrooms are nasty and the stall doors dont lock. Service takes a long time. Sticky floors. The actual watching a movie part is pretty much ok though.

Worst theater experience ever. We went on a Tuesday, and ended up waiting in line to buy tickets for 25 minutes before we decided to just leave. Employees dont care. Never going back.

I love this theater...the staff is always nice and the facilities are always clean. They also dont charge you an arm and a leg at the concession, which is always a good thing.

I personally like this theater. It doesnt get as crowded as other movie theaters and the prices are cheaper. Very respectable prices if you are a college student or military.

The most reasonable prices for the latest movies in the area. Very clean, the staff is courteous. On Tuesdays all tickets are $5.and theres a $5. Popcorn and soda combo.

They show commercials before the previews and I dont think if you are paying to see a movie that you should have to watch TV commercials.
