We rented the facility on the 23rd of July for our wedding. It is a very nice place. The issues we incurred were not related to the building, but to one of the owners. We were forced to pay a clean-up fee even though we did not have 80 people. She asked the question when we disputed it "Will this break you?". The PA system kept going in and out during the wedding. They brought us some batteries for the mic. We had already bought batteries and that was not the problem. When I told them about it after the wedding the statement was made it had been dropped too many times by previous users. We were not reimbursed for the PA system even though it is in the agreement that one would be available for use. After the event we were charged for not having the complete amount paid within 30 days of the event. We stayed to clean-up the center and it was the way we got it, but was not refunded the $250.00 we were basically forced to pay in disregard to what the rental agreement said. 80 or more requires a clean-up fee. We had 70. Our wedding planner went to the facility to get a tour and ideas for the decorations and was told to look at the website. Very nice place, but the nickel and dime attitude of owners diminished the overall experience of renting the place.

I rented FULL price-full day on Sunday. Only got half the day to set up because owner was cleaning from the night before and was not in a hurry for me to have the soace. I didnt have time to decorate or be there when guest arrived. On top of that 2 months later she charged my credit card again without authorization. Worst venue service.
