Recently, I visited the theater to watch Beauty and the Beast. All was well until about twenty minutes into the movie, the screen went black, but the sound still worked. The lights started to flicker and no one came in to explain what was happening. Four or five people then got up to go inform the workers and they came back. No one ever came into the theater to tell us what happened or apologize. The picture finally came back about five minutes later and the rest of the movie was fine. Then, after the movie was finished, as we left the theater, no one was offered a refund, or anything as compensation for our trouble. I paid $20 for two tickets, and I think its outrageous that we werent compensated somehow for missing an important scene. I think this theater has been going downhill in recent years, and I dont know if I wish to return.

Small local cinema that shows current movies. Generally not too crowded through the week. Could use a remodel, however, it is convenient for locals and beats driving to St Louis to see a movie. Love the different flavors of popcorn seasoning they offer at a do it yourself counter. Be cautious about going to the arcade. It is not owned by the theater, and they are unable to refund money or assist if you have problems with the machines. Also, the prizes are not up to par with arcades in other theaters. (Not that any of them have good prizes.)

The popcorn was very salty, the tax is added to already expensive items. The seats and decor is terrible and sound system outdated. The bathrooms, half time are not working or smell6y.. Choose4 another replace! I took popcorn back and complained it was way tyoo salty to eat and the manager ask4ed me if I wanted another bag (of the same salty popcorn). I threw a full bag away in front of her without her saying anything or giving me a future free bag;.

About ten - fifteen minutes into the movie a group of 6 or seven walk in. A man in the group asks us when the movie started. We told him about 10 minutes ago. A few minutes later the movie stops and starts from the beginning again. The man told us it was ok because the girl in his group works there. So all of the other paying customers did not matter. Contacted B&B Theater by email. Never received response.

The theater is really becoming run down & needs improvements. Broken restroom doors, broken down theater seats, not so clean restrooms. It hasnt had a face lift as long as I can remember. I only went here due to a timeline. I would rather have driven to Arnold & spent my money there.

This theatre is nice if you want a smaller, quieter theatre. Its a good place to go if you dont want to be in an overcrowded theatre. The staff is friendly and the tickets are cheaper than a lot of other theatres.

The theater was ice cold - people had to complain and it still didnt help. They also double charged my friend on his tickets that he bought online. Other than that, my butt only half fell asleep, which is good.

Its a nice, quiet, quality theater. Some of the theater screens are bigger than others, so if youre seeing a less popular movie on a busy release night youre probably gonna get the small one.
