Theatre rooms themselves were nice, comfortable, and had plenty of room. Before you arrive to the theatre rooms, however, be prepared for a very long line. Someone thought it would be a good idea for tickets and drinks/snacks to be sold together. This means that youll be waiting until other folks not only buy their movie tickets, but also stand there and decide if they want popcorn, what kind of drink, what size drink, any snacks, etc. The lines are LONG. There is a separate queue for people who buy their tickets online, but that comes with a whole host of problems as well. The line for tickets+food shares the exact same cashiers as the one with online ticket purchases! Why?! This means that you STILL have to wait for someone to finish ordering movie tickets and separate amenities until a cashier frees up to give you your tickets. But the problems dont stop there. If youre first in line and the cashier calls for the next person to come up, prepare for an argument. The person in the ticket+popcorn line will want to go up to the next cashier as well, especially after theyve been waiting so long. Then a bout of "me-first" ensues and even more time gets eaten up. One of the worst designs for a cinema ever encountered. A separate line AND cashier are absolutely necessary if they were to make this even slightly more efficient. Oh, and telling employees about other chatty customers in the theatre will get you a shoulder shrug. They do NOT do ID checks for underage kids attending R-rated movies. They allow teens to roam to any theatre they please even if they didnt pay for the one theyre going to see. Horrible experience overall.

I used to love this theater but since the change of ownership to AMC from Carmike, now it is THE WORST! Pitiful lousy management with no attention to detail or care for delivering a positive customer experience. The management, when informed of several discrepancies and or shortcomings of the theater, had nothing to say to explain why the theater was in such a disarray. Just gave us a deer in the headlights look but never once apologized or gave us any kind of explanation. For example, no popcorn was available on a busy Sunday afternoon, with a 10 minute wait time to have more made. The theater was packed, and obviously no one was in charge. How do you let the pop corn machines run out? The floors were filthy, the lights did not go out at the start of the movie, someone had to go out of the movie and inform the management that the movie had started and the lights were still on. Heres a few more problems: Cashier wasnt properly trained to ask for AMC member card, didnt know how to process an AMEX gift card, and obviously by the cashiers attitude they wouldve rather been somewhere else. In summary, poor leadership equals piss poor customer experience and overall a lousy theater to visit. A fish rots from the head down. I wouldve gave this review negative stars if that was possible. Dont visit this theater.

Theres no ticket kiosk where you can pick up your tickets instead you have to wait in line with everyone else who didnt buy tickets and also just dumb enough to stand in the same line in front of you for 20 minutes but didnt take the time to decide if they want pop corn or candy, if they want a slushy or soda. I dont understand why theres no automated quick kiosk or why theres no dedicated line for online ticket buyers who pay convenience fees just to be inconvenienced! Its a new Theater with out the newest technology? Theres an older cinema down the road thats more up to date than here. The theater its self is good except I wish that there was a second option for handicap seating the spot my medical Alert Dog and I had was good although I have vision in only one eye so sitting so close can make it tough to see everything all at once. I originally started with 4 stars although everything I said pushed me to deduct one more each time as thats how frustrated I was with this Cinema.

Very nice theater. The customer service was off today. I prefer fresh popcorn and I asked for fresh popcorn and that seem to be a issue but at $9 a pop for a bucket of popcorn I think I deserve to get fresh popcorn. A cup fell on the floor and she picked it up and put it back on the counter. Had to ring my order twice. But good thing for long trailers preview still showing after spending 10 minutes at the customer service or what seemed like 15 minutes. With all the confusion of ringing up the order she refused to give the cups until after it was all said and done so we had to go make are own drinks, which isnt a problem but the cups wasnt given to us until after the problem with order, the order was paid for so I dont know what the holdup was with dispensing the cups Summer Frank and go ahead and make the drinks. Anyhow we enjoyed the movie.

Bought tickets for a movie, found out the projector was broken since that morning and they sold me tickets anyway. Waited in line 40 minutes after the movie was supposed to start. Then when i wanted a refund they gave me the run around and couldnt find the manager. They shouldnt have sold tickets and had people wait in line for a movie that wasnt going to work. They didnt anounce that the projector was broken when selling the tickets or when people were waiting in line. They didnt treat their customers right. The projectror breaking probably isnt their fault but the way they handled the situation and treated their customers is their fault.

Never a problem , yes the lines can be a little long and yes they could probably use a few more people working the counter, however The imax alone is worth it , plus the employees are always super nice and answer all of our questions about the movies that are playing , p.s. Plus the place is always super clean .... I would agree that that maybe something could be done about the big new releases . We have never been pressured into buying the 20 dollar pop corn bucket ... We enjoy this place and will continue to visit

Good popcorn big screens but not very loud? Ill still give 5 stars bc maybe there speakers cant handle it but I found carmike 12 to be louder which makes me feel more immersed in the movie. Dont get me wrong its not quiet in the least bit but certainly not very loud.. At least not the theater I was in a couple times. I think usually newer movies they have it louder. The seats tho make up for it, and how polite everyone is there. Could be cheaper but its a movie theater how else are they going to make money right?

This place uses the same line for tickets and concessions. Which itself is pretty annoying and inefficient. But as if that werent enough, they use high-pressure sales tactics to try to get you to buy concessions when all you want to do is get tickets. No ... no ... I actually dont want your $20, 5 gallon bucket of diabetes. Then as the final nail in my coffin lid for this place they charge about 2x what Cinemaworld does over on 192. I will not return.
