Love the course, great to play has many holes you can really take the driver out on and others that you have to strategically play your irons off the tee box. Greens arent in the best shape. They are still watering too much, as around 15-33% of each green is dead or dying. They just need to lay-off the watering. Otherwise it is a very fun course and I enjoy playing. The staff is helpful enough I played recently and the group before us was really really slow and they asked them to let several groups they were holding up play through.

The course itself is a little hokey, however the conditions are pretty good for the price paid. The most frustrating part about this course is pace-of-play. We were stuck behind a foursome this past weekend that refused to let anyone by them. The guy in the clubhouse said that there was nothing he could do as the city would be livid if he were to approach anyone about their pace of play. Apparently the city is more concerned about making sure a foursome is happy than losing the other 12 people waiting behind them!

I really enjoy this course. I am new to golf and only recently started playing this year, so I havent had a chance to play many courses, but have played City Club four times between May 2015 - August 2015. The course is beautiful and challenging. However recently the greens have taken a turn for the worse. Many of them, especially on the front 9 are un-puttable. The prices for a round are also quite high, especially when you consider current conditions of the greens.

Course is decent not amazing but decent. However they do not know how to govern tee times and seem more concerned with cramming as many people on the course as possible. Every tee your waiting on a group ahead of you that are waiting on the group ahead of them. They either need to be more strict on starting times or have rangers ensuring pace of play is being upheld. It should never take a group of 2 5+ hours to play 18!

Great staff, short but very fun layout. Fairways and rough are good, about a 7, tee boxes about a 4 (there are a few that are not level and full of sand, and greens are the main reason people dislike this course. They are a 3. Some greens are worse than others, but many are un-puttable. Until they get their greens replaced (which I hope is soon), I would recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Staff was friendly and the course has a pretty cool layout. However, the greens are in extremely bad shape and the fairways are dirt. It is fun to have your balls roll from a near stand still to over 100 yards away but hitting off of it is very difficult. I am disappointed because I have heard good things about the course but to pay nearly $50 around noon for greens like that doesnt make a lot of sense.

The course was a nice layout and very scenic. Played on Sunday morning and pace of play was good. However, most of the greens were in terrible shape...you were basically putting on sand in some places. Also there was a lot of ground under repair in the fairways. If the price was $35 I wouldnt complain at all, however, for $54 plus tax....not worth it.

Been playing here for years. June, 2014 and its probably in the best shape I can recall. I love this old style layout (except #2). Wish they could find a way to expand a few par 3s but there simply is no room. Love this place.

Greens were in awful shape. They were very shaggy and had 3 different types of grass on them. Bad part was they still had the courage to charge 58 bucks. First course Ive played in Marietta and not planning on going back.

Great golf course. Course is in amazing shape. Greens are kept up and not riddled with ball marks. Not a long course, but is challenging. Requires well placed iron shots from several tees. Recommend this course.

Very classic & traditional layout. Course management works well here, although relatively short yardage. Not much reward for cutting corners thanks to some very tall/old well placed trees.

Poorly managed, kids from the hotel wandering on the course. Very slow play, no one keeping golfers moving. Nice course design, poorly maintained. Will never return.

One of, if not THE best course in Metro Atlanta. Amazing greens and landscaping prove the staff are "all in." Affordable and a real class act.

Slow play all day. Been here a dozen times and always waiting on the tee box. Brutal, not worth $50/rd

Waited 15 to 30 mins between every tee shot could be a great course if a Ranger was around.
