I was there in spring break with the family, I came from Chicago, I had the worst night ever because of the rude manager over there, who was rushing everything up so he can go home early, because it was the last show, first he close the popcorn machines after 15 minutes from the movie start my kid went to get refill but he was told they close, the employee tried to get a manager approval he said NO!!! I waited till the movie was over then i went to speak to the manger ,hie employee text him that a customer waiting for him and i had a complain , he told him to tell me ,he is busy upstairs fixing a problem with the bulb and would be a 15 minutes to be down stairs!!!!!! ,,,so i waited for him 40 minutes and he didnt show up!!!!!!!!!!! Its getting late about 1:25 i had to go home ,,,but that manger is so IGNORANT,,,DISRESPECTFUL,,,,RUDE,,,

This theater is nicely tucked away behind a bunch of high end shops and restaurants in Philips Place. As a theater goes the seats are comfortable and the place is pretty clean. The concession area is pretty small for the size of the theater, especially since only one of the two stands seem to be open most of the time. Parking is pretty easy and close as there is a parking garage right next door. The smaller theaters sizes are nice since you dont have to cross 20 people to get to an end of a row. Overall the draw to this theater is it is right next to a few restaurants so it makes an easy date night.

Horrible service. Went to see Blair Witch and the movie turned off 20 minutes into the showing. Talked to a manager and he told me that that had not sold any tickets even though we had just bought them from a manager at the front. They asked for my ticket stub but I had thrown it in the trash. The manager proceeded to tell me I could dig through the trash if I wanted to prove I bought a ticket. The other manager couldnt remember my face after 20 minutes had passed. So basically, if you want to go to a theater with rude and forgetful (or high) managers, this is the place youre looking for.

This is a great theater with comfortable seats and friendly staff. The only reason for losing a star is because the AC went out a few times ago when I was there during the heat of Summer. Made the glue on my wifes shoe melt and her heel fell off! JK, that did happen while we were there but not because of the heat. We still go back often and have not had any problems since that one time.

We just got back from the preview movie "The infiltrator". The place is clean and the staff are welcoming and nice. I liked the idea of getting a seat as soon as we arrived. Sometimes when it comes to previews you wait at least 30 minutes standing in - line. But not in this case. The seats are comfortable and clean. seniors and handicaps can find the place easy access.

So glad that seats do not have to be reserved at Regal Phillips Place. Thank you for allowing freedom of choice, if one needs to change seats. Have been watching movies here for the past two decades since Phillips Place first opened. Appreciate the consistency in customer service.

Gone kind of downhill. The seats have tears in them, the floors were sticky. The people are nice but honestly with all the theaters in Charlotte getting upgraded it has turned what used to be the nice theater into the one I only go to if everything else is sold out.

Nice theater. I went after shopping at the mall. Im from new york so paying $7.50 was great. Ive been to other theaters in charlotte and this is definitely one of the cleaner and better kept ones. Plus its not hard to movie hop here ;)

Ive never been to this theater that I wasnt miserably hot by the end of the movie. Vinyl seats are idiotic (I go home with my clothes wet from sweat from shoulder to knee) and their air conditioner is woefully insufficient.

Not the best theater Ive been to. The concessions stand area isnt large enough for the size of the theater and the seats could definitely use an update. I was surprised by the lack of updates for such an upscale area.

Theater is getting "tired." It needs to be updated. Only one snack station open on a Saturday night is pretty poor customer service, plus the theater was about 80 degrees - management needs to turn or up the A/C.

Some theaters are too small, even for big weekend releases. Good upscale area to grab dinner before or after. Prices the same as everywhere else and their kiosks for buying tickets are convenient.

Clean theaters and restrooms, but the ticket line gets pretty long. Concession prices are in line with other theaters, i.e. over-priced.
