This place is trash. They charged over $40 for two college students to bowl for one hour. That means I paid $21 to throw a heavy ball at some pins for 60 minutes. Thats twice the price of any bowling alley Ive ever been to in my life, and in a college town. If they charged less, more people would go, because its not like theres much else to do in Norman. Instead, they push away their target market with insane prices. And honestly, its not even like the place is well-maintained. It feels like theres a layer of grime on everything you touch, the parking lot is full of pot holes, the manager was doing dip at the front desk, and the kids he had working for him were just throwing empty bottles across the entry and blocking you as you come in. What in the world? Im 21 years old, yet Im writing this review like a 50 year old because I have so much bottled up anger toward this place.

Dont ever go here terrible food and service. The lanes dont work half the time, balls get stuck all the time. The price is OUTRAGEOUS for what youre getting. I should have just went to Planet Bowl instead of trying somewhere new. . . Wont be making that mistake twice. And the people at the front desk dont care if youre pins and lanes dont work . " just wait until it fixes itself " If you have someone ordering a pretzel and your out of CHEESE on a SATURDAY night, bring that to your customers attention.... dont bring them a pretzel that wasnt cooked all the way and say " oh we dont have cheese" ..... Really...? Then you finish cooking the pretzel, & it taste like rubber and taste like its been sitting out for a month..? TRASHY PLACE.

I called 4 days before my event happened and was told lane rental was $25.00 per hour and $3.00 per person for shoes. I made my reservation (New Years Eve) I show up with my party of 6 (some on a very tight budget) and was charged $40.00 per hour plus shoe fee. I told the manager what had happened and all he had to say was "well I can refund your money and you just dont bowl" its 10pm on new years eve. After the embarrassment of my friends having to figure out how to cover the extra charge we went ahead and bowled (to late to change our plans). The lanes where crap they kept messing up and we had to move lanes. I will NEVER BE back and will tell everyone I know what kind of business they do.

Worst bowling alley in the state. Pinsetters break every time I come. This time it broke continously. The employees never offered to move us until we had talked to them for the fourth or fifth time about all the problems and our 2 hours was almost up. It probably wouldnt have done much good anyways though because last time they moved us, the new lane broke also. We pay for two hours and they wont refund our money. They only give cards for free games, and you can only use one a day and not during glow bowl which is what we were paying for. Ill go support the bowling alleys that keep up their equipment and treat their customers right from now on.

If I can give it 0 stars I would. I went there last week on Friday and the people are rude they dont help when you have a question or want to know whats there specials. The food is crap the pretzels was cold and my drink was watered down I told them and the guy caught an attitude with me saying "People complain over the dumbest s*** ever. I took my friends and the pins kept messing up we told them it took someone 30 minutes just to fix them! I was so agitated the whole entire time cause the workers are so rude. I was so embarrassed in front of all my friends cause i had to worry the whole time cause they were rude and the lanes were messing up!!

The pizza was surprisingly tasty! The lanes are old, kinda fascinating that you can see your ball drop on the way back to you and the lanes are made of real wood. For the age the lane equipment worked pretty well. Sometimes it wouldnt get the correct score on the first bowl, but it would figure it out on the spare. Balls only got stuck once, I expected it to happen more often. The balls are pretty marred up with gashes and I guessed the ball return equipment did that. Alley employees should spend some slow time cleaning the outside of the rental shoes, they had some visible grime.

When one employee tells you an additional lane is $20 and then your charged $85, its a little frustrating to say the least. Whats more irritating is when the employee tells you they do the care if you come back or not because youre mad that they over charged you. I asked whatever happened to customer service. She said to me, well if the customer is wrong...oh brother. Not that I have much influence but please choose a different bowling alley to take your kids for their birthday party.

Horrible service. I walked in with my child and the cashier is having a conversation with what seemed to be a former employee with no reguard to the fact I was waiting. Then I was told that they had no lanes open even though there were two lanes open. Those lanes were "reserved" incase someone from the league had to be moved. Will never waste another drive to Norman to go here. Should of known what I was getting into when it was a bowling alley in a strip mall. Total joke.

Every time we come here there in the middle of a shift change they say 5 mins then wait 20 to 30 mins I dont come here to sit and wait for you to do you job if your at your station and your replacement is not there yet then do your job until late they show up this is ridiculous iv never been any where that does this other then this place any where else you go they dont stop and turn down customers just cuz there replacement is not there get your stuff together

My dad and I came here the other day to just hang out and play some pool. Well the game cards wouldnt go through to play. And when we told them about it they apologized and said they cant give refunds. So we left. Then we came today to try again and they worked but there was no cue ball. Put in 6 more dollars, we asked them today about that and said there was "no answer", no surprise there. We will never attend the sooner bowling alley again.

I wish the price was a little more competitive I feel its a little overpriced like I feel about other bowling alleys. The beer is in cans and food is what to expect. The lanes are old and we had to reset them alot. The maintenance staff are very helpful and made sure to fix our lanes in a timely manner. But the front desk and waitstaff are ok. If I could give it a real rating its more like 2.5.

Beyond frustrating - called to set up a party but they dont do it on week days. No biggie, asked if we could just bring a cake, rent a lane and have dinner there on a open night and were told no problem. So we get there and guess what. Cant bowl because we brought the cake. Theyd rather lose costumers - forever - than let a kid have his birthday cake.
