Absolutely horrible and i try to keep my opinion to myself when a negative one. The greens are atrocious. 90% of the greens are missing 90% of the grass and this is no exaggeration. Management has kept poor care of this course for several years now. Everything is basically poor to any true golfers standards. City of Temple should have fired the manager a long time ago for how poorly this course has been kept. My last and final experience there is when I pulled up on my collectors item motorcycle to get a cheese steak from the grill. They were closed early, of course, and the manager was obviousley intimidated by a guy on a motorcycle. He was agitated and asked me to move it somewhere besides where the carts were parked. I obliged and the next thing I know I am being accused of some false, but serious accusations. This guy is dishonest in every since of the word and the course he runs is obsurdly less than par. I would avoid this place and if they make you pay full freight just take some pictures of the greens to the city managers office to get your money back.

This course is the worst in the area. They boast a professional course and they just redid it. Terrible job. If they spent a dollar on it, it would be a waste of money. The greens are horribly rough and brown. I played Stonetree in Killeen two days ago and their course looks beautiful. On top of that, we did not see a Marshall the whole time. The play was extremely slow. It took four hours to play 9 hole because they were so over booked and no one would let us play through. Me and my buddy usually pace 18 holes at about 3 1/2 hours. I will never go back to this course!!!

They do what they can with what they have. I always enjoy playing here and the course is difficult with the amount of water hazards. Currently, and seen during previous visits, the greens are in horrible shape, it looks as if they had the mower to low on some passes. If this course isnt directly next to your house I would suggest going to Killeen, it cost the same $ to play and is kept in much nicer shaoe.

For the money you spend, one would think this course would be in a lot better shape. Not even going to mention the pace of play by members that think they own the place, Ive seen better greens in Iraq

I did my community service hours here great place to get your hours done while enjoying outdoors. I enjoyed my self til I sprained my wrist and had to go to hospital.

Great people there. Course is in very good condition save for a few greens. Possibly the best condition Ive ever seen it in from tee to green though.

Its crowded. The grass has big brown patches in it. They dont rake the sand traps. Not to mention the caliber of people you have to play with!

If it rains the course is unplayable. Not a bad course other than that greens are decent and fairways maintained.
