Premiere Theaters is a wonderful movie house. The staff leaves a lot to be desired. Uninformed to say the least. Very sumptuous and shows up as a Regal on the Internet but I asked if they had captioning for Papa Hemingway (I am hearing impaired) and the attendant told me yes. I bought the tickets, we went in. The movie started and no captions on the device they gave me. Went out waited in line. They adjusted the equipment. Went back in. No captions. Came out again and waited in line again. They gave me another device (different staff member). Went back in. No captions. By then I had missed 15 minutes of the movie so I decided to stay and at least catch some of the dialogue and try to guess at the rest. When I came out I protested to the staff. Another guy that seemed to be a supervisor (different color shirt) told me that the movie was not captioned! Why did they not tell me at the start and I would not have bought the tickets! They also did not offer to refund my ticket. Never again will I go there.

Should have done this review long time ago but I guess better late than never. When they switched over to all DLP I started telling people but nobody believed me. I had to enjoy a lot of really nice movie time all by myself. The environment is so nice and neat that sometimes I just wonder by to look around. However the biggest thing for me is the qualiy of pictures. This is the only theater I go to now, either with family or by myself. I especially enjoy the reduced price Tuesday and mornings. I can keep going but am afraid it might bore you. Simply put, this is the best theater in the area. You cant be disappointed. BTW, I bought myself a UHD TV so this is the only place that can stand up to that. Enjoy!

Nice theatre - BUT - the actual movie started 31 minutes past the showtime because they hit us with 9 minutes of previews (which is okay) and a full 22 minutes of TV commercials (which is not okay). Yes you read that right - TV commercials - Ford, Chevy, Hyundai, Tresemme, Suave, Sprint, MetroPCS, too many others to remember. I was shocked; an usher told me they do it for every show. What a truly horrible idea. I didnt pay good money to watch TV commercials, I can do that at home. And so - unless something changes, this place gets one star from me - and guess what else, Ill not be going back.

Recent bad experience. My family comes to this theater because its close and has a small town feel. Our last visit though was a nightmare. Their computer system had apparently been going down throughout the day. The staff was not prepared and customers were finding out at checkout. We offered to leave our debit card & ID so we wouldnt miss start of the movie (which we did). Nothing was acceptable to them except cash and the manager did not care at all. No apology, no attempt to work with us. It caused us stress on one of the few movies we saw kid free.

I would like the Managers at the Oaks to know about "CHRIS" he gives the best customer service that anyone could ask for. He is as always helpful to me and my friends. I bring alot of people to see the movies. Chris always greets people with a smile. He is always cleanly dressed and professional. I give Chris 10 STARS. GO CHRIS and thank you for your all around help for the company you work for. And fresh hot popcorn. Lol. I will see you next Wednesday. Have a great week at the movies.

The Premiere Oaks Theater is the best in Brevard. I have been a real fan from the beginning. They have the best seats and the best concession choices. The management does an excellent job keeping it clean and training their staff to be courteous and friendly. I like the way the support the community offering special events to the public. I especially enjoyed the "Pirates of the Carribean" premiere parties that benefitted the local Boy Scout program. I attended all three.

This place has spoiled me for most other theaters. It is by far the best theater on the Space Coast! It is always clean, the staff is wonderful and the screens and sound are excellent. When I think of going to the movies this is the only place I think of. They offer a VIP rewards program, $4 early bird movies, $5 movies all day long on Tuesdays, refills on Large popcorn and drinks and more. When I go to review movies this is the only place for me! You should check it out!

Premiere Oaks 10 is our typical haunt for movies, granted we dont go too often. Its probably better than the other Melbourne theatre. The theatre technology is good. Nice colors, 3D, HD, great sound. Prices on snacks are pretty theatre-run-of-the-mill. Arcade upstairs is a nice bonus. The mens restrooms are a little funny because they packed the urinals in there...(TMI!) But the place is clean and fun. They run deals during the summer and Tuesdays, I think. A solid choice!

We live out of state now, but every time we make it back to visit friends and family, we make sure to visit the Oaks 10! Everyone who works here is so friendly, helpful and professional. The seats are SO comfortable, better than the seats in any theater weve visited. The building itself is lovely and has so much character, its also always extremely clean....AND, the popcorn is definitely the best anywhere!! Wish we had a theater just like the Oaks in our Colorado town.

My husband and I went to see A monsters call with our 6 month out daughter. She didnt cry once she just played with her bottle the whole time and at one point she laughed afterwards she seat quietly watching the movies when a employee confronted us stating to excuse ourselves because they got a complaint about her crying. The statement was even made "This is no place for children nor babies" and was asked to leave. Dont go to Oaks they are not family friendly!!!!

The place is a classic movie theater, though furnishings are new and it has stadium seating, theres a bit of a dated vibe to it, like velvet and tacky carpet type. But its clean and nice, its probably just a classic look and Im used to something different. Either way, screen is great, audio is great and the concession options are phenomenal, from dipping dots to Oreo churros, you name it!

The 2nd of January and they are so short staffed that Im waiting on line for redeeming gift passes over 30 minutes. I counted over 100 people in line. Some families, nonetheless, the theater had only 5 people behind the counter. Granted there were kiosks but with people getting and redeeming passes they do no good. Maybe re-gifting passes would have been a better idea.

Not too many theater checks during movies :-( Rowdy college kids can ruin a good superhero film. Prices are on par with normal concession. A lot of employees off the clock do hang out at ticket tearing podium. This can slow down seating time for a highly anticipated movie. All in all these are minor gripes to a establishment that has great DLP and the best 3D around.

Always has a large selection of movies, great showtimes, good food and nice employees. The theater recently started showing older movies from the 80s on Wednesdays and Sundays which is absolutely incredible. Nothing like seeing Indiana Jones or Ferris Buellers Day Off on the big screen. Has to be one of the best ideas Ive seen in a long time.
