Horrible since the take over. The bathrooms were messy, toilets wouldnt flush. Customer service was rude. Prices were a lot higher on everything. The cashier was downing the new take over as well. In the theater, the seats were so close, in top of one another. I didnt care for it and I tried to give the movie a shot and I didnt like it. The manager would not give me a refund or even exchange my ticket to another movie. I had not watched but about 25 minutes of it. She said that I watched an hour. Shes crazy, she obviously doesnt know anything about her job or she would know that theres about 15 minutes of trailer time before movies and Thats just sad. I did not arrive until exactly 4 oclock for a 4 oclock movie .. had to walk in, buy a ticket, drink, popcorn, and candy and that takes time. ive never had such horrible service at a theater. I will never go back to that one

This theater often has focus problems and brightness problems. I have been to several of their screens and most of the time the movie is poorly focused, dark and murky on the screen, or both Ive gotten comp passes for focus problems but really, I would rather it was right the first time. This theater has more commercials than any other I go to, and I go to a lot. I dont mean trailers, I like trailers. I mean soft drinks, cars, PSAs, everything just like commercial TV at home, at movie theater prices. On the plus side it is clean and comfortable and the people have always been nice.

Not your typical AMC theater. You purchase tickets inside at the concession counter. No walking in with your electronic ticket and going straight to the theater, which I LOVE about AMCs. However, you do get to purchase your concessions and your ticket at the same time, which saves you from standing in 2 different lines, if you do not use the app. Ten theaters are available and the screen and sound quality were great. No recliner seating is why I gave it only 4 stars. I LOVE the recliners. I will drive to the AMC Regency from Callahan just for the recliner seats.

Been to this theater at least 10 times, and at least 8 out of those 10 there has been some kind of problem. Its almost like it is ran by school kids. When I pay over $50 for my wife and I to see a movie I expect it to be a top notch experience. Its been different problems each visit, any thing from sound not synced up to sound with no picture until either someone complains or were 2 minutes into the movie. Too many things to list and/or explain on here. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the popcorn is usually fresh and the theater is kept clean.

Overall a good place to watch a movie. On average the prices on concessions were normal...High (for a movie theater thats normal) Bathrooms were clean and for sure the staff was pleasant. Nice location and the movie was clear with great sound. Chairs were comfortable and Big Man certified. Theater was a little hot temperature wise. Liked the free refils on soft drinks. Popcorn was fresh. They have a station for you to add butter and salt so you can get your Popcorn just the way you like it. Family friendly and plenty of parking. thumbs up!

Not great this time. Maybe its due to storm! What happened to half price Tuesday? Also, the premier membership doesnt work! As we were waiting in line for tickets, supposedly "premier" members were skipping line, making us late. Can I suggest a separate cashier just for members? We did ask about a membership, but the young girl had no time to explain. Not enough staff available. What about a separate food line, so that those of us who only need tickets can obtain them promptly? Thank you

By all means go. But make sure your movie is not in number eight. There was an engine like rattling and vibration noise that to me sounded like a plane flying overhead. I was given a refund immediately with no questions asked. Will I go back again? Absolutely. But not theater number 8. I hope they get this problem fixed. I just found it too difficult to enjoy the movie with this noise and vibration. They are also very aware of this problem.

My wife and I went Christmas night to see Moana. This place looks like it had just been built by its cleanliness and how organized the setup is. Of course, it wasnt busy at all so we had the entire theatre to ourselves. The chairs were very comfortable, movie was great, never had any problems with sound quality or picture. A little on the pricey side but well worth it. We will definitely be back soon.

Would not recommend at all. Popcorn was stale. The picture was dark and out of focus at times. Manager was very rude! Did NOT stand by online prepaid ticket. Did not seem to know anything about their website and its promotions. Handled it very poorly! Had my 75 year old Mom and son with me! Very embarrassing!! We will not be going back!

I really enjoy The staff and theater. My popcorn tasted stale,so I went to the manager and he said no problem. I will cook a new batch right now for you. Just wait 5 mins. That was great cause I never complain. I give the staff an A+. They made me feel important. Thank you Carmikes staff for your great customer service.

Always good customer service, clean and everyone is friendly. Plus thier Big D theater is awrsome. Lots of selection at the concession with average prices. The freestyle soda machines are a win as well. My husband and I always go to this theater even though there are plenty of options around.

Very clean, very modern! Love this theatre. Wish they could screen their patrons and give them common courtesy but that is their only flaw. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Prices are a little pricey but its worth it to keep it up!

Customer services were top notch. But the point of the business is for the movie itself. Lighting was horrible, focused out throughout movie. And the sound quality was garbage. Guess its Hollywood in rivercity from now on.

Great staff. I like that you didnt have to stand in line twice once for tickets once for concessions. Very clean bathrooms. Nice roomy seats.felt very safe with police officers within eye site. .

Great staff. Well kept. Tuesdays offer great deals too. Occasionally the system might have a film (and previews) delayed from its promoted start time but theyre quick to fix once informed.

AMC 10 brings a new life to yulee.... Its been progressive for sometime around yulee however this theatre brings an updated, and highly technologically advanced film viewing experience.

Very nice. Better directions on the check in. And enforcement of the "premiere pass" might head off some very frustrating dealings with non premier cutting lines.
