Note for real golfers. Nice folks posting here but obviously not serious enough about the game to understand whats important. This course is in an extremely unfortunate situation. A new supervisor/manager has recently come aboard in recent years and has been trying to upgrade the course. The results have been awful. I give him credit for cleaning up the mess in the office and turning better profits but in the meantime he has completely ruined the course which was already in poor shape. A couple years ago he even killed a few greens by adding too much sand over winter.... he starts projects and never finishes them. He lets this knucklehead run a backhoe on the course all day making piles of dirt for no apparent reason other than to create useless grassy piles of dirt??? The place has been a disaster area for 3 years now and now holes are closing down with a little discount while new paths are being installed. At least he brought in a professional to do that work ughhh. Most importantly however is the blatant disregard for turf management there. They dont arriate the grounds and dont ever bother to plant a grain of grass seed in what is amounting to be acres and acres of hard pan everywhere even in some fairways. How the heck can someone keep a supervisor job with this sad performance? Very sad... it really could have been a nice course. They really need to hire someone else who knows how to care for a golf course. The staff however is very friendly and helpful. I want this classic little tract to do well but Im not sure it can ever really be considered a golf course for serious play. Ive noticed how the regulars there have actually created a whole new method of swinging golf clubs in order to play off the pavement grade fairways, roots and gravel pits in order to survive lol. Sad part is that if any one of them played a real course which required golf skills, they would be dead in the water. The greens are small which can be a great challenge but they are never rolled and have absolutely no purity to them. Supposedly the motto amongst players there is aim and pray. Thats awful... come on Paramus... get your act together on this. Great town, great people etc deserves a decent shot at turning this classic golf course around!

There is a mini golf course here as well as the Paramus Golf course. The mini golf is fund and inexpensive. Great to go with friends or family, the courses are all fairly straight forward with different themes. Overall, a great experience!

The place is kept in pretty good condition. Regular members can only make a tee time the day before at the earliest. Slightly more expensive than most county courses at $70 per non member on the weekends with cart.

Paramus Golf Course is one of the best courses around and what the grounds crew has done is just unbelievable. I would say everyone should play here but than tee times would be hard to get. Mike Anzo

Ive been playing here for years. I must say the course is in the best shape Ive seen in the laSt 5 years. Staff is friendly and the greens are in great shape. Pace of play is around 4:15

Top golf ! top greens 3D fringe cut good & club house & pro shop the practice green was vast & chip proof ! love that..... but the driving range is something else .... 5 stars
