This makes no sense. We buy the tickets from fandango and we go in and this rude staff dude said this is so awkward and he literally made us feel so werid. He was like are you the birth parent to my sister. Anyways thats he rule but then they give us a refund paper to fill out and after Im finally done putting all the info down another one of the workers says there are no refunds and gave us return cards to the movie and not even our money back. WISH THIS HAD a zero star option. Rude

Really enjoy the ambiance and cleanliness. Staff is friendly and professional. What I DONT like (and my reason for the downgrade) is repetitively serving me STALE popcorn! It has been FOUR times in a row...I give up, especially at inflated movie prices. Besides a decent seat, decent popcorn should be a given at any movie theatre in the country. Cinemark, its time for some quality control in your Concession area!

I have been to the cinemark many times since its opening and it hasnt mattered if wed bought our tickets before hand and I was fumbling around with my phone trying to find the app or buying tickets late or whatever weve always been treated with patience and kindness by everyone....maybe weve been lucky or maybe you get what you give ...cant say... but we will cont.enjoying our movies there.

My Husband and I took our Autistic child to see Star Wars this evening and she enjoyed it and did great for about 45 min. After that though she started having some trouble and my husband had to take her out of the theatre. We explained to the staff and they gave us three free passes to try again another day! Thanks for making our day Cinemark

Great little hideaway in the hill country. Come get away from the rush of the city crowds but still enjoy great shopping and food along with a very nice movie theater. Just about any shopping can be done here and all a nice stroll away from a whole foods for picking up something for home or eat in.

Great movie theater! The employees are very nice and keep the theaters very clean. Also, go on a Tuesday night and get a half price movie! (Make Tuesdays a date night and go to the Pizza place next door and get 2 for 1 pizza followed by a half price movie!)

Nice theater, but I dont think anyone in management has ever watched a movie in the front row. My neck still hurts 30 min later. Baffling design. Do not waste your money on a front seat ticket! We thought "his bad can it be?" Its really awful.

A bit pricy, but totally worth it! The seats are awesome recliners, and set up so that every seat is a great view. Make sure to get tickets early even if its not a peak time, because the theatres are small so they fill up fast.

Recently upgraded seats, but twice I have gone and been turned away because every single theater was full. Minimizing the amount of seats to simply have bigger chairs isnt very good for their customers.

The new seats are awesome. They recline and are quite comfy. I just wish tickets werent so pricey. It really makes you think before taking your whole family to the movie as spending $60 or $70 bucks.

Very clean theater. Friendly staff. Like the fact you can buy your tickets in advance and then roam around the gorgeous mall or have a drink at one of the many restaurants while you wait.

The luxury lounges are WORTH IT!!! Get a large popcorn and get a free refill too! But the leather lounge chairs were soo worth it!
