We go here weekly. I should know server names by now I only know them by face. I dont really get to catch their names. One server named Sorry was an amazing server. If you can sit in her section do so. Great service. Very personable and goes out of her way to make sure your order is done correctly. There is another server, had her last night and one other time before she doesnt let you finish your drink or food before she cleans it up. This is a problem when you are paying so much for it. A pitcher of soda is $8.50 she should assume that you are done with your drink because you are now paying attention to the movie. Basically dont let go of your cup. She threw away a full cup of soda before the movie was ever close to be in done! This is the main reason for the low score. It was like basic training all over again. Two minutes to eat all you can because I am clearing the table!! Tickets prices for matinee, senior, students, and military are the best around. Food is "okay". Full order of wings is similar to wing house a full order (18 wings) is just under $20. Their Greek salad is DELICIOUS. I am not a big salad fan at resturants because there is always limp or soggy lettuce or not crisp enough veggies. Ive had their Greek Salad twice now both times amazing. Wings are, like I said, wing house. Not the best but they are good. Weve had the spinach dip a handful of times two out of five times were awesome, the other times not so much. Popcorn is good. The strawberry cake they had on special one night was AMAZING. Havent seen it since. Moscato wine is good Amber Bock on tap. Their Pizza is nothing to write home about. The bottom doesnt ever get cooked long enough and it has WAY too much sauce. If you like super soft pizza bread and a ton of sauce in your pizza, this one is for you. Both flat and tradition both taste the same. Burger is the way to go over the pizza. Food is very over priced, but thats with every movie theater. They dont make money on the tickets. Dont leave your cup alone. Keep your hand on it. Pitcher of water has a fee. Just ask for glasses of water. Keep your hands on those too.

I had been going to this theater for YEARS. On average about twice per month. Sometimes weekly. Even after we moved to Daytona we STILL drove there a few times per month. We werent going for the food.. its not that great and its overpriced. We went for the atmosphere. We loved that we could see a movie while we had dinner. And the ticket prices were cheap. And the service was good. WAS. Unfortunately weve stopped going. The service has really gone downhill. The last several times we were there something went wrong. Once, our server quit her job like 25 mins into our 2.5 hour movie. We sat the whole movie with no drink refills. Never got an apology or anything. Its like no one even knew until our section sat there for 10 mins after the movie, waiting on our tickets, so we could pay. Thats when they realized the server quit. Then.. the very next time we went.. we asked for a pitcher of water. Why? Because last time we were there we had nothing to drink! I was told, rudely, that they would not give a pitcher of water. I could not believe my ears. Here I am, paying for 4 admission tickets and about 60$ in food.. almost 90$ total.. and youre telling me that I cannot have a pitcher of water?? No, she says. Wow. I did not return after that. Oh, once we went when the theater was almost empty. When the movie started I told my kids they could sit at the table next to mine if they want since the place was dead (they like to spread out). My kids are 14 and 11. Our server came in and says they have to sit at my table because were all together and other patrons may need that table. Lol. What? The movie had already started and there were only 2 other couples. Ridiculous. Weve since started going to Paragon Ocean Walk. They have reclining seats for the same price and MyPie pizza that we can enjoy during our movie. The pizza AND service are 110% better!

Aloma Cinema Grill is a decent dine in movie theater. Depending on the day or time of a screening you either are buying tickets as the box office on your way in or you are paying at the table at the end of the film. The one problem I do see with this is if you dont realize this and you are trying to do a student or senior ticket versus a regular ticket you either have to mention it at the beginning or catch it before you hand over a payment. The theaters are interesting on its own. The seats are pretty comfortable and remind me of office chairs (I am certain that is what they are). Most theaters are one level (the larger theater has a section that is set a little higher than the main assortment of tables and booths in the very back propped by a foot at most), so if you could become unlucky if a tall person ends up in front of you just before the movie starts (not saying you cant move but if you are waiting on food you can probably confuse your waiter). Then there is the service. As mentioned this is a dine in movie theater and all ordering is done at the table and food is brought to you. Food and beverage choices arent limiting as they have popcorn, soda, hamburger, fried foods, beer, wine and sangria. The food is okay for the most part but you are going to be doling out upward of $8 for most food items (there are three items that can be shared between two that are under that price point) and upward of $3 for drinks, not bad for a movie theater but not cheap. In the end though if you just go for the film the tickets are very cheap at $5 for a matinee before 6pm, almost half the price of most regular theaters for later screening. I would say though that you need to be early for the film as I dont think the show a lot of trailers if any at all so the movie does pretty much start at the time listed.

If I could give this negative stars I would. The theater is basically a movie screen with office chairs (on wheels) and small two seater "booth". The tables are extremely small. The inside of the theater is dated and desperately in need of an upgrade. I was there with my 2 children. We ordered a cheese pizza, tuna melt sub with fries, plain hamburger and appetizers of spinach and artichoke dip and mozzarella cheese sticks. Once the food started coming out you could tell that this was not homemade or made from scratch. The spinach and artichoke dip was not mixed well, it would not mix well and definitely seem like it had been heated/reheated in the microwave. The cheese sticks were definitely already frozen before cooked. You tell the burger was pre-made and Frozen because of the round shape and it was perfectly symmetrical. The burger was very thin unseasoned and had basically no flavor. The pizza was almost inedible. It was covered in way too much cheese and the sauce tasted very bad. Immediately upon taking a bite of the tuna melt I had to spit it out because it did not even have the texture of tuna fish. I couldnt see what was inside the sub because the lights are already dimmed for the movie; however it was overloaded with some sort of mayonnaise an it was very poorly made. Overall I spend $70 on dinner only to go to the drive-thru on my way home. The price of the tickets was a nice change from expensive theaters but it was not enough for me to return or recommend this theater. Our waitress was polite and friendly.
