I love the reclining seats. What I dont understand is why so many seats show as reserved but no one ever arrives to fill them. Now my bad experience was, the seat I chose ended up being way to close to the screen. My neighbors complained of the same thing. I rushed down to get a better seat location. They made me go through an actual refund process ,that seemed to take forever. I had to actually sign my name to this refund paperwork and finally had the opportunity to pick a new seat. The movie was close to starting so I had to almost run. Not good for a senior with a bad knee. The neighbors assigned next to my original seat chose not to reselect their seats after it took me so long to get back. Whew...... that being said, I still love the seats but something needs to happen about seat changes. Just saying .

3 visits, 3 problems. The first two times there was someone in our seats and we got stuck with the task of trying to resolve it. First time they had somehow over sold seats? Second time even though we went out and told staff no one ever showed up to figure it out so we went back out and ask for a refund. The employee was rude and argumentative about it because there were other open seats. Yeah now weve missed the first 10 minutes of the movie, oh and we cant sit together and you dont want to refund my money? I guess I was being unreasonable. Third visit a couple on the next row forward made so much noise we could hear them over the movie that they clearly werent watching. Didnt bother to go out to complain given our past experience. We just started spending our movie money in Manteca at AMC.

I just love this Theater so much, its close to all my favorite shopping stores. Not only that the Seats are highly comfortable, you have many movies to choose from. Over all great intertainment. Tracy California is a great growing town! And me and my baby love will be heading out there tomorrow to have dinner at Texas Roadhouse and were going to check out the theater. The only thing we havent really decided what movie were going to watch. But I am certainly sure,what ever movie we do choose will be a great one! See ya all tomorrow HeeeeHaaww lol

The new seats are great. Purchasing your ticket in advance and selecting your seats for the movie of your choice for the date and time you want is especially a big plus. Your senior price is very much appreciated. Our family does not drive to Manteca any more. Cinemark this is what you needed to do for the Tracy community!!!! I give you 4 Stars. changed from 5 stars to 4 because you raised senior prices and i could not believe you actually ran out of popcorn one time...bad management sure hope that doesnt happen again.

Ive been coming to this theaters since 02 and I have watched it go from good to GREAT! My boyfriend and I have been going every Tuesday for 2 years now to watch a $5 discount movie and we love the new reserved seatings and the comfy recliners. Less confrontations with other movie goers. Not having to sit a little higher because someone is in your way. Not having to stand up because someone has to go to the bathroom during the movie. Its very comfortable and the service is great. Thanks Cinemark! Love movies!

Absolutely love the luxury recliners! For a long time I had stopped going to the movies because of over-crowded seating that was old, dirty, and smelly. The luxury recliners are plush, comfortable and easy to adjust. There is plenty of room in the aisle for other patrons to walk past you....(even when your chair is in in the reclining position). Reserving a seat on line is easy and convenient. Going to the movies at this theater is really a wonderful experience.

Reserved Recliner seating! You can buy via your phone, and get in via a scan of the ticket from your phone. Its like a movie goers dream! So much better than the old days. Show up 10 minutes in to the movie? Its cool, your seats are still your seats! The popcorn is good, they have a self serve butter dispenser now in addition to the behind the counter stuff. Sodas are also good, but then again, they are soda. Definitely my favorite theater now though.

I liked that They kept their doors open for a late movie to make sure all can make it in. I drive truck and trailer all over the Country and finish late many nights. So it is very disappointing when I finally get to stop somewhere to catch a last movie of the night that I have really been wanting to see...only to get the doors locked on me after walking over a mile or two many times just to get there. Thank you. Great service as well. Thanks

I LOVE the new setup. We hopped over to Tracy from Manteca because we couldnt get the show times we wanted there, and were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the theater and got center-of-the-theater reclining chairs. The sound clarity and volume was spot on, the projection was crisp, and the recliners were awesome. We are now considering scheduling a regular weekly movie night just to take advantage of the comfortable setting.

We got tickets to see Pirates of the Caribbean, it was supposed to start at 7. They played the previews, the movie didnt start. They played the previews again and the movie didnt start. 45 minutes after the start time, a theatre employee comes in and says there will be no movie and we have to wait to get passes for a refund. We are sitting here 10 minutes later in the dark and no passes. Customer service is terrible, waste of money.

The seats are great, but looks like they are selling the tickets for wrong times and there is a confusion on seats I just experienced that today, bought the ticket at 6:00 pm for a movie starting at 7:55 and the tickets were for the same movie but starting at 5:25. I was seated and someone said I was seated at the wrong spot, after looking at the tickets same seats wrong times, at least i got my money back, but left disappointed .

Fandangos grasp of website development for ticket purchase is almost non existent. The homepage should have a purchase tab on it and give one the ability to click once on a showtime for a particular movie and be taken directly to seat selection, options to receive tickets and checkout. You have to make it easy to consume your product--Id rather have a cavity filled than negotiate your website.

There are fewer seats available than other movie theaters, but these seats they have make watching a movie more comfortable. They are made of leather and fully recline. The sound quality is good and the staff are friendly. You can buy tickets on Fandango which creates a bar code on your phone to be scanned at the theater if you prefer.

me and my boyfriend usually love coming here and still do but customer service up front needs to be looked into , the lady giving us our tickets was extremly rude the entire time for no reason not to mention she had a huge hicky on her boob if she wasnt being so rude with us i wouldnt have to call her out
