We visited Cinemark 14 in Cedar Hill, Tx to see "Interstellar" in theater #5. After 2.5 hrs. we began to itch. We discovered our clothing was covered with BED BUGS. I shook them off, gave several to "Ticket Taker, and discovered them on my shirt, T shirt, and had numerous bite marks. I returned to seat and discovered BED BUG infestation and more on my wifes clothing. Numerous employees were witnesses. We made an incident report and left. We followed up on claim an it was ignored by mgnt. and their claim service agent, Connie Meeker, who laughed and hung up on me. These are negligent management practices and violations of State, Cty. City Health and Sanitation statutes and liable to consumers for damages!. Further, they apparantly did not close the theater and I cant veruify they got pro treatment. I discovered old complaints on internet of same problem! BE WARY OR AVOID THIS THEATER

The elderly man that takes the tickets was nice at first but suddenly got hostile with me and yelled and made a scene in front of the cop who did nothing and all the customers. I was waiting for my 10 year old and her 3 friendship make sure they are okay. It was by the entrance and the restroom where other people were standing as well. I was most deff. Singled out amongst other people . Maybe because my ethnics I dont know lol! I never want to go back to a place where I will be publicly humiliated and treated like that. His hostility didnt come from me waiting it came from a deeper place in him. God bless him !!

Its just a bad theater. Half the staff are pleasant and the other half are just terrible. There was an emergency in one restroom. No big deal right? The worker that "had" to tell me i couldnt use that bathroom got mad that she had to say you cant use it. So off to the other restroom i went. It smelt. Like urine. Like a diaper that had been left out in a car with no windows cracked. I told her and she just kept going on about the "emergency" restroom. Look, i didnt care about the emergency. All i cared about was emptying my over full bladder. I like to do that in places that dont stink.

worst experience ever. We were denied to enter simply because my wife forgot her ID at home. We were going to watch "The Boss" and i guess its rated r and the old man was asking us for our ids as if we were teenagers. We are obviously in our late 20s so it was completely unnecessary. The man was an older white man, if it matters at all. Never in my life did they ask me for my id, even as a teenager so why he would ask a 26 year old man for an id is completely absurd. Would not recommend this theater to anyone. Never going here again. Its a disgrace to other theaters around the area.

The worst ever. Wait to see a movie at 8 declined because of baby. R rated cant go in after 6 nothing on website are next to listing spoke to manager must of been all the age of 15. Couldnt make eye contact said I didnt make the rules. Great job cinemark of hiring unprofessional people and not letting a baby of 7 mths old into a movie. But a loud 6 or 7 yearof age can. They can see an R movie and remember scenes but not a sleeping baby. Hire professional whos Mama doesnt interrupt manager when speaking to clients. You working tonight?

Horrible!!!!!! Went there for a Friday afternoon show (Good Friday) and they have about 10 guests waiting in the concession lines, with just 3 cashiers. No manager in sight!!!! How are we expected to make it to a movie on time when we have to spend 30 minutes waiting to get popcorn!?!?! This is where the movie theaters make their money and you would think that there would be a better effort to staff the concession stand on a HOLIDAY!!!!!! Yes its a holiday...children are out of school and businesses are closed. Staff accordingly.

This theater is a great movie experience but I have recently had problems with my job application. I have had my interview and followed up countless times just so I could never get a proper response and the manager never talked to me. Overall trying to get a job even after having an interview was a waste of time because the manager, Mr. Davis, is too busy to even talk to one person at a time. I would suggest enrolling at a different theater if you want a good job with much better communication.

We moved here about a year ago and have been to this theater several time. I have no idea what the bad post are about....ITS A THEATER ! I have never had a bad experience. There has never been food ALL over the floor and I am not sure what a bed bug looks like, but I am pretty sure the health dept pays a visit for a infestation at a theater. So that being said...never went home with bugs either ! Safe & fun place to sneak off to the movies and snuggle with my boyfriend.

The movie theatre in general was OK. The staff was nice and tried to be helpfull. The mens room was a nightmare though.The mens room floor was covered in urine and poop was smeared on a couple of toilet seats. All the sit down toilet seats were covered in urine. Ive been there for a matinee during a slack time and the restrooms were OK. If you go to this theatre during a busy time make sure you use the restroom before you get there. GROSS, GROSS, GROSS!!

I went twice the same weekend. The first time the screen cut off towards the end of the movie. People had to go get someone to turn it back on. The second time the theater was hot. I went to ask the manager to cool down the room. She told me that was the coolest the air conditioner went. The theater had too many people and thats why it was so hot. I feel that the theater should cool down enough for the amount seats that are being sold.

The management has got to do a better job keeping the lobby clean. When I mentioned this sentiment to the manager his response was less than acceptable as though how busy theyd been excused the poor appearance. I explained to him that this was my city and visitors impression of it would be less than favorable based on this businesses inability to maintain cleanliness regardless of the amount of customers present

I wouldnt even rate this movie theater one star. We were denied entry because two 16 year olds were too young to see an r rated movie, even though the parents were present. The lady at the counter was rude and didnt give any explanation as to why. She had an attitude as soon as we walked up to the counter, the service was poor.

Theater was packed and my sister could not bring her child into our movie past 6 pm. Not a weird rule, just inconvenient. Janitor lady was rude and was listening too hard. She decided to make some rude remarks. Did not appreciate that, as I was minding my business. Long story short, tickets were refunded.
