My wife and I visited this theater on Sunday June 4. We went to see Wonder Woman at 7:35pm. We paid for tickets, and bought a large popcorn and a large drink without complaining about the rediculous prices because we know that making money is the reason for being there. We also paid $3.50 for a $.25 bottle of water. My wife is pregnant. We asked politely for a cup of ice for the over priced, room temperature water bottle, because my wife is pregnant, and warm water doesnt taste good to her. I didnt mention at the time that the prices were insane, because, as I said, I was being polite. The manager, a female in the food area, insulted me by saying the only complimentary cups they had to give ice in were tiny snow cones. I explined that we were not looking to be cheap, we just spent $15 on a bag of popcorn, a drink and a water bottle. All I requested to make my wife happy was a $0.10 cup with ice in it to make the $3.50 bottle of water we just paid for cold for my pregnant wife. What a huge inconvenience it was and a waste of money it was for the manager to have to refund me the $15 for the drinks and popcorn because she wouldnt let my wife have a 10cent cup with ice. I am very dissapointed with this rediculous inconvenience, and this could have been avoided by having common sense and compassion. Surprisingly, I wasnt upset enough to completely ruin our evening by leaving and not seeing the movie all together. The pre-movie entertainment was all played without a picture, because they forgot to turn on the projector.

The worst experience I have ever had at a movie cinema. I bought a ticket online with paypal, , arrived early showed my conformation number and received a paper ticket. That part went well, but things changed real quick. I took a seat and then 1 of custodians ask me for my ticket, no problem. I showed him my ticket and he told me I could not sit in the seat I was in, something about red box. So , I did not fight with him, I just approached the service counter and requested my money back, I was refunded the money back. But it ruined my my 1 night out in 6 months. Its funny, all my time in Orlando, almost 50 years I had never been to this cinema, and I never go out. So the 1 time in 6 months I took the time to get ready and go there. I was in total shock, so I left and will never return. Cimemas, are usually too loud with people talking during the movie or on the phone, that is 1 of the reasons attendance is down. Now there are other fees for different seats!!!!!! Give me a break:( Forget that. The best seat, is in my house when the movie comes out on amazon.

Theatre average at best. The pricing is good. But the quality of atmosphere and poorly trained employees are the cause of this rating. The theatres are dirty...not being properly maintained. When I arrived early only audio was playing asked the man collecting the tickets if we could possibly have the video play of the tailers play as well. His response was "if we wait eventually the video would play the trailers shortly before the movie begins". It was 10 min before the start time of the movie. So we were stuck with only audio untill the actual start time. To be fair not a huge deal, but it really does impede the quality of atmosphere of going to the movies. Seeing trailers, stupid commercials, and quizes are part of the experience. He could have flipped a switch or at least asked someone else to do it. So we wouldnt be staring at a blank screen for 15 min... Just saying a bit of customer service training would help. Still a decent theatre with an overall polite staff.

Cheap is cheap and you get what you paid for. In this case, if you like filth and a disgusting environment, then you will fit right in this theater. If you want to spend a couple of hours with some roaches crawling on your feet while you sit in the dark, then by all means pay the ticket! Not to mention the service here is ridiculous! The "manager" or "assistant manager", I think her name was Meredith or Maggie or Margaret cant remember, was very rude and unprofessional. She insisted that what my friend and I saw and felt was not really there! When I asked her to compensate us for the horrible experience, she acted like the system was "down" and can only offer us a free popcorn. Why would I want popcorn when you have roaches crawling everywhere? Gross! Dont go here unless you are okay with roaches crawling on you and you like bad service and no compensation for it!

Worst Birthday Party Service Event coordination is the worse; they should not even have this service. I emailed them twice, called them 3 times and spoke to managers every single time. Still the day came and they had no idea of the event. They blamed it on Manager whose last day was the night I called in to confirm. I had guest and they had not even reserved the space for the kids and parents to sit together. For the popcorn and treats they asked me if I could come and get them all. Definitely a bad experience should have gone to Regal Cinema. We pushed through and they were able to reserve one row for the kids, I dont think they noticed but the parents did. This was a great embarrassment and disappointment. I will not recommend this service to anyone.

Ive been going to this theater for years. Even after Alan(one of the managers) moved on I still continue to come to this theater. Its nice, very clean, the staff is awesome, bathrooms are always clean and smelling good. I will continue to go to this theater. Not only is it convenient for so many reasons, but they also play movies the day before its release and I think thats pretty cool. Its close to home and the movie times are reasonable not 4 hrs in between. Cant wait to go see "War On The Planet Of The Apes Today". People please do not let one bad review steer you away. Again I have been going to this theater over 5 years and I have yet to see any roaches or even seen it dirty!! I LOVE THIS THEATER

I asked the cashier for a bottle water and a regular cup of ., she no we only have a tiny cup., I said please allow me to get what i asked for, she said very nasty, but you have to pay for it., she was rude as if i wanted free or she could say no what i ask for., then i ask for a tray for my drink and popcorn she just through on the counter and pushed her hands like you place your items on the carte", i quietly had already did myself., the manager was standing there and never got involved as he should,i was shaking so bad i spilled the popcorn on the counter then the manager started looking at as if it were my fault , rude people., i could get fired that, my black ass would be out of a job

Went to see Mad Max in 3D with my roommates and was really excited for it. Walked into the theatre and saw two families with children. There were 3 total in the whole theatre, two were no older than 7 and a baby in a stroller to the side of one of them. I do not understand how they were allowed into an R rated film, especially with the theaters policy of no children younger than 6 into that type of film after 6PM. They were a distraction during the film and wanted to do something about it but really only wanted to enjoy as much of the movie as I could. Red flags should have been up in the air by the staff to not let them in. Loved the movie but would have been better without them.
