I really like this theatre but I wont be going back if they continue to show 2-d movies on 3-d digital projectors. This has been a pet peeve of mine ever since the digital projectors pretty much became standard at most theatres. From what I have been able to find out on line, many theatres dont remove the 3-d lens from their digital projectors when showing a 2-d movie which reduces the brightness of the movie by about 50%. I went to see Arrival and it looked liked much of the movie was filmed in a dungeon or at dusk. I know it wasnt filmed that way. Apparently changing out the lens is somewhat time consuming and requires some technical expertise. Most theatres dont want to hire competent people to do this so they force the audience to watch a movie that should be a visual spectacle at a much lower quality than the way the movie maker intended. Most theatre owners think customers wont know the difference and some dont but if youve ever went to a movie and strained to see what was going on because the movie was so dark, please complain to management. The only way they will change is if enough people complain about it and request refunds. Todays movies and projectors are capable of producing an awesome movie going experience but if theatre owner/operators dont know what theyre doing technically, Im not going to spend $11.00 or even $5.50 on bargain day for poor quality.

A few months ago my husband and I were at Cinemark. I stopped at the large womens restroom off the lobby. A young man entered the womens restroom while several women were in the facility. He had a small female child with him. While the girl was inside a stall, he walked around the bathroom. It was the creepiest thing ever. I left my stall, washed my hands, and then went directly to a security person outside. Security addressed him immediately. The young man was shrieking about HIS rights being violated. (Of course, all the women inside the restroom had been violated to a degree as he walked about all the stalls.) The situation was handled quite well. The man was questioned as to why he did not take the child to the "Family" restroom just feet from where the main restroom was located. He had no answer for that. I applaud this theater for handling the security of this situation. To date, theaters have been open forums for some troubling activity, so it is good to know the management did stand up to a man who was committing ,what I deem to be, a large infraction.

Not sure if they still have people that check on customers while they are watching the film, but if they dont they need to. Is it your practice to let parents with small kids play with them and their toys, including ones that make sounds in the aisles and the area that is designated for handicapped people? When I was there for an early matinee that seemed to be the case. If this is what you do allow can you please stop the commercial(s) about being quiet etc during the movie and also put a banner or something up to let people know that even though they paid probably at least $20 to get into the movie, it will have the possibility of feeling like you are at a daycare.

One of the better theaters in the area. The chairs are comfortable and the concessions while expensive are good portions. The $5 Tuesday deal is a wonderful promotion. For a movie theater it is kept fairly clean for the most part. Movies are shown in a wide array of formats from regular, XD Cinema, 3D, and XD 3D. The problem that often occurs is the wait time at the concession stands. As long as you arrive to your movie early you should be fine. If youre wanting to watch a movie this is a good theater to use.

Like most theatres, the prices are outrageous. That said, this one is clean and sound/picture quality is very good. They have a large movie selection, and the staff seem friendly enough. Kind of a weird ticketing process, with automated machines outside on the wall and a ticket booth like most theatres, neither of which is where I had to buy my ticket. Maybe because it was a matinee, but ticket sales were at the concession counter.

Not bad enough that the popcorn and soda cost more than the movie ... but this is the first theater Ive been to that for the price being charged does not include refills. I will NEVER bring my family back to this theater because of greed. I will travel to the theaters in Little Rock and Benton. This establishment should be ashamed.

Tried to go see Hardcore Henry, which is rated R , and my 20yr old friend couldnt get in because she didnt have her I.d. Seriously? Another customer had to return his tickets due to a similar problem. Two more groups of customers were turned away for not having ID to see a movie.

I will say, If you get concessions and watch at least 2-3 movies per year, Its worth to get the souvenir cup and bucket. Aside from this, this is one of the best theaters Ive been to with the cleanliness, sound, and picture, especially in the XD room. Worth every penny!

Good facility, but always understaffed. Arrived 40+ minutes early on two occassions, weekday afternoon showings. Both times they had only two concession lines open. 25minutes in line. Had I arrived later, i would have missed all the trailers and part of the feature.

For being so newly remodeled it is sad that the seats are already tearing up. The pleather is cracking on quite a few of the "better spots" to sit. Would not hurt to lower the concessions price. Could easily sell more and make up the difference.

Havent been to a movie theatre in a while. I was impressed with this one. The theatre was clean, no sticky floors and the bathroom was clean also. The chairs are comfortable and there is space to maneuver about. I will definitely go back.

I have yet to have a bad experience with this place! Its clean, the chairs are comfy, plenty of room, convenient bathroom locations, and nice staff! Also, discounted movies on Tuesdays always make for a fun, casual night.

Its a decent theater; however, less mainstream movies such as Moonlight and even La La Land are not available to watch. If it had access to a greater selection of features, in my opinion it would warrant a higher rating.

For the size of Conway this theater offers what is expected as far as the "wow" factor. Seats are comfortable, the sound is great and screens have a clean and crisp picture for the most part. Definitely worth visiting.

This theater is awesome. Dont get snappy at the food prices, though. Movie theaters dont make enought money from tickets alone. To keep running, they have to overprice the snacks. They gotta make money somehow.

This movie theater is the best Ive been in for years! A lot of sitting room and comfortable chairs. Also very good snacks to eat. Great job Cinemark!! Everyone needs to visit it!

This is by far one of the cleanest and nicest movie theaters in Arkansas. They have all the features of any major theater, and they maintain the building incredibly well.

Great facilities, kept clean. There is also a great staff, we have had a few issues with online ticket purchases(our fault), but they helped us out with no fuss.
