I have gone to this movie theater for years in any day of the week especially on Tuesdays. Last night my friends and I ran into a situation were these teens were seating behind us and kept talking through out the whole movie. When telling them to stop they got a really bad attitude, and after the movie was done, one of the girls harassed us all the way outside the theater. When we called today to speak to a manager about the incident, all he had to say was "well thats how the Tuesday crowd is like" - that absolutely pissed me off because youre telling me I shouldnt go to my local theater because of this kind of crowd. YOU GUYS SHOULD HAVE PEOPLE INSIDE THE THEATER IF ITS FULL MAKING SURE PEOPLE ARE QUIET AND NOT INTERRUPTING THE MOVIE FOR OTHERS ! I EXPECTED A LOT MORE FROM THIS MOVIE THEATER.

WE LOVE the movies and this place is always clean, super open with its incredibly high ceilings, the popcorn is always hot and the beverages cold. The multi-level seating ensures you always have a good seat and no one has their big head in your way. I suggest going in off hours when kids are in school. Tuesdays are bargain day - see any movie for less than $6. Good place to have gifts cards you can use in the future. Also the selection of movies is always really good. Plus they do a retro movie package/special for those oldies but goodies. We have ordered from the cafe inside (sandwiches) and the prices were not as bad as we thought they would be and the food was good for what it was - better that hot dogs or junk food. FUN!!!

Ive been going to this theater since basically birth and its changed companies several times but Rave seems to be doing the best job. Extremely impressive IMAX theater (must see) and great digital 4k quality even on the smaller screens. $5 dollar Tuesdays is an extreme bargain that is always busy during the winter. If you live within even 30 mins of this theater, it is a must go to. And yes the concessions are always expensive, but if you arent sneaking in your own food youre doing it wrong. Also, not the cleanest of locations especially later at night but, that has never bothered me and it has never been over the top bad.

Recently went here to see Rogue One in the imax theatre. Its been a while since Ive gone to this location. The last time I was here, the imax theater was in a different spot and I wasnt impressed with the seating and overall setup. The new Imax theater here has changed my mind completely. The seats were very comfortable with an arm rest that moves all the way up so I can sit closer with family. The sound and picture were phenomenal. It was more expensive, but for big budget special effects type movies, Id say the price is worth it.

Its not perfect and not always the cleanest theater. Food is expensive and of low quality, but then again it can be easily avoided by stopping at any of the nearby restaurants before or after the show. But it is a safe place for families; especially on Tuesdays when admissions is $5 dollars. I also have found many of the employees friendly and helpful. I feel four out of five stars is appropriate for this location. There is room for improvement so Ill leave space for an extra star if they improve the problems.

This place is great. Many screens so you never miss the movies, even when theyve been out a while. There is a great variety of movies here so the movie that is not at other theaters will be here. This place offers a lot of foods that most theaters dont have -- not just popcorn and candy! There is also a bar and restaurant at this venue. Lines can be long on busy days/times, but you can buy tickets online and print them at the theater so you dont have to wait.

Called the theatre because I remembered dropping my wallet at one point, picked it up and didnt bother looking in it. Next day I realized my drivers license wasnt in it. When the manager picks up "Mr.Lewis" asked me( in a very rude tone) "AND WHO ARE YOU?" gave him my name and imidiately yells I dont have it and hangs up. I felt like because I have a Spanish last name he treated me this way. Will definitely go elsewhere next time

easily the best theater in the greater hartford area. more showing rooms than any other. larger showing rooms that any other. has imax, which is a rare occurrence in connecticut. great spot in manchester. they dont check tickets twice so i often go with the intention of watching three films for the price of one. only complaint is concessions prices, which is a problem at theaters in general, and its nothing more than usual.

I love the seating in this place. Very comfortable. Had some weird service though. Asked for sparkling water and was directed to the bar (who knew theaters had bars now?) And they said I could not take it in to the theater, even though other staff afterward told me that wasnt true. So I just got a vitamin water at the concession stand, whatever.

Love the theater and the lower priced days. The only complaint i have is, it is freezing in these theaters, so I have to layer my clothes, and wear socks with hiking boots. I have had friends tell me the same thing. Even with sweat pants and sweat shirt, on a summers day, they could not wait for the movie to end, because they were so cold.

First Visit: Place Is Warm and Welcoming. For Not Having Recliners, Seats Were Surprisingly Rather Comfortable. Was Disappointed; as I Arrived for NOON Showing, Could Not Get a Burger or Cocktail as Restaurant was Not Open. On the Positive; Concession is Affordable.. Would Visit Again to Try Restaurant and Potentially Give 5* Rating..

Nice theater with options of seeing The Met, art house movies or regular screening of classic or current films. The prices for snacks are a bit high. If you sign up for Carmike Theaters you can get discounts on snacks. Deal days are Tuesdays - anyone, Wednesday- seniors. Plus early showing deals.Good options on foreign films too.

This theater is now called Cinemark in Manchester Connecticut. This particular theater I always have a good experience always clean they have the lounge they have food which of course is way overpriced thats the only thing. So always sneak in your own bottled drinks and snacks. Overall always a good experience.

Great movie! I come to see a movie and thats what I do. Adult $11.00 and later in the day $11.50! Great customer service and movie quality good! What can I complain about, overprice beverages, Popcorn, candy and food. Thats almost every movie Theater! Nothing to complain about, keep up the good work.

Love this theater there are many food and drink options. There is a bar inside. The theaters have very comfy chairs with arms that flip up. My only complaint is they dont offer healthier options like dark chocolate or plain nuts. There is no dairy alyernitave for their drinks either.

Somehow, there is never a line. Dont get me wrong, its not a ghost town, theres always like at least 10-20 people in the lobby, but I have never had to wait in line more than like 10 seconds to get my ticket. Its crazy. They really know how to put the right number of cashiers out.
