This place is THE spot my kids ask for when they are out of school, on a bitter cold Saturday, etc. They leave exhausted, in a good, getting two sub-10 year old boys active kind of way. Front desk staff always seems nice and the jumping court "helpers" have always been cool with interacting with the kids - not only in a "dont do that" kind of way, but in a positive, "show em how to bounce" kind of way. Good staff. Great seating options for parents - cushy chairs, even a (pay to play) massage chair or two - sweeet. My only criticism is the WiFi. In the "olden days" of the nearby Jump Zone (when my boys were smaller), the WiFi was always strong / on enough for this working mommy to do her thing. The SkyHigh Wifi has always been down / super weak whenever Ive been there. I asked multiple staff and no one seemed to know where the wifi signal originated from, if they could reboot, etc. Help me SkyHigh, youre my only hope (for this fam to satisfy the needs of the working mom and the restless kids!)

We are here right now as Im typing that these people are so OVERRATED... I got a party of seven kids and four adults and to come in and see the dodgeball area closed for kids children under six and the food area not open saying that they had a slow day bs by u being open for business that mean everyone shouldve been doing a job... My kids that I had with me was thirsty they had to keep running bk to the water fountain due to the kitchen being closed at 7pm and they wouldnt give me change saying theyre counting the drawers down at 7:45pm so I guess this will b a place u all would choose to bring out of town family and friends too... They got our money for this big party and told us they couldnt even change my money for something to drink... Management sucks at this place... Not to even mention the staff wouldnt help the kids out of the blocks others customer had to help me... Smfh... But this is So Overrated!!!

If you are an adult, living in the city with no kids, for the love of god, stay away from this place. I guarantee you that you have forgotten how obnoxious pre-teen and teens are these days, especially when accompanied by morbidly obese, aloof parent(s) who are mostly enraptured by their smartphones. I have no idea why this place has numerous rules and makes adults sign a waiver. A question to the management, do you know who doesnt read the rules and sign the waiver? Answer: most of the individuals who are on the trampoline, who are kids, pre-teen and teens. As the adult, you have the distinct disadvantage of having signed the waiver, understanding what an injury is including serious injury, and if you are not a sociopath, following the general rules of society. 99% of individuals on the trampoline at this place do not. In summary, JUST STAY AWAY.

We have brought 8 ten year old girls to Sky High for an unofficial birthday party and had a blast!!!! We then went out to eat on our own afterwards. Another time, we went as a family of mom, dad, 11 year old, and 18 year old. It was a complete BLAST and excellent family time as we jumped in all different areas including the dodge ball game. I REALLY think its awesome to do with kids or families!!! Just be sure to do the waiver online before going and if bringing someone elses child, they must have it filled out before hand by their parent (and have their Drivers Licence). Good thing is that the waiver is possibly permanent once filled out. Wish they still had a paper form too to hand out as an option for parties. The waiver can also be filled out at Sky High, but the parent of any child must be there.

Is it possible to rate this lower? This deserves 0! They are to mean. A lady made my sister cry when she just out of the blue said ahe cant go! She didnt even ask for age, just poof! She is to young. I mean come on! Like, she didnt even ask for her age. Oh, and there was a guy who didnt pay any attention and was always on his phone. Plus, no one watches safety video, there are at times to little watching people, whe one rule breaker is being scolded, another is in action. Also, people make up their own rules, like one person per square. What was I supposed to do, there were no more squares. This place dwarves 0 stars, even with effort. There are way way way more bad things, but I dont have time to write them. Terrible experience.

My 6-year-old son was jumping on the Kids Court when his foot got stuck in the space between the floor and wall trampolines. The person responsible for supervising this play area was so engaged in a conversation with a co-worker, that he failed to see my son crying because his foot was caught. I had to go tell the worker that my son was stuck and crying before he went over to lift the padding and free my sons foot. When I called to speak with a manager about the situation, I was unable to get a hold of a real person and connected to voicemail instead. Not impressed. Anyone supervising a childrens play area in this kind of venue should be paying undivided attention to the children, and that clearly didnt happen here.

My kids love this place. We have had several birthday parties here, which the kids loved and so did I because it was really easy for me and everyone had a great time. We like to come here when the weather is cool and there is a school day off. My 11 year old usually plays dodge ball the entire time but recently they added a rope swing into the foam pit which he loved. They also added a basketball hoop which gives the opportunity to experience a slam dunk with the help of the trampoline. Parents can jump too, its a good workout. If you reserve a time I would recommend showing up early, sometimes the lines can be long especially on a holiday or school day off.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. We were celebrating my daughters birthday. We got all of 20 minutes before, were all registered, but we have been standing in line for wristbands. Time passed, but the kids are not jumping. Then when it was time for pizza, they forgot to order pizza for parents, one boy was left without pizza, as he went to the toilet, and the girl who served, gave him the pieces to other children. I was shocked. I cut the cake, because she could not or may not know how, it just chopped it. People do not have a birthday party there !!!!! My daughter cried
