Im a mediocre (20 handicap) golfer who, more often than not, finds the Leelanau Club frustratingly challenging. That said, I absolutely love the course. It is without doubt one of the most beautiful courses I have ever played, loaded with interesting and challenging holes. I play the whites. Given all the elevation changes, they play a whole lot longer than the indicated 5800 yards; feels like 6200. Still, Ill take the frustration in exchange for the beauty and fun of the course.

Our group tours every fall playing a handful of our favorite courses. Without question we return to Bahle Farms every year, never to be disappointed. This course plays well from the whites and can really offer a challenge when stepping back to the blues. If your really up for it play from the black pro tees and feel what this course can really offer. The elevation changes combined with beautifully manicured bent grass fairways and greens really make this course stand out

A group of four of us from the Midland, MI area are about to head up to Bahle Farms golf course for the third time this summer. Why would we drive over two hours to play at Bahle Farms? Because this course is gorgeous, hilly, very well funded, great staff, and affordable. Everything is in excellent, and new condition - golf carts, etc.

I really like this course--not exceedingly difficult, well maintained, and with an interesting layout--but VERY overpriced. You can pay the same amount and go to Manitou Passage 20 min away, where they have much nicer greens, high end GPS carts, and an overall higher quality course

Absolutely the finest golf course in NW Michigan, bar none. Superb greens and lots of elevation changes make for a really fun and challenging round of golf. Ive played many N Michigan courses and Bahle Farms is at the top of my list.
