Love this theatre! The seats are spacious, recline, spacious arm rests, pretty comfortable, the arms rests go up if you want to get closer to your date, and you can choose and reserve your seat. This past time [a couple days ago], bf and i go to the concession counter to grab fries, chicken tenders, and a drink. We get our drink up immediately, but are waiting a while for the fries and chicken. I see the fries come out of the oven, but no one has picked them up and are getting cold. Bf asks about them to a young lady. She checks t see if our food is in progress of getting to us. Sees that no one has dropped them, and asks her teammates. Her teammates obviously didnt even try to get anything done except stand at the cashier to have more order pile up. There are plenty of others behind the counter. So she drops them in, lets us know whats going on. Gets us our order of chicken tenders and tells us that shell bring a new order of heated fries to our seats. Memorizes our theatre and seat numbers. Then apologizes for the delay and tells us that we can grab some candy for the poor customer service on her teammates part. We go to our seats, and a couple minutes later she gives us our fries and even brings extra ketchup for us. Very nice young lady. Im just sorry that she had to do it all in the first place. Would give it 5 stars, but her teammates shouldve been more attentive. Wish I couldve gotten her name too. Ah well..

I visit your theater 2 to 3 times per month so this being an inadvertent comment is highly unlikely. I am disgusted after all the obvious improvements you have made at how filthy the building is. Who is the genius that selected black carpeting as part of the decor. It is always covered with lint dirt and other objects which were called ferns in a clothing store I worked in during high school . Invest in some carpet sweepers and if you already have them take the plunge and use them. The bathrooms look like they are out of a rural gas station and quite frankly I think you would probably be better off not washing your hands. The new seats are sticky and the floor in front of them is also filthy. Get busy and clean the place up before it turns into a dump. I am also skeptical about purchasing refreshments . The centrifuge soft drink dispenser is a sticky gross mess and more than likely gets that way from the slobs who fill their own drinks. Thats it introduce your crew to Mr. Clean and Mr. Lysol and get busy ,its just to nice a place to turn into a hell hole.

A year ago I gave this 5 stars. Unfortunately it is now more like 2 1/2. The reasons are as follows: - the rewards program is supposed to come with a benefit of special lines. Now it is wasnt promoted as such then this would be a non-issue. But when I stand in this line while others continue to go in the standard line and all are served. Per the manager that shouldnt be the case but it hasnt been addressed as this is our frequent experience. The management here as well need additional training on handling customer complaints. Im not saying you need to give the customer anything but you need to make them feel their concerns are being heard and will be addressed and that hasnt happened. This is our preferred theatre as you can reserve seats. This allows you to show up right before the start of the movie even on opening night. Also conveniently located by several restaurants.

Purchased tickets and reserved seats online. When we arrived the person issuing the tickets couldnt find ours, insisted we hadnt purchased them, was very impatient (we were the only ones in line) and quite rude. He finally found our tickets and this seemed to anger him even more. Purchased 1 popcorn and 2 drinks for a very high price ($20+) and received the bottom of the bin tiny broken pieces (again there was no line so no pressure to hurry). We asked for some fresh popcorn that was not just tiny broken bits and were told we would have to pay full price for a new bag. Horrible. The recliner seats are nice, but someone was already sitting in the ones we had reserved and we had to chase them out ourselves. The theatre is nice but not nice enough to make up for horrible customer service and crazy high prices. I see why there was no line on a Saturday night. We wont be back.

$32.00 dollars for tix, $30.15 for snacks... Saturday night date night and I picked the wrong movie theater. If your gonna charge a lil over sixty bucks you should have a clean, functional facility. The lights were completely off fifteen minutes prior to even the previews starting. We had to use my phone as a flashlight. Seriously, no light at all. When we found our seats I understood why... the seat covers were all cracked and torn. They just look like something from Goodwill. The walls for the stairs block part of your view if youre in the seat to the far left of the theater. Overall its just an old theater with new theater prices. I dove thirty minutes and passed a couple of other theaters to go to Flatiron. Not next time...

Pros: Clean, comfortable chairs, reserved seating, coke freestyle machines. Cons: There was glass in front of our seat that obscured 20% of the screen (at bottom) and was extremely annoying. The only way you maybe watch normally is if you sit as tall as possible in your seat without reclining. The reason I pay for movie tickets is to have a nice screen that I cant have at home. What is the point if Ive got some stupid line from the glass blocking part of the screen? That is honestly absurd for a movie theatre. You really need to move your screen higher so this isnt an issue. I consider it a major problem and do not want to come back now. What a disappointment. Also our popcorn was at least 50% tiny, bottom kernels.

Horrible service. Everybody was rude and might as well have been wearing a shirt that said "I hate my job, please just leave so I can continue being lazy". It seemed as though the only thing on the managers mind was throwing out a bunch of kids. Every couple minutes he would enter the theater and just stare at them (Creepy? Yes, very) they werent being even remotely distracting, sitting in the back row and completely minding their own business. Honestly, the only people ruining my movie expierience were the Employees. Overall, the theaters are very clean and the seats are comfortable but they need to hire some new employees (Preferably ones who are actually polite) and learn how to start the movies on time.

So my son had been begging me to take him to see the new zootopia movie we arrived at the theater 45min in advanced purchased our tickets, the girl told me she had seats up front which were great because my son wears glasses is was in the handicapped row, we found out seat D10 so i assumed the seats next to it were also ours it was only until the movie was about to start that i realized the girl had given us seats where the wheel chairs go MEANING she sold us the empty space that has no seat. by this time the movie theater was sold out and there were no more seats so i had to carry out my crying 4 yr old out of the movie theater because The STAFF does not know how to sell a ticket
