The reclining seats are spectacular! However, the customer service is severely lacking. The two girls running concessions were more concerned with answering the ringing telephone rather than serving the ten plus people waiting in line. And the guy at the ticket stand was EXTREMELY rude and lacked common courtesy that is not only expected when you work in retail, but in life in general. Also, the reserved ticket system here is flawed. Id reserved my tickets the night before only to come in and have three people in our seats already. They said that they were not required to reserve anything and was told to sit anywhere. After them initially refusing to move and me having to show them my stubs, they left to find seats elsewhere and we were able to settle in. All in all it was a headache from start to finish and this will be my first and my last visit to this theater. Ill continue utilizing Island 16.

My 13 year old daughter sat next to a couple with a young child who talked through half the movie because he was frightened and the mother smoked a vapor cigarette. She didnt tell me till afterwards because she knew we would leave. Staff should be monitoring the theater. Tried to post this on their website and will not let me post!! Tried to talk to a manager after the movie and "didnt know where he was" and Ive heard calling is a waste of time! We go here for the seating, but for $25 (and then $23 for food) and the extra drive, we wont be back. The customer service is severely absent from this place and I think well be sticking with closer Stony Brook!

Went there with wife and 2 kids on July 2nd, 2016. Parked closer to front then back. When we returned to the car, front window was shuttered. My wifes pocket book stolen with all her belongings. Night mare. My complain is: it happened there before several times to other people, we found out later-no security cameras anywhere. They have security guard driving on the parking lot- where was he.? Theater doesnt take no responsibility for anything. Just be carful out there, you dont want same night mare. To those who think its our fault: car is our property, it doesnt give anybody right to brake into it. Pocket book was left unintentionally too.

The best movie experience of my life! Friday afternoon I decided to go see Creed, I arrived to a packed parking lot due to Star Wars, when it was my turn to pay the nice person who took my credit card asked me to pick a seat. I was confused at first and picked one and the cashier said that, that was really close to the screen, so I picked another one. When I arrived in the theatre I could not believe my eyes! I would have my very own recliner and table with so much room to move. I was so comfortable! Thank you Regal for making my future movie going experiences a great one, you know I will be coming to you.

The staff is very accommodating. The reclining seats are well maintained and the floors are usually cleaned after the movie. I did have problems with Fandango reserved seats in the beginning where a guest and I would have reserved the same exact seat for the same movie and Showtime. It was a first come first serve basis which defeated the purpose of reserving seats. However, I havent run into that problem in a while. I think Fandango fixed that bug themselves and its not the fault of this movie theatre.

Theres not much variety in between movie theaters on Long Island. What I like about Regal is that the theater is not overly packed on a movies opening night like another theater might be. I would avoid the prime time showings, however, because there tends to be a large number of noisy teens and adults. Generally speaking, anything with a start time before 6PM or after 10PM is a peaceful, non crowded experience. You can order and print your tickets before heading to the theater to avoid the lines.

The theater is clean and very nice, worthy of the name regal cinemas. The seats are reclining and come with built in tray tables and cup holders which is a nice touch. (They charge you an extra 1.50 for this luxury though) The viewing rooms are small but comfy and high quality. The concessions stand is filled with the standard stuff youd find in any cinema. There are also some arcade games for kids to play in while waiting for the movie.

If I could give no stars I would Worst theater ever!!! Filthy bathrooms with no toilet paper and urine on seats. Brought it to mgr attention gave every lame excuse under sun rather than just having someone clean it. Never once apologized Ill stick with Coram movie land and PJ Cinemas cheaper prices concession deals and MOST IMPORTANT spotless bathrooms with toilet paper .. Recliner not worth it

The Hidden Gem... I hate to give a good review because it will no longer be "hidden" But after reading some negative reviews I had to! This is a 5 star movie theater compared to what is on the island. Bathrooms are clean! Seats are awesome! Games for the kids for before or after! And Im always able to reserve seats. Island 16 might look cool from the outside but what counts is inside!

The things people complain about are ridiculous . "Someones baby cried" "someone smoked a vapor cigarette " , the review is supposed to be about the theatre and this theatre is amazing! They even have heathy vegan options to choose from as snacks . I used to never go to the movies and now I go all the time. The hubs and are are coming this weekend! Whoop! Comfy cozy and perfect!!!

What a disappointment, went to see a 9:30 show on Friday night, which was posted on the regal app. Couple on line before taking a very long time. Notice on board 9:30 showing was not there. Got up to teller only to be told they cancelled show an hour ago, which the couple before me also was having a problem with. Wasted my gas and time, was reminded why I usually go to AMC.

Regal Ronk is a gret hidden GEM . They may not have an IMAX screen ( Because the strupid town wont issue the proper permits .. grr) BUT all the theaters there are all new screen and all new DIGITAL projectors!!!! Resonably priced, and the staff is always smiling and happy ... U feel more like a friend/person . .than a pain in the A#$ to the staff.

Best place to catch a matinee at $7.60. This theater was recently renovated with incredible personal recliners, not padded seats. Actual recliners. Only fallback is this theater lacks IMAX and sound quality isnt up to par with newer theaters. But for the price you cant beat it. Staff is friendly, never had problem sneaking in candy or food

This movie theater is the best in Suffolk County by my opinion the seats plenty of leg room the food is good priced with great deals during the week $2 hot dogs and the place very very nice also the theater is very very clean the staff the staff is extremely helpful and very very accommodating I would recommend this for families and dates

The theater seats are nice. My problem was with the buying tickets at the place he man made it very clear that only the first row was available. I turned and notice the movie theater was basically empty and that people actually came from a different movie to sit in on this one.. It was more alittle half way done when that group entered.
