Cinemark employees are always courteous & helpful. The managers are delightful, I made a mistake once and purchased front row seats online and the manager was very helpful remedying the situation. The show was sold out except the front row. My biggest mistake was buying online from Fandango, I called before the show started but couldnt get tickets to another show. Happily, Cinemark gave me a free pass for another day. They value their customers, its getting harder to find good customer service, but when O find one Im a customer for life. From now on Ill only order from Cinemark online. Its great buying your ticket online. I just print it, or put it on my phone and skip waiting in line, its hassle free. Cinemark seats are superbly comfortable. (Hooray - They are not to loud, Its not a mock outdoors rock concert like some theaters!) I love a clean movie theater. I feel like a valued customer. My brother has special needs we go to the movies often. If he walks up ahead of me they will ask if hed like to be shown where his seat is, thats compassionate service. Its nice to know hes in good hands. Thats how wonderful they treat their customers. Hows that for branding. They run a very fine business. I especially love the reserve seating. I attend more movies now that Im assured a seat. I love knowing where Im going to sit. I use to hate going to a movie with friends and sitting at different ends because the movie theater was crowded. The concession and the seating are very well organized. Going to the movies without tickets is always a crap shoot. Its still fun to be spontaneous. The Best News is, I go to the movies 75% more because I like knowing (where) my seat is waiting for me. Im a scifi enthusiast and love opening nights. Cinemarks North Haven theater parking lot is well lit and I feel very safe. Cinemark North Haven and Milford will always be my Go To Theaters. I go to the one in Milford if I want to have a few drinks and not worry about driving to the theater. My favorite new place in the Milford Mall is "World of Beer". I love a Kettle One, Fever Tree Vodka Tonic & a huge hot pretzel. I also love an evening coffee and searching for a good book. Its also a perfect time to stroll into Victorias Secret and buy a fun new plaything. I am grateful for 5$ Tuesday. Ill take a chance on seeing movies, I wasnt so sure about.

If you are looking for a horrible customer service experience and to be treated as though youre some sort of criminal this is the place for you! My 17 year old and his two equally aged friends wanted to see a film but none have ID. Its "policy" that they have ID so I had to purchase a ticket myself. I wasted my money and did. Next, they were not allowed to enter the theatre without me so I went in with them at which point they (staff) inform me that I must remain in the theatre with all 3 other paid (and well behaved) guests for the duration of the film. WHAT? I suffer from IBS, 5 minutes in I excuse myself and head to this theatres FILTHY restroom. Several minutes later my son sends me a text that theatre staff are throwing them OUT OF THE THEATRE unless I return in less than 5 minutes. IBS and stress area NOT a good mix so I do my best. As nature finishes its course 5 minutes later and I approach my son he is being escorted out!!! On principle we go back in so he and his friends can WATCH THE FILM THEY PAID FOR. Several minutes later I excuse myself for fresh air and through the side exit into the parking lot and not 5 minutes later the same two employees that previously attempted to escort my son out were checking around the building to see what I was doing. Absolute joke, I will be emailing corporate for a refund and will do my best to spread the word about this facility to anyone I know. Since when paying a ridiculous amount of money to watch a film states I cannot use a restroom or step outside for fresh air? Why am I watched like a prisoner when I have to use a restroom for medical reasons or excuse myself to step outside?

The seats were very comfortable, but thats all that was good. my colleagues and I brought 165 second, third, and fourth graders on a field trip there on a Wednesday. The trip was fully planned weeks in advance. When we got there, they were completely unprepared. They only set up 1 theater, which contained 40 seats. We waited in the lobby for about 20-30 minutes before they filed us in. Once in the theater, we waited for a full hour with no movie! Several of the teachers attempted to speak with Management who gave us very little help and took no responsibility for the mistakes. So frustrating! And trying to keep that many 7, 8, & 9 year olds occupied was no walk in the park! On top of it, the Girls bathroom was out of order leaving a 1 stall bathroom and another bathroom a half a mile away... Miserable...never again!

I rate this 4 stars because it is a great theatre with comfortable chairs. But, the renovation of this theatre has caused the older generations to not be able to attend the theatre. Before the thater was re-done, so many people would just go unplanned. Now, everyone picks their seat ahead of time and its sold out HOURS before the airing time. SAD. Some people do nt know how to work the internet. MY parennts told me yesturday thhat they were planning on goig to the movies that night. I said, no if you didnt buy the tickets early theres NO way. I double checked myself online, and i was right. my motherr does not know how to use the net. Thanks updated movie theatre. Maybe they should put in MORE seats. smh.

Fantastic movie theater. The seats are basically reclining loveseats - a little bit awkward if you are not with a significant other, but there is a separator in the middle. The experience essentially feels like sitting on your couch at home. The only downside is that all the theaters have seat reservations, and of course it costs extra to buy ahead online. Its not a problem if youre going to see an older movie, but for a new release youll either have to go in person ahead of time or pony up the dollar or so per ticket. First show of the day is always cheap, and all shows on Tuesdays at around 6 dollars (plus more for 3D, etc). Decent food court and options, but overpriced as any other movie theater.

This movie theater has reclining, oversized seats that all have foot rests that are put in pairs so you can be close to a person on one side and then oversized arm rests on the other so you are not too close to the person on the other side. They also have beer, wine, edys ice cream, Starbucks coffee along with the usual movie theater concession items. You should always buy your tickets online ahead of time because otherwise they are usually sold out, but the tickets arent that much more than what you would pay anywhere else and this is a way better movie going experience. I also like that they have a station in the hallway to recycle your used cups and bags.
