Whenever Im craving to head out and see a movie this theater is always my first choice. Easy access and an even easier location. The theater itself is small and quaint and quite frankly thats one of its best aspects as it never really tends to be overtly crowded unless of course were talking about huge new releases. The staff is pretty nice and having a quick chat is pleasurable, the theater is nice and clean, and the snacks are quick and tasty. Add in a good source of new movies and interesting events and you got yourself a profitable theater. However it is not without its flaws. When it does get busy many of the lines remain closed, for example only one line by admissions is available for an entire crowd and for whatever reason the opposite side of the snack bar has been closed for god knows how long. And of course snacks can be pricey at times depending on what youre getting. Overall while the place can get overcrowded from time to time it remains a lovely place to sit down and watch the newest flick.

Saw Rogue One on 2/16/2017 at 8:30 p.m., standard screen viewing, because it was the last place showing it near me. There was 3 of us in the theater. First, the screen itself was physically dirty- you could see thick dust when there was a white image. If they cleaned it off the movie would be significantly brighter. Second, there was garbage on the floor- wrappers and popcorn. I dont know what time the previous movie ended but it had been a while, plenty of time to clean. WORST OF ALL, THE THEATER STUNK! I mean actually stunk- a mixture of old cigar smoke, sewage, and general nastiness. I thought it was my imagination at first, but realized it was real and it never went away. It was only this theater too- the bathroom and hallway were fine. It was so bad I could smell it on my jacket as I walked to the car. I really wanted to watch the movie so I stayed, but had it been any other scenario I would have demanded a refund and left. I will definitely not be returning to this theater.

This is really the only movie theater we go to since it meets all our needs - ie., it offers local distance (15 min from home), usually no lines (except for the w/e busy times of course), reasonable pricing (esp with their Tuesday $6 special for all shows/ senior and matinee discounts all other days), convenient parking, comfortable seating, friendly staff and a good rewards program offering frequent free popcorn and movie tickets. All in all we feel they do a good job for our entertainment dollar (plus there are reasonable family meal places in the same shopping center for after show date night dining).

I dont see why the other review are so bad. Yeah, its Burlington, not some big fancy city theater with giant pillars and statues. That aside, I actually thought it was nice for its size and location. Stadium seating is always a bonus, but I guess Im old enough to remember life before, and Ive seen MUCH worse. Ive been there a couple of times during the week, and both times we were the only ones in the theater. And the service has always been friendly. Ive always thought going on weekend opening nights to ANY movie simply isnt a good idea anywhere. Thats just my opinion though.

Its a good theater. Clean, friendly staff, good food. It just needs updating. Like kiosks to purchase tickets like AMC Hamilton has. And seats need to be consistent. When you get a room that has the new ones, it is heaven! They are very comfortable. Then sometimes you get ones that are the old style... Lets just say they are "adequate", nothing more. Over all they are great. Ive been too much worse in other places. Oh, self serve beverages needs to be installed. Those machines that give you unlimited combinations of drinks are the bomb!

This theater has been renovated since my last review. It is quite on par with any average theater around. Hard to compete with Hamiltons AMC 24, but they are getting there. The staff seems low at some times, and the facility is getting up there in age but they maintain it to the best of their ability. The sound and video quality is quite outdated compared to some of the competing theaters but if you arent willing to drive, then you will be moderately satisfied with the Quality of Service at the Regal Cinema: Burlington.

Horrible, stale hotdog buns, old hot dog musky/dirty movie theater, a non-caring manager...so disgusted with this movie theater that I will never go back and Im going to recommend the my friends do not attend either, theres no respect they have gotten to be too complacent. The floors need to be shampooed. If I could I would give it a half a star instead of one.,. Everyone please take notice so that together we can demand ...in a respectful manner a better cleaner venue to sit back & relax & enjoy the movie.

Great theater! I love that there arent too many people at this theater, so I can watch a movie in peace. The theater is clean and the seats are very comfortable. Since its not a busy theater, it lacks employees. So expect to wait several minutes or longer in the concession food line, if theres a line. Sometimes, theres only one person manning it. Thats why I give the place 4 stars instead of 5. If you like quiet and not a lot of people, this is the best choice in the area.

Their rewards system is s not easy to understand. Lots of extra steps to get rewards. Really needs to be simplified. The theatre itself offers all the latest movies and what looks like a good selection of "bollywood " movies. Expensive food, senior discount combo almost $10, small drink and popcorn. Seats comfortable, clean. I recommend it but dont expect anything special, your basic movie theatre good for an afternoon of entertainment.

The staff here are AWESOME! I sttend movies weekly with disabled adults and staff sre always friendly & professional. Often asking "what ya gonna see today?" & after the movie, " how was it?" We have "lost &/or left" items here & staff have gone above & beyond trying to help us find glasses, keys, my phone, coin purse...One "ANGEL" even prayed over a friend for healing one day

Nice local movie theater. Nothing super fancy, but has everything you need to enjoy the latest flick. There is never a long wait for concessions or bathrooms. The only things that could use improvement are the smell of the bathrooms (air freshener) and sometimes the theaters are a bit on the sticky/dirty side. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful.

I went when it was not crowded, the theater and restroom were clean. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately the theater was unbearably cold. When it was bought to the attention of management we received an apology and a free movie pass as compensation. The customers appreciated the quick response and thoughtful jesture.

Its a quaint movie theatre but clean, friendly staff and organized. I highly recommend it for those who are tired of the a mega theatres where u have to walk 2 miles just to get to your 1 of 25 screening rooms. If you want a theatre with an old school all about the family feel this one is for you!

The staff were really nice, the new burgers and things are mediocre and the burgers give you the home movie experience, which is nice, but the carpets need a good, thorough cleaning, and needs some air fresheners here and there, but all in all, its a nice, local, family movie theater
