UPDATE: They declined to sue the victims families. But their floors are still too sticky. I have lived near Century 20 for 11 years. It is the closest theater to my house, and where I have gone to watch movies nearly every other week since moving to Milpitas. However, I will no longer be frequenting this theater after learning today that its parent company, Cinemark, is suing the families of the Aurora shooting victims for $700,000 in an intolerable display of pettiness and greed. Until Cinemark drops this soulless lawsuit and settles with the remaining families of victims and pay them their due, I will be seeing all my movies at Camera 12 in San Jose or Camera 7 in Pruneyard, theaters which have WAYYY cheaper tickets anyway, especially if I buy them on DealFlicks. #BoycottCinemark

My husband and I went to see In To The Storm on Sunday 8/10/14, The theater #13 was "Freezing". I went and talk to 5 different people there and told them how cold it was and they promised to tell the manager. We froze through the entire movie and couldnt wait to get out there when the movie was over. I went to talk to the manager and all he could say was I didnt know, dont blame me........................then who is it we talk to???? I will think about it before I see a movie at the Great Mall again again and let all my friends know how LITTLE they care about there customers. The manager must be new or just plain bad!! Never offered any compensation, but then I dont think the manager even new about that................just dont blame me was the best he could do.

Clean restrooms.Good theater. But recently we went for a regional movie (non-english).It was an action genre movie and I believe there was a malfunction in sound settings and it was unbearably loud.By 1/4th of the movie the noise levels became intolerable.I went and complained after which it was relatively better. We had severe ear pain by the end of movie.While everybody else had the same issue, no one complained.I reported and a lady manager just kept repeating book-style apologies and offered to refund our tickets. She gave us 2 passes as refund couldnt be processed.We had severe ear pain for next 2 days.

I used to go to this theater around 2 times a week for the past 6 months. And I bring in food from the mall. Like as every usual visit I went this time and they stopped me because I had outside food. She said it has always been a rule and has been followed from the beginning of the time and blah blah. She said I should finish off all the food and get in. Well Im pissed off now, so got my money refunded. Talking to her I lost my mood for watching the movie. And you are welcome! My question is, well if there was a rule where have it been for the past 6 months???

This mall is located on the premises of great mall in Milpitas. The seats are good and comfortable. They are going to upgrade to lounger seating soon. Freindly staff . The screens are usually clean. Found the restrooms to be generally OK.cant pick seats yet . Hoping it would change with the luxury lounges coming in. as others have said, parking is sometimes tricky. but I havent spent more than 5 minutes looking for a parking spot. On Thanksgiving weekends its really difficult to find spots. Good area to shop, have a good meal and watch a movie.

I have seen two movies at this theater to date. Both times there was a fire alarm tripped. I have never experienced this at any movie theater ever. True they did pass out free passes to another movie but its only use able at this Cinemark and this location is now probably a last resort. I dont know what is up with this location and alarms but Ive heard other stories about alarms at this very location and I have to say it really should not happen this often. Two stars only because they made an effort to compensate.

I used to come here all the time for movies, but since a new movie theater opened up in Fremont, dont really come here anymore. From what I remember a really solid movie theater. Its clean, has a good selection of featured films, and they recently opened up an XD theater which is really nice (but $2 extra). Cant really say anything bad about this place, other than that sometimes parking can be a pain to find. Another nice things about this movie theater is that you can shop a little if youre waiting for your movie.

Lots of movies going on and stuff. But thats about it. The people that frequent that place dont know how to watch a movie in a public place. Its non-stop regular talking by disrespectful people that dont even bother on whispering so that you get less disturbed. More than once there were people literally talking on their cell phones. Its also a standard to mess with Whatsapp while the movie is running. Doing "shh" is like trading six for half a dozen: nothing changes. Its ridiculous.

Great experinace to be honest I was not going to the movie theater in the past because of the condition of it, some of the screen a bit to small when movies arent new, seats, carpet and at time the clientele or people not respectful to others talking and using cell phones during the movie, yesterday I was blown away, the sound and picture of the movie not to mention the new updates on the new seats WOW, I just love the experience, Ill be back

Standard theater, nothing too fancy about it. I like to come here just because of convenience. I dont really like the parking here, its usually pretty full because this theater gets crowded since its right next to the mall. The service is okay, the place could be a tad bit cleaner but Im not really complaining. come for the Tuesday Special! $6.50 for a movie :D

I dont want to complained it for the crowded. But yes, i still want to complained it for the crowded with no seats to choose plus always black out of the tuesday for the tuesday movie night discounts. Mostly, you will not getting discount tix or the seats. Just too many people....Just turn around and go a bit further to the one in fremeont auto mall.

The seats are very comfortable, the popcorn is always fresh and I just cant stop eating it once I start. The managment is very friendly and answer your concerns immediately. Very clean and nice theatre. The sound is the best around. We saw Deadpool twice and I cant wait for the next movie to see there.

Typical movie theatre. Only gets two stars because of the clientele it attracts. If you want a great movie experience, meaning a crowd that isnt loud and obnoxious, have their phones going off all the time, or worst - people who movie hop, go to the Century in Mountain View instead

Good location and friendly staff keeping the place clean. The place is a little dark but comfortable. Chair has cushion on the back so they arent too bad but not the best either. I wish they could have bigger screen though but I do like the bass from their speakers.

I really liked this place because of its easy access to parking and its location and seats, but they dont have a self ticket printing machine for reserved tickets. Many other cinemark locations carry those, would be great if they have one here as well.
