I dont know what the single other reviewer (as I write this) was so enthused about. Seems like your basic multiplex to me. A friend and I went to see a film there Monday night. (The ticket taker gave us tickets to the wrong film, although I guess thats no big deal.) Shortly into the film the power went out for the night. They gave us return passes. I told them I wanted a refund instead, since I didnt want to be bothered with keeping track of the pass, remembering to use it at the correct chain, etc. They told me that they "cant" do that, since the weather was out of their control. Maybe they cant control the weather (though there are also such things as backup generators...), but when a store cant deliver a product, its their problem, not mine--and I get my money back. These guys obviously figure that theyve got my money, and feel no obligation to give it back. I still wanted my refund, so I called the next day. They told me to call the day after that, after 4 pm. So I called then (today), and was told to come back in person this weekend, because theyd have to figure out a way to work it out through corporate headquarters!! No way am I going through all that extra trouble. This may be the standard way theaters get away with operating, but I dont care. To me, when you take someones money, then dont either give them the product or a refund, youre a thief.

I had a great experience! There were great seats and the movie quality was amazing! The bathrooms were the best, better than any other one I have seen, and had a long hallway filled with 20 stalls, amazing toilets, and great, working sinks and hand-dryers. I watched the movie Star Wars when I came, and it was amazing! There were great food, drinks, and a fun little arcade with lots of games. I had fun with my classmates and friends and I would love to go again!

I always go here. Especially week days. Prices for tickets are the best anywhere. Dont believe? Find out. Weekdays. Also they are staffed friendly. Out of 30 plus times ive been here, no incident of bad blood yet. Whats funny though is that i go so often yet dont bother about an AMC stub card...hah! Nothing we can do though about theater priced food. So eat before, or....have many pockets if you know what i mean. ;)

The place is showing its age. Nonetheless, the movie experience is great, their IMAX 3D screens are breathtaking, and theres never really a lack of parking due to its mall location, as long as youre willing to walk a little bit on debuts when its chock full. Overall, great location, easily accessible, and always a pleasant experience.

Todays experience was great. Got my tickets and drink for Wonder Woman, and found a good seat. Quiet. Mixed age audience. Bathrooms were clean throughout. Other times Ive went the audience has been noisy, staff seemed untrained when it came to the AMC Stubs card. But today was a great day.

Very clean establishment, short wait time in lines (if any at all) and friendly staff make outings to see a movie that much more enjoyable. Not a large selection of food, but what they do have is at least decent. The theaters are always clean, never any sticky floors or anything.

The staff is top notch! Everyone was smiling, attentive and polite. Not something I see too often anywhere. I hadnt been to this theatre in close to 15 years and I was amazed at how clean and bright it was. It was a great experience and I will make this my new theater.

I saw Deadpool here. I live in Chicago and there are no screens that I know of which are so clear, crisp, and clean. I plan to watch, Batman v. Superman, Captain America, and X-Men. The IMAX is true IMAX not a screen originally used for non-IMAX then switched to IMAX.

Great seats and very well kept, management is doing a great job with customer service. I left my wallet at the theatre and the people I talked to on that phone were very patient with their search process. Stellar job, definitely coming back.

This is your average movie theater with high food prices. Its showing its age compared to some of the nicer recently renovated AMC theaters. Staff are nice and friendly though.

Very clean theater and friendly staff. Comfortable stadium style seating with the wider seats. Parking can be a little tough near the theater so get there early.
