Very worse customer service. Wasted my time going there. Came out with higher BP and feeling humiliated and disrespected. All this happen because of the poor service of the manager in charge Mr Tyrone.He definitely lacks management skills. I bought tickets for the movie minion. As i entered the cinema i was told to go to cinema 14. Movie without pop corns is no fun so i stopped by and spend about $21. Kids and i went to cinema 14 and sat there for almost 35 minutes. kids were very excited. Than comes the cleaning lady and tells me and about 10 other people that we were on wrong spot. I asked her what do you mean? she tells us the line is not here. I told her that the guy up at the door told me to come to cinema 14 and he told the same thing to the other 10 who were waiting. Security comes by and asked us to move. We told him what we were told. He goes and tells Mr Tyrone,he tells the security guy that we will be the last to enter the cinema. Can you imagine we all waiting there for so long, management failed to train the employee what to do and the customers have to pay the price. Tyrone failed to listen to our grievances not only that he was very inhumane and rude. He took away the pop corns and the drinks from my 5 and 6 year kids in order for me to get the refund. He tells one of the assistance to take the pop corns and drinks and throw it at the back.Is this how kids should have been treated? Very disappointed .Iam waiting for the General manager Mrs Cassandra to respond to this. I would take my kids to some other place instead of Laguna 16....

This theater is my overall choice of theater in the Sacramento and Elk Grove area. We have a small area of arcade which I think the arcade the use of upgrading. 90% of the games or at least seven years of the same ones. Never really dealt with the employees but they all seem very friendly easy to approach. Parking can be a hassle sometimes. And to me its a little scary to park farther back in the parking lot because theres a lot of trees and its dark back there. Bathrooms are fairly clean no complaints there. Concessions for popcorn is usually slow with a long lines during the evening hours. Theater seats are fairly clean you can still see leftover popcorns on the ground but large obstacles like trash boxes are not a problem thats the employees clean them up already. In conclusion, I would recommend this theater.

A Private User

This theater is a nice, clean theater that you can go to without worry. Ive gone here several times and the experience is usually great. There is one or two of the screens that are very small and have terrible sound, but they usually stick the old movies on those screens. A couple times, the sound has had problems, but it gets fixed in a matter of minutes. The theater is clean and provides quality concessions. It is a nice place for a date. The seating is not stadium except in a couple of the largest theaters where the brand new big movies are. I would prefer stadium seating in all the theaters, but that is not always possible in theaters that have been around for a few years.

This theater is the closest to our Home and we are glad they finally upgraded to reclining seats so we no longer have to travel out of Elk Grove for this amenity at a movie theater. The XD theater is awesome. For a little more money you get a more enhance movie experience which is a plus for moviegoers like the Husband and Myself. I suggest one either come early to choose good seats or buy them online ahead of time. Concessions are good and they have posted that they are applying for an alcohol license to serve so for adults enjoying a day off it is a plus.

AMAZING! My sister and I went to the movies last night, and unbeknownst to me until this morning, my wallet fell out of my purse during the movie! I contacted Century Laguna first thing this morning, and they had it safely tucked away, waiting for me to call! First, I want to thank the person who found my wallet, I assume the night time cleaners. Honestly, this could have gone terribly wrong, so really, thank you to whichever employee found it, and for doing the right thing.

TERRIBLE SEATS!! They are like folding lawn furniture. -- Tiny screen for most movies they are showing. -- disgusting restrooms. Didnt even have dividers between urinals. -- this place is like going to see a movie at an elementary school. Cant believe they are charging 11 bucks per ticket on Saturday afternoon. They need to completely renovate this theater. Id rather drive a little out of the way to go to someplace across town instead. I wont be back.

Ok... This place isnt exactly the place I would take my family to. Dirty restrooms, crazy uncomfortable seats, uncomfortable snack bar too. But worst are restrooms... if it wouldnt be because of the time for the movie, I wouldnt go there. So if you have choice of time visit some other place; this place shouldnt charge 10.25 per ticket like other (better) places... take care everybody... put your money where you will be treated like respectful customer.

Again, just a theater. like the UA Theater it is getting a little long in the tooth. No reserved seating and average prices leads to having to listen to the noisy people behind you. I have a rule, No PG 13 flicks in a theater like this because, inevitably some teenagers with no filter or self control will ruin the flick. I try to see movies like that at IMAX or Diner Movie Grill because the higher price keeps them out.

In terms of movie theaters this place is missing quite a bit. It doesnt have stadium seating (which every theater should have) and its selection of candy/food leaves much to be desired. It needs to be sorely updated. The movie itself was fine in terms of quality of the picture and sound, but these days you need to do a lot more to separate yourself from the pack when it comes to movie-going experiences.

Not a bad place to catch a movie. Theres an arcade inside so you can pass the time while waiting for your movie or after seeing one. They also have the usual theater food concessions. Not sure how often they clean up the floors and whatnot, but youll usually find popcorn scattered about the place. Its expected since its a movie theater. The seats are usually comfortable for watching lengthy movies.

You can pick your (recliner!) seat up front when buying tickets and not have to deal with folks getting there after the previews start and wanting you to scootch down. All hail assigned seating! Id imagine they also have a bar because these people seem to "get" the movie experience but as I attended a matinee and am keeping up appearances of not being a big ol booze monster, I didnt look.

We frequent this theater, often. Its quaint and always clean. Its more mature (aged) adults so we dont have to deal with the immature crowds. Im happy they finally installed the recliners so we no longer have to drive North just for comfortable seats. Thanks Laguna 16 - for showing a variety of movies and not "all" kiddy and scary movies.
