Rock Manor is one of the best designed, most challenging, and playable golf courses in the DE, Southeast PA, South Jersey geographic area. The course is in superb condition with generous fairways, large fast, undulating greens, and well designed fairway and green-side bunkers. The "Rock" also features 4 challenging and well designed Par 3s that are fun to play. The course has a super friendly staff and on-course rangers who politely monitor the pace-of-play. Great golf, competitive rates for residents and seniors, and one of the best over-all golf experiences in the area. Rock Manor is my new favorite golf course.

Went to the Rock a few weeks ago with a foursome and ask the starter for a hdcp flag as I and a partner have trouble walking. My friend has viral menogitis and needs a cane to get around. We even asked the supervisor if we could go 90* they told us no. They advertise hdcp.capabilies. Lot of BS. We left the course and vowed to never return. The ground was dry even though it rained two days before. Not a good course for seniors with hdcp. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The course is fantastic --- challenging and very well maintained. Certainly one of my favorites in DE, comparable to Deerfield and Frog Hollow. The place gets extremely crowded, even on weekdays it is packed with duffers thinking they are going to break the course record. Friendly staff and good bar/restaurant. Definitely worth a try, especially with online rates. Just be prepared for a 5 hour round.

Enjoyed the all-around experience at Rock Manor. Decided to have our annual golf get-together (20 people) at "The Rock" and we all had a great time. The staff was very cordial and accommodating; top notch service. Do not let the distance fool you, we decided to play from the black tees, which made the outcome much more challenging than anticipated. Fun course and do recommend playing here.

Do you like 6 hour rounds? Do you like being yelled at by the ranger when you complain? If so, this course is for you! The course is always in good shape, but the pace of play is always horrendous. Theres no point in making a tee time because they just stack everyone at the 1st tee box anyway.

Course is way overpriced. They also overbook. Pace of play was very slow. The marshal was out of control. Actually threatened me because I accidentally drove on the fairway. Rude and obnoxious. Would never play here again. Try a different course.

Nice layout, nice course..but 250ppl play here a day..$40 with the golf now online service so its very affordable..
