Linville Land Harbor is a wonderful community with so many activities and amenities, you wont believe this incredible value. It has the best golf course in the area, a lakeside pool, hiking trails, trout fishing, canoeing, crafts, dances, exercise classes and more. Residents and visitors are friendly and welcoming. You can rent a home for the season or stay and play while you look for your own ideal LLH mountain retreat to purchase. If you want to experience the closest place to heaven, this is it!

What a wonderful spot! The people are so friendly and helpful. The variety of fun things to do are sure to please any and all tastes. I have been coming to Land Harbor for sixteen summers and never had a dull moment. Weather is great. Golf course continues to challenge me on every outing.

The facilities management do not pay their contractors. They acquire large amounts of work that is completed and never pay. Very poor business people.
