Arcade: One of the paddles at the air hockey game was missing, the skee ball had 8/9 balls, making it impossible to finish the game and the game reset by the time we found someone who could fix it and while playing the jurassic game, the game glitched and lost all our progress. Food: the waitress brought me my bill before she brought me my food. It would be understandable if the place was packed but we were the only group there. Not understanding how someone cant keep track of two tables. By the time she brought me my food, the entire group was done eating and I had to take it to go. Bowling: they gave us two lanes, one of which is apparently known to stop. Again, understandable if there were other people. But if were the only ones there, Im not understanding why theyd give us a lane known to malfunction. When they fixed it, they reset the game for half of us, throwing the scores out the window. I dont know if they always have these many issues or if were just terribly unlucky. As hard as we tried to be optimistic, after the bowling we called it a night and left the place. Never coming back.

My time at Stars and Strikes started off bad. The service was bad and the arcade was disabled, but after the games reopened and there was more staff, it was really good. The service that we did have was pretty good, but we had to wait for about 30 minutes for the prizes. However, there were about 3 people including Colleen and especially Kip that made this a really good time. Overall, it started off rocky, but that was mainly because of the disabled games and ended really well.

THIS IS NOT A BOWLING ALLEY!! This is a "throw your ball into a dark abyss" location. When I asked if we could get some lights on the lane to see the arrows I was told the lights are only turned on for leagues. Long story short...if you like bowling in the dark, watered-down drinks, terrible music, and screaming children then this is your place. The staff gave their best effort but this is a bowlers nightmare. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO BOWL!!

Finally a great bowling alley in Atlanta. This place is brand-new, with automatic bumpers that pop up for the kids when its their turn, a reservable section with private servers/restrooms, an excellent bar area, restaurant, laser tag, and state-of-the-art arcade along with a neat laser maze. Plenty of TVs for sports along with great music/videos playing above the pins. Service was impeccable.This will likely become a routine visit for our family.

We just had our sons birthday here. We bought the package with laser tag, laser maze, bumper cars and arcade games. We did bowling as a family afterwards. The party was a blast. ALL the kids has so much fun and was talking about it the next day. Our hostess was Gerlisa and she was sweet and cheery. Now, the bowling afterwards was fun but the service was slow. Not as slow as others reported on here but still slow. I would still go back.

The blowing was OK. The service was absolutely atrocious!! My friends ordered four orders of different flavored wings, they came back with the same flavor wings for all four dishes. Then me and another friend placed a order and waited over an hour and the food was still not out to us. When asked for a manager we were told the kitchen was closed. It wasnt closed an hour ago when we ordered the food. Worst customer service ever.

Lanes were ok. Balls were not well maintained. There were multiple dents in some of the balls. The furniture was comfortable. The staff was mainly awful. The waitress were just standing around and didnt give us anything that we asked for. I asked for a fork, and she just walked around. I saw her passing me four times and completely ignored us. The pizza was not good. I definitely wont go back to this place.

I had a great time here! The arcade was pretty cool and the man at the prize counter was very nice. My only complaint is that the food takes a very long time to arrive- it took about 45 minutes, give or take. However, the wait staff was very apologetic about the wait and the snacks we ordered were pretty good. I would highly suggest this place! Just be aware that the food can take a while.

I had recently visited stars and strikes I loved it because it offered services for all age groups and fitted the modern style the food is so good for a affordable price. The service was iffy but good for a place packed with tons of people. They place the best games that are good for all ages. Awesome music. All in all I am totally going here again. Nice job stars and strikes :)

Fancy bowling with a huge video games parlor, laser tag, and bumper cars. Id you go on the weekend you must pay for bowling by the hour, which comes to about $40 for two people (lane + shoes). If you come during the week you can pay by the game ($4/person). The video games are mostly geared to the ticket dispensing type, tickets which can be exchanged for really cheapo junk.

They stole $65.42 its showing they took the amount on yesterday but I was there two days ago. I called the manager (Bob) and he seemed uninterested and didnt care to figure out why I have this charge from a thief at their establishment, all he said was that it may fall off in a few days. I will never use my card with them again and urge others to do the same!

This place is a huge joke. We bought a Groupon and will NEVER be going back. The customer service is a joke, and the bumper car attendant was incredibly rude, and told the kids to "come on, lets go" out of the bumper cars. I will never recommend this location to anyone and I will definitely let it be known how we were treated. Stay FAR away from this place.

Decent for a fun night out. Its dark in the bowling area & the lanes are on the narrow side. They also offer laser tag & arcade games. Service is pretty poor. Waitresses walk pass without acknowledging you. There were tables near us where the other parties had left hours ago however their dirty plates were not removed.

MY family and I visited this location on 3/26/2016 & I must say that we had the times of our lives. I enjoyed every inch of the facility & its entertainment. Malcolm was one of the guys at the register and he was very very nice and patient with everyone. Our food was good and our waitress name Jessica was superb

The service was all good, the games even better. They gave me 20% off of my pizza just because I complained about the time it took to get ready, the manager was kind and polite and the waiter also great. This was my experience and dont have to be the only one but mine was very good!!!

Really nice, fun place to bowl. We had our company Xmas party here and had a great time. Staff is super friendly. My only complaint is the location. It was nearly impossible to get into the parking lot. Its at the corner of a VERY busy commute road. Avoid anywhere near rush hour.
