Private User Mi experiencia con el Grand Salon Reception Hall fue excelente. Recomiendo el sitio a ojos cerrados, todo salio perfecto superaron mis expectativas! Al principio te parece todo muy costoso, pero realmente si quieres un matrimonio de ensueño vale la pena. Ellos te dividen los pagos y asi es mas comodo. Mi ceremonia fue en el Gazebo del Palm Country Club y la recepcion fue el Grand salon reception hall ( fuera del Country club ) Ellos tienen 3 salones dos en el Country club y uno a pocas millas que fue el que nosotros usamos porque ya no habian fechas y es mejor de $$$. Tuvimos 80 invitados, tienen paquetes con casi todo incluido. Fotos y videos: Lopez Photografy Cake: visitamos los dos provedores y sin duda por atencion, calidad y precio recomiendo Bees cakes Flores: Glamour Decorations, tengo que agradecerles mucho ya que se adaptaron a mi presupuesto siempre y me atendieron muy bien. Dj:muy amable y la noche entera bailamos excelente! Meseros y el chef un 10* genial! Gracias a Alex, Lizy y a Miriam por toda la ayuda. En conclusion puedo decirles que sera el mejor dia de sus vidas y si pueden invertir $7000 a $9000 Haganlo! Aprox $60 x invitado

Worst costumer services and service in general for wedding. We paid for 6 hours and they closed half hour before it ends. The food was too little almost nothing for almost 150 people only one round of snacks. The drinks were the worst part, never if you paid take a premium service because they mix the wisky, rum, tequila and vodka with water. You could take tens glasses and never get drunk. The waiters and bartenders demanding all the time the tips even when they dont deserved for the service. Peor costumer service y servicio de manera general para un salon de recepciones a los que he ido. Se pagaron 6 horas a un precio carisimo y estaban cerrando y quitando la musica media hora antes ademas que se demoraron y nos hicieron perder mas de una hora en lo que servian la comida. La comida extremadamente poca solo pasaron una ronda de snack por las mesas. La bebidas alteradas y muy pocas cuando se pago servicios premium. Los camareros y bartender te exigian tip todo el tiempo de contra que te trataban pesimamente mal. Todo eso y paganadoas de 13000 dolares por la boda. No le recomiendo a nadie este lugar. I dont recommend this place.

There is only one horrible issue with this place & that is the people at the office who you deal with during the event preparation. There are 3 woman on the office who will only be willing to help you on two occasions. The day that you are signing the contract, & the day they are collecting your money. For example, when my wife first asked them for the packages, we learn that asking any question will be too much of a burden for them. Their attitude was horrible most of the time & they made it seem as if we should already know all that is needed to know for a marriage preparation. Also getting in contact with them was impossible, you have to call 8 to get an answers, if I ever get them to pick up the phone. When they were confronted about this their response was that they were too busy & we should send emails instead. When we sent emails they also took days to respond. When we had to do the wedding invitations, there were mistakes repeatedly. They said the invitations took a week & took 3 to print. Even the day of our wedding they had a car parked in front blocking the entrance. When I asked them to move the car as my soon to be wife was about to arrive they lie saying they moved it. In general they were the hardest part of my weeding. On the other hand all the other people were excellent. The food & waiters were good, the recommended vendors are all excellent. Personally we went with Lopez photography, Mr. Bee’s cakes, concept music, Weddings by Frank, and M & J flowers. These vendors make dealing with the people at the salon’s office worth the effort. They will even give you more information on how to conduct the weeding than the 3 women at the office. Not to mention the vendors are extremely flexible, nothing like the 3 woman at the office who would not even take more than a minute after 6 if you needed any information. This place should be a 5 star reception hall, but dealing with irresponsible, arrogant, & reticent at the office made it to be a 1 at best.

Both my husband and I want to thank the Grand Salon Ballroom at Killian Palms Country Club for an outstanding event, we chose this venue for both our marriage ceremony and our reception party. I can’t say it enough that this venue is by far the most convenient venue to pick if you’re on a budget or simply are not interested in spending outrageous fees for the wedding of your dreams. My favorite thing about this venue was that the packages that they offer included everything you may need. Their packages include photography, wedding cake, DJ, flower arrangements, food, drinks plus the basics which includes your table’s settings such as plates, utensils, table cloths, flower vase, chairs and so on. If you were to not like what the package has or includes than you can upgrade the things you wish to improve and pay the difference. A big plus about the venue is also their open bar choices. I also loved that they give you the list of vendors included in the package that you choose and other vendors that are not affiliated with them but have done work there before. I had both the gazebo and Ciudamar ballroom combination …. Loved it. They just upgraded their gazebo area and it just looks beautiful very cozy and it gives the cutest garden look to your outdoor ceremony. Needless to say I didn’t have a wedding planner I did everything on my own and I found it to be the most bride friendly venue. I had no complaints from my guests, the food, drinks and service overall were AMAZING!!! If I had to do my wedding all over again I wouldn’t change anything regarding this venue. Before i wrote this review for the Grand Salon Reception Hall ii went through and read carefully all the reviews on here. I wanted to make sure that it was not just me that felt a little confused as to what to say on GSRH, that my mixed emotions on the place wasn just in my head, and i was right there are variations of mixed emotions out there by other customers.... We worked with one Coordinator, who we will not be mention out of politeness, she was not friendly, not flexible, not willing to accommodate us with last minute issues, including being so petty to refuse to add one more chair to a table. So, take the time to review everything carefully, know who your dealing(might be the luck of the draw in which coordinator you get)with, make absolutely sure that your date is accurate and that you dont have any cancelation of guest or table changes or anything that is not acceptable to them.....because thats when you realize the inflexibility of it all.....So now on to the positive. The event was a success because of our wait staff, they were exceptional, made us feel welcomed and worked to accommodate our guest needs., This is what makes for exceptional service. The Chef came out and visited with us and the food, was actually delicious and we had chicken..lol....The DJ the flowers the cake all recommend by the GSRH were awesome...so that aspect of it, was excellent....We thank those folks that actually handle the party and have nothing but praise for them...Thank you...
