THIS PLACE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF ITS OWN PEOPLE. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEYRE RUDE, ARROGANT, AND IF YOU SUGGEST SOMETHING OR COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING, THEYRE ATTITUDE IS, "THATS HOW IT IS, IF YOU DONT LIKE IT, LEAVE." THEY CHARGE MORE THAN REGULAR MOVIES FOR THEIR TICKETS AND HAVE GONE WAAAAY TO FAR WITH FOOD/DRINK PRICES. SO MUCH FOR TWO SMALL SAMOSAS AND SOME WATERED DOWN CHUTNEY. ALTHOUGH ITS ALOT, WE ALMOST HAVE NO CHOICE. THEYRE ARE OTHER THEATERS THAT PLAY INDIAN MOVIES BUT NOT NEW RELEASES. I WISH THEY HAD COMPETITION, SOMEONE SHOULD OPEN ANOTHER THEATRE, MAYBE TOWARDS MOUNTAIN VIEW OR SUNNYVALE,THERE ARE A LOT OF INDIANS THERE AND NAZ WOULD SUFFER BIG TIME. THEY KNOW THEYRE IT, SO THEYRE NOT ABOUT TO CHANGE, AND WELL DEAL WITH IT UNTIL THEY HAVE COMPETITION.

One of the worst movie halls ever seen! Their seating system is very bad. Their seats have bed bugs and the bed bugs keep biting all the time. Yesterday we went to watch a hindi movie and the three hours in the movie hall was torture for me and my husband. All the while the bed bugs were biting us and when we came home, our back was full of bed bug marks! The food is also expensive and unhygenic here. A samosa would be 0.75 cents outside, here they sell two samosas for 3.50 dollars which is real expensive. A bottled water crate from safeway would be somewhere around 5:00 dollars. Here, each bottled water is sold for 2.75 dollars. At the same time, the conveniences provided to the customer is bad! Worst movie hall ever in my life! Im not going to revisit this place again!

Wow. Never thought a small movie theatre could be this enjoyable!! Price-average. Seating-excellent. Cleanliness-excellent. Staff-nice. Selection-not bad for an international based theatre(Indian). Watched planet of the apes. When buying the tickets, we Thought the seats were too close(front section), but when we got to the theatre(#2) it was actually perfect. Id even say that there arent any bad seats. First row sits 20 feet away from the screen. You tell me, where can you enjoy movie while crunching on popcorn and somosas!!

I called this place for the movie MOM and I wanted to know if they had the tickets for the show and the guy that answered the call said, "we are busy, you can check online. Thank you for calling." What the hell? And it was my second time calling them. I have never been so disappointed by anyones customer service. Whats the point of working at some place if you cant help a customer. Disgusted by their inconvenient attitude. This place should fire him. Or teach them how to talk to their customers.

Yesterday i went to this place first time. looks attractive & comfortable but within a 15 minutes i started getting itchy on my left arm.I saw there were few small marks on my arm must be from bed bug. I did not feel comfortable to complain for this small issue so I just left after movie. Today, when i woke up on the moring my arm is swelling. I will never go back again.

Very embarrassing when passing the mens toliet, through the mirrors one can see man standing in front of the urinal. I guess these are fire doors but are kept open all the time and the toilets stink. If you go before the 6pm, you will be handed a ticket which says, Child. I wonder how did the big distributors allow him to show their movies. Its a disgrace .

I had booked for the movie Mukbaran Did an on line booking. One of my friend could not make it for the movie with few of us and when I had asked for the cancellation of the ticket the Manager was very rude. He mentioned that there is no refund for the cancelled ticket. He should have given us a credit for the ticket which could be used later for another movie.

This is a cinema specializing in Indian movies, though it sometimes has non-Indian movies. Formerly known as NAZ Cinema. The service is friendly & quick. Food options include popcorn, samosas, lassi & other Indian & non-Indian items including candies & sodas. The theater is in need of an upgrade. Look for special deals on Tuesdays. The theater is rarely full.

The best movie theatre in the US Ive been to, in terms of the comfort and service. They have the most comfortable couches as seats inside the movie theatre that reclines all the way back to an almost-sleeping posture. Great Indian snacks and Indian chai served. Obviously the best place to watch Indian movies in the bay area. I go here almost every weekend.

The lady who issues tickets at the front window gave us a ticket for the WRONG MOVIE. We walked into the theater thinking we were in the right place. As soon as we realized it was the wrong movie - we attempted to get the matter corrected. The manager refused to let us into the right theater! We ended up leaving and losing our $18. NEVER GOING BACK.

Located centrally in Fremont. Small theatres, sound could have been better. Sleeping seats are awesome, you can book seats in advance online ..its a great advantage. Indian + American snacks are available for purchase as well. Discounted Tuesday saves money as tickets are only $6.50 throughout the day ;)

Very comfortable and good seating. Loved the snacks. But one concern is I often see there is no display of Kannada movies on any digital screens. It is very disappointing. Please do consider and treat all languages equal. Hope we see Kannada movie poster displayed next time.

was a lovely place and great indian snacks. but i was disappointed to see no kannada movie posters on the digital display even there was a kannada movie show going on. it is a very polite request for cinegrand people to correct this mistake asap.

Seats are Luxurious n Spacious.Best among the rest. I have been there 4 times till now, but everytime there was awful smell in Restroom. THEY DONT CLEAN OFTEN. Please for God sake clean it, I cant bear that smell..

i dont like some of the screens here, i have seen Independence movie, that is like watching movie on 30" screen, and the cost is 12$. and i seen another movie, that is good. but i dont recommend this my self again.

Excellent theatre. Recliner seating, very few seats in each screen making it less crowded. Plenty of leg room if you decide to sit upright. Sound system is great. Terrific ambience and at a very affordable price.

One of the best movie theatre in the US. I saw the Tamil film "Visaaranai" here and was surprised by the seat setup, sound and picture quality of this theater for a very low ticket price. Tidy and cozy place.

Comfortable seating while playing many Indian movies. Located in a safe and good area. They provide some Indian snacks as well but I havent tried it. Few Indian eating places as well, in the vicinity.

Perfect place to watch movie for Indian community. Fully renovated with new recliners, carpet ,bathrooms ,almost everything. Indian style coffee ,samosa etc.My family and friends love this place.

Post renovation, this is a cinema enthusiasts heaven. The reclining seats and spotless cleanliness are worth traveling great distances for, especially since its so reasonably priced.

A nice little place for Indian films of multiple languages, has reserved seating which is a god send these days, add the reclining sofa as cherry on top.
