Ev.eryone is very friendly. I dont know whats going on with a valet parking but it is ridiculous. They dont park your cars for you they just leave them up there by the building. The valet parking area is filthy with overflowing garbage cans and dirty concrete. If they do Park your cars by chance you have to hunt down the valet people to even get your keys or go in and get them yourself. This would be totally unacceptable for any other Casino and Im sure the patrons from out of town dont appreciate their vehicles not being taken care of properly. I like the old Casino a lot better than this one because you could at least win enough to play for a while. Unless you win a jackpot the machines just totally suck your money. Must be trying to pay for the building. I have ate in both restaurants and the food is delicious but wish the Chinese restaurant would have combination plates like most Chinese restaurants do. I dont think theres anybody that just wants one plate of all the same thing. I wish the manager would work on some of the issues that need to be fixed especially the valet parking.

I went there for dinner and was told we would have a 20 minute wait while there were some empty tables. So we went to the Asian restaurant, the young girl at the desk seated some people that has been waiting before us and said Ill be back. After standing there for 5 minutes or more the dirty tables were not bussed and the young girl was folding napkins or something other than seating us or cleaning the tables so we could sit and order something to eat. For being a very nice looking place on the inside and the out side the heart of the place ( the employees ) were very disappointing to say the least.... WE left and went somewhere else that had great food an good service, we tipped them extra for doing a great job, that hopefully some of the employees at The 12 Tribes restaurants will eventually pick up on and use to the establishments benifit. Looks can be deceiving not recommending this place to anyone.

Stayed for 2 nights for a family event and I was very pleased with the rooms, service, and food. The room was beautiful with fantastic showers, super comfortable beds, fluffy robes, and I liked the decor, especially the black and white pictures of stick games. The management went out of their way to make sure the entire family was comfortable and were always very friendly. I only had breakfast, but I loved the huckleberry pancakes and the french toast with berry compote. It was absolutely delicious. I didnt eat at the restaurant, but had room service and it was delivered promptly, plenty warm, and with a big smile. My Mom ate at the restaurant the day before and said the food was good and so was the service. I hope 12 Tribes continues to grow and next time I am in the area, I would gladly stay again. I recommend it to others as well.

We stopped by here this past Sunday night and were pleasantly surprised! The room was very nice and comfortable and the casino is cute. I wish I had realized earlier that the club card had free play attached, so I did miss that part. The only experience that was a bit strange was that the espresso shop isnt fully prepared to make quality drinks. The barista actually put the espresso shots in the microwave with cold water to make an Americano. This is not OK. The resort definitely needs to get the proper equipment in this shop so the staff can make drinks correctly (especially if Im paying premium price for the drink). As the owner of a coffee shop myself, this was pretty disappointing. Not a deal breaker, we will be back.

I stayed at the hotel for an event on Presidents weekend. I have to say for the most part I was pleased. They encourage you to re-use your towels which I usually do when I stay at a hotel. The downfall was there were no towels hooks in my room. The shower was wonderful sized with body sprays, NO SOAP DISH, it has hooks to hold one but it wasnt there. The walls are so thin, you could hear the everything that was going on in the next room and even the bathroom with the doors closed. I was also told by a door attendant that I couldnt even bring my coffee cup in the hotel to rinse it out so it didnt have to stay in my car all weekend dirty. We are contemplating our event here next year. Dont know whether or not Ill attend.

This is my second time staying here and we love it! Its far enough out of the way that its never too busy, the pool is great, and the staff is extremely accommodating. We had a question with our tv and the need for a microwave (two kids with us equals quick easy microwave food) and the service gal came immediately to our room to address the tv issue AND carried a microwave herself to the room. Unbelievable! Amazing! Im not sure why a previous fellow visitor would say he wasnt allowed to bring a coffee mug in, we brought bags of groceries in and they said nothing! LOVE this place, will always stay here when coming out to Omak!

I drove well over 2 hours to gamble at this eatablishment. In less than 2 hours I was eaten alive by their machines! Save your money and go to another casino. I have gambled FREQUENTLY at casinos in Las Vegas, Reno, all of California, Oklahoma, Oregon, Idaho, and now Washington and without ANY reservation I can say this casino will rob you blind and they feel no shame about their machines, as a matter of fact, it is ANYTHING but fair play. It has been the worst experience I have had gambling and was anything but fun! I would NEVER recommended this gambling establishment to another LIVING soul!

We had the pleasure of staying at the 12 Tribes Resort and Casino while attending the Vintage Fair in Omak. This hotel was top-notch on EVERYTHING!!! From the minute we signed in, to the fantastic dinner we ordered, to the gorgeous room...everything was phenominal. All of the staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. Room service for breakfast was excellent and very tasty. We will definitely stay again, as we really enjoyed the area, the hotel, the scenic area, and the view from a very large window in our room. Excellent job and beautiful hotel.

We love the hotel and the hotel staff. The rooms are wonderful and the casino was lots of fun. However, we would suggest you AVOID the restaurant! We went there twice. The first time we waited forever to be waited on and order and finally be served. The second time was a similar experience, but, after waiting over an hour for our food and watching a group that came in after us be served their food first, we had had it! We left and checked out of the hotel! We will definitely stay at the hotel again and definitely find another place to eat!!!

I pulled up to check into the casino hotel and no one greeted me and I had to seek out a reluctant concierge. No baggage cart or valet unless you holler. Its nice to be asked. I ate at Camas and had the Alaskan salmon. It was broiled until it was close to leather and overwhelmed with capers. The asparagus was great. The long Island iced tea was made with rot gut alcohol. The desert had substitute ingredients because they were out of regular ingredients. Numerous items on the menu were unavailable. No gluten free alternatives.
