Wow really $12.65 for a popcorn & soda, I dont go to movies all that often but I dont mind paying that at AMC since i get refills on both soda and popcorn not that we actually need it. This past Sunday I took my pregnant kid to see the Equalizer, I paid went in 5 minutes after drinking the soda and before the movie started I told her I would refill the soda so she wouldnt have to get up. I dont know about you but I dont read the crap on the soda conners or the popcorn buckets. When I refilled approximately 6 ounces of soda, I heard someone very loudly yelling at me it was the girl sweeping yelling at me that I hadnt paid for it. First Id seen lots of people do the same thing refill as I am sure many do. Then the manager started getting rude telling me to go get my purse as soon as the movie was done to pay for it. Well Ill take my money somewhere else, the rudeness is what I cant get over i think this theater needs re-training......customer service people....Its overcrowded, over rated, popcorn was burnt, over buttered to rehydrate it and stale.

I drove 2 hours to see the new Boondock saints at the Century 20 hoping it would be as awsome as the first.. (it was) BUT... HALF THE MOVIE IS IN SUBS AND THE SUBS WERE OFF CENTER SO YOU COULDNT SEE IT! After the movie I went to get my money back the manager wouldnt do it.. his excuse was that there was too many people complaining and if it was just us 2 he would of.... LAME dont go there. I explained to him i dont go to the movies much (2 times a year) and i drove 2 hours... he gave me some stupid voucher I RIPPED IT UP IN HIS FACE AND LEFT DONT GO THERE! AND THEY WONDER WHY THE CINAMAS LIKE THIS ARENT MAKING MONEY.. DONT GO HERE THEY DONT OWN UP TO THERE MISTAKES!

amazing theater. usually has the newest movies, has nice quality/selection food/drinks. having a starbucks upstairs and the food court downstairs is a really big plus to. would give 5 stats but in the 2 branches of the theater they have a 2nd/3rd food shop area that is usually closed, the main shop area usually has tons of food on the ground, sometimes the seats have gross stuff on them. however to be fair i only stand in the food court for like 20 minutes at most so it could just be people constantly making a mess.

Came here on a friday night to watch a movie. Parking was difficult so you have to be strategic. There was a line to buy tickets which is expected but the staff was quick and courteous and we got our tickets in no time. We watched in the XD theater. I couldnt really tell much of a difference except for the sound system. Seats were a good size and comfortable except it feels very squeaky. Overall good experience for a busy night.

Great installations, clean, spacious, but......... Expensive. If youre going with two people, great, but with all the family or like four or more are going, think again. Tip: Becarfull. Parking is very limited when its busy. Though, its way better than going to IMAX. It depends on the perspective sometimes. Some people might be ok with the prices compared to others.

Over The Top Tree Care

I was so pleased and blessed with the staff ,I could not find my son and ask for help. All staff got together and started looking for him right away. He had wonder off in a different movie. I was so sacred and did not know what to do ,but they work as a team and found him right away. Thank you so much for your team work

Everything is way over priced!! Plus they dont let you get free refills!?! Sorry Cinemark but all surrounding theaters in the bay let you get free refills with a large . Theater itself is good the IMAX IS NOT A REAL IMAX ! If you want a real IMAX go to hackworth IMAX, Dublin Hacienda, or San Francisco AMC.

I have to give this place five stars. Nice and clean, clean restrooms, very polite staff. The General Manager goes out of his way to please you. Im very appericated of that. If you like very delicious popcorn, You have came to right place. Very impressed with the facility,

The theater is nice in the mall, tickets are bought on the first floor and the theater is on the second floor. The ticket sales are in the food court so you can buy a quick bite before heading upstairs for your movie. There are nicer food options near by if youre on a date.

I love the theatre they have great movies and the staff is fantastic they help me if I have too much to handle and need help with my family who are wheelchair accessible I have never seen so many movues in years I recommend this movie theater to everyone

Comfortable seats. Friendly staff a lot of theaters so always huge selection of movies. Helps its at the mall so you can do things if you have to wait for your movie. Prices arent to outrageous and if you have kids its a great place to take them

Your average Century Theater experience. Could be a bit cleaner. Projection rooms are average in size for todays cinemas. Keep in mind that the ticketing booth is on the first floor. Plan to come early, since parking may be tricky.

The worst part about this theater is the extra large families of Mexicans and their trail of toddlers and babies going into late-night R-rated movies. Why the staff cant stop this is a question that Im sure will never be answered.

Here is the average level of century movie theaters. The ticket office is in the ground floor where is in the oak ridge mall. The line is always disorder. Show rooms are at second floor.

The parking here sucks on a busy night. They move movies too quickly to the smaller theaters yet I have to pay the same price as the larger non- imax screens
