Ive been my fair share of theaters but this is probably the most outdated theater I have ever been in. Movies are weeks old because they do make more money from older releases. If you have no choice then this is fine but if you have time, better to go to another theater. A lot of ghetto people here and not the funny ones either. More annoying. Literally had this ghetto woman that thought she was a comedian talk during the whole movie during a horror one. Like she wouldnt shut it. Im pretty sure if she was as great as she thought she was, then she would have a comedy central special but instead it was worse than a bargain bin DVD. At least with those, they have usefulness and can fight off ninjas. This is not the theaters fault but thought it would make a nice story since theres not really much to talk about the theater.

If this isnt the worst-run theater in the area, Id hate to see the one that is. I went here the first night it was open and there were projection problems that any competent theater would have at least fixed by the last showing of the night. Ever since then I NEVER saw a perfect film presentation there. Switching to digital hasnt even been much of an improvement. Besides that, at least 3 out of the 6 theaters are ridiculously small with small screens to match. The last time I went here the movie was ruined when an usher walked down the center aisle with a flashlight during a pivotal scene. With the new theater opening soon at Country Club Plaza, this place will likely close or become second-run discount.

I stopped going to this location due to a terrifying experience with another customer (he was constantly on his phone playing videos during the movie. After several other movie goers asked him to stop, he turned his attention on me and started trying to touch me! Creepy!). This location is extremely crowded and is laid out poorly for the volume of people coming and going. This location seems like an afterthought rather than a real location.

Prices are obscene. I never ever go to movie theaters anymore. If I watch movies at home, I dont have some jerk sitting next to me, and I dont have 18 year-olds getting on the stage and telling people that they have to move closer to each other so that they can cram in as many people as possible, and there are not seats in the aisle ways, where people get their feet stepped on my people walking in the aisle.

Seats are incredibly uncomfortable and feel like sitting against plywood, but provide ample legroom for tall people. The theater is connected to a food court, and they tend to let you take in any unfinished food. Tickets are discounted on Tuesdays so that is best day to go. Park behind the mall for quick access to the theater and ample parking even when other lots are full.

Decent theater, screens are considered outdated; but that doesnt mean they are bad. The movies still look great. Sound is good to. Seats are not very comfortable, and the staff is hit or miss on customer service. Having a mall like food court does mean you can grab a bite before the show without needing to drive to the theater afterwards.

Painful. Every theater room at this place is the same size as the smallest theater room at other places. Screens are small and dirty, seats are decades old, NO RPX, just horrible. This place need a remodeling ten years ago. If there is a movie only playing at this place I wait for home release and watch it on my 100" projector screen.

Small theatres and screens, at your standard inflated cinema pricing. Im typically easy to please, but in the day of affordable home theatres, paying $10 for a matinee screening and almost $20 for popcorn and a drink should happen in a cutting edge theatre. At these prices, keeping up with the Joneses is absolutely necessary.

Its okay needs new screens because you can tell there black spots on the screen and there kinda streaky and fuzzy i always watch action and scary movies so it doesnt bother me to much. The service is good but the popcorn is always cold and snack bar is over price but what movie theater doesnt have a over price snack bar

It was a poor experience and I didnt watch my movie. They wouldnt let someone with a skateboard enter. They were rude, I offered to leave it in the front. It was frustrating cause Ive taken the light rail and skated all the way there to watch a movie that was about to show in under 5 mins. Poor customer service man

Theater is so small, would not go back given cost of tickets. 12 seats wide in theater. Could not find out about 3D showing, let alone theater size in advance. Repeatedly tried to call in advance to ask about showing times but only automated phone, couldnt reach person. Overall was frustrated with the experience.

Not fancy but well worth the discounted price I get on Tuesdays and it is close to my house. The staff was really nice. I went in the morning so it was not crowded and the staff was cleaning right after the movie ended. The food court that is right outside the theaters doors is a big plus.

movie selection was for only kids. I would have loved to take my kids and then go see a grown up movie. but for just beer for the kids that sucks. they need to find a new movie picker. but what I will do is always to stop and get me a super salad from Plutos. I can make a movie out of that

This is the worst movie theater I have ever been to in my life. There is absolutely nothing I like about it. Most movies in this area are either here or at Century 14 across the street and if they are here I will drive 30 minutes to Greenback in order to avoid this theater.

The security guard was extremely rude. This movie theater only played a few movies. The popcorn was not fresh, they had it sitting for at least 20 minutes. Lastly all of the workers customer service was very poor. I highly do not recommend this movie theater!

This is a decent theater. Although the seats could be more comfortable and the popcorn is expensive, the staff is kind and the bathrooms were clean. I sat in a narrow theater and there is an aisle going down the middle so its hard to find a center seat.

As movie theaters go..its not the best Ive ever been to...but the staff are friendly...the popcorn is fresh...seats are not the most comfortable Ive sat on for almost two hours watching a movie..at the end of the day the movie was enjoyable.

I come in quite regularly, they always put the amount of butter you want on your popcorn be it a lot or a little. And the seats are quite comfortable, you can even raise the arms and sit close to your best bud. Yes, clean and friendly too.

The seats were the worst Ive ever experienced in a movie theatre period. Positioned funny and very, very uncomfortable. The air conditioner squeaked the entire movie. Just a poor experience from the standpoint of comfort and expectations.

Most uncomfortable seats i have ever had to sit in. Everything else was fine but these new seats are awful. My back was actually sore after. Id suggest going to another theatre to avoid these even if its out of your way.
